Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, which show a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, a nail gun 1 of the present invention includes a nail gun body 10, a nail magazine 20 and a retainer mechanism 30.
The nail gun body 10 comprises a bottom side 11, a nail outlet 12 and a gap 13, wherein the nail outlet 12 and the gap 13 are arranged on the bottom side 11; the nail box 20 is accommodated in the nail gun body 10 in a withdrawable manner, and the nail box 20 comprises a nail rail section 21 for arranging nails and a clamping part 22 positioned outside the nail rail section 21; the blocking mechanism 30 is located on the bottom side 11 and includes a pressing handle 31 disposed on the nail gun body 10 and located in the gap 13, the pressing handle 31 has a resisting portion 311, and the resisting portion 311 is movable between a resisting position and a releasing position; when the stopping portion 311 is located at the stopping position, the stopping portion 311 can be stopped at the engaging portion 22 and the nail magazine 20 cannot exit the nail gun body 10; when the stopping portion 311 is located at the releasing position, the stopping portion 311 is separated from the engaging portion 22 and the nail magazine 20 can be withdrawn from the nail gun body 10. Thus, the blocking mechanism 30 is naturally operated with the bottom side 11 facing upward to withdraw from the magazine 20, and the correct stapling position can be ensured by intuitive operation.
The pressing handle 31 is pivotally disposed on the nail gun body 10, the engaging portion 22 includes an inclined surface 221 facing a pivot point 312 of the pressing handle 31, and the engaging portion 311 extends toward the nail magazine 20 to stably engage with the inclined surface 221. However, the press handle may be connected to the nail gun body in other ways; the clamping part can also be an arc convex surface, a concave surface and other structures. The pressing handle 31 can rotate from the gap 13 to an inside of the nail gun body 10, the pressing handle 31 includes a pressing portion 313 exposed from the gap 13 and a blocking arm 314 extending into the bottom side 11, the pressing portion 313 and the blocking arm 314 extend in opposite directions from the pivot point 312 of the pressing handle 31, and the pressing portion 313 and the blocking arm 314 can swing in opposite directions at opposite sides of the pivot point 312. The arm 314 is preferably integrally protruded with a protrusion 315, and the protrusion 315 is provided with the abutting portion 311, so as to have a strong structure and stably abut against the engaging portion 22. However, the protrusion may be disposed on the arm in a non-integral manner. The pressing portion 313 and the blocking arm 314 are bent from the pivot point 312 toward the interior of the nail gun body 10, so that a space capable of pivoting is formed between the blocking arm 314 and the bottom side 11, and the pressing portion 313 does not protrude from the gap 13, thereby preventing accidental contact during use.
The notch 13 is opened on the bottom side 11 in a direction away from the nail outlet 12, and can reliably press the pressing portion 313 without interference. Preferably, the bottom side 11 includes a stop lip 14 defining the notch 13, the pivot point 312 of the pressing handle 31 is located inside the stop lip 14, when the stop portion 311 is located at the stop position, the pressing portion 313 abuts outwards against the stop lip 14, the pressing handle 31 does not pivot excessively, and the stop portion 311 can accurately abut against the engaging portion 22.
In the present embodiment, the magazine 20 further has a spring arm 23, and the spring arm 23 springs against the pressing handle 31 outwards to keep the abutting portion 311 at the abutting position. The elastic arm 23 is integrally extended from the magazine 20, and has a better structural strength. However, the elastic arm may be additionally connected to the magazine. The pressing handle 31 further includes a stop protrusion 316 protruding toward the interior of the nail gun body 10, and when the stop portion 311 is located at the stop position, the elastic arm 23 is blocked against the stop protrusion 316 and is not easy to slip off. The pressing handle 31 preferably further includes an inclined tail 317 inclined outwardly from the stop projection 316 to ensure that the pressing portion 313 can rotate toward the interior of the nail gun body 10. Preferably, the pressing handle 31 further includes a groove 318 adjacent to the stopping protrusion 316, the groove 318 is disposed on the inclined tail portion 317 and extends away from the stopping portion 311, when the pressing handle 31 rotates towards the inside of the nail gun body 10, the elastic arm 23 disengages from the stopping protrusion 316 and slides along the groove 318, so that the nail magazine 20 can smoothly exit the nail gun body 10.
The nail gun 1 may preferably further comprise a resilient member 40 disposed between the nail gun body 10 and the nail magazine 20, the resilient member 40 urging the nail magazine 20 in a direction away from the nail outlet 12. Thus, when the stopping portion 311 moves to the releasing position, the nail magazine 20 can be ejected out of the nail gun body 10 by the elastic member 40, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is different from the previous embodiment in that the magazine 20a is not provided with the elastic arm, and the nail gun further includes an elastic member 50 disposed between the inner surface of the bottom side 11 and the pressing handle 31, so that the stopping portion 311 is normally located at the stopping position, and the same effect can be achieved. The elastic element 50 may be a spring or a leaf spring, for example. However, the elastic element can also be arranged between the other positions in the nail gun body and the pressing handle.
