In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the rotating device 2 may include a purge assembly 21 and a fan assembly 221, the purge assembly 21 includes a first rotary cylinder 211 and a first rotating disk 212, the first rotary cylinder 211 is disposed spaced apart from the sidewall of the housing 1, a first mesh 223 is disposed around the circumference of the sidewall of the first rotary cylinder 211, the first rotating disk 212 is connected to a downstream side of the first rotary cylinder 211, and a portion of the first rotating disk 212 between the first rotary cylinder 211 and the housing 1 in the radial direction is provided with a second mesh 224.
So that the first rotary cylinder 211 can rotate at a high speed in the cavity 151 of the housing 1, the first rotary cylinder 211 is spaced apart from the inner wall surface of the housing 1, air can pass between the first rotary cylinder 211 and the housing 1 and then flow to the first rotary disk 212, the water distribution assembly 3 extends into the first rotary cylinder 211, the first rotary cylinder 211 rotates at a high speed, so that water sprayed into the first rotary cylinder 211 is torn into the form of fine water columns, water droplets or water mist through the first mesh 223, and the water droplets are mixed with the air flowing therethrough. Thereby, part of the water drops can capture dust particles in the air and carry the dust particles to do centrifugal motion, and can be thrown to the inner wall surface of the shell 1 to fall along the inner wall surface, where a portion of the water droplets will flow downstream as they continue, a first rotating disk 212 is provided downstream of the first rotating drum 211, when the air passes through the first rotating disk 212 having the second meshes 224, the residual water droplets in the air touch the first rotating disk 212, and, since the first rotating disk 212 rotates at a high speed, under the action of centrifugal force, the water droplets may spread into a thin liquid film or be atomized into smaller water droplets on the first rotating disk 212, and strongly collide with the passing air, therefore, the contact area of gas and liquid can be further increased, and the spread thin liquid film or the smaller water drops have a more efficient capturing effect on dust particles contained in the air, so that the aim of strengthening dust removal can be achieved. And when the air passes through the first rotating disk 212, the first rotating disk 212 rotates to drive the air to flow, so as to provide power for the air passing through the first rotating disk 212, and the purified air flows towards the air outlet.
The fan assembly 221 is disposed downstream of the purification assembly 21, the fan assembly 221 drives air to flow from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12 through the purification assembly 21, and the driving device 222 is configured to drive the purification assembly 21 and the fan assembly 221, so that the fan assembly 221 is disposed downstream of the purification assembly 21 to drive air to enter the cavity 151 of the housing 1 from the air inlet 11 and flow toward the air outlet 12, thereby not only driving air to flow, but also avoiding pressure loss.
Optionally, the driving device 222 is disposed above the fan assembly 221, the fan assembly 221 is fixedly connected to the purifying assembly 21, and the driving device 222 drives the purifying assembly 21 and the fan assembly 221 to rotate synchronously. Therefore, the fan assembly 221 and the purification assembly 21 can be synchronously driven by the same driving device 222, and the driving device 222 drives the fan assembly 221 to rotate so as to drive the purification assembly 21 to rotate, so that the structure of the purification device 100 can be simplified, and the purification device 100 is better in consistency and higher in stability. Meanwhile, the air flows upwards after being purified by the purifying assembly 21, and the driving device 222 is arranged above the fan assembly 221, so that the driving device 222 can be prevented from being accumulated by dust particles in the air.
In some examples of the present invention, the sidewall surrounding the first rotary cylinder 211 may be formed in a mesh shape, and the first rotating disk 212 is provided above the first rotary cylinder 211. The portion of the first rotating disk 212 between the first rotating cylinder 211 and the housing 1 in the radial direction is provided with the second mesh openings 224, that is, the outer diameter dimension of the first rotating disk 212 is larger than the outer diameter dimension of the first rotating cylinder 211, the portion of the first rotating disk 212 between the first rotating cylinder 211 and the housing 1 in the axial direction of the first rotating disk 212 is formed in a mesh shape, the plurality of first mesh openings 223 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the first rotating cylinder 211, and the plurality of second mesh openings 224 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction and the radial direction of the first rotating disk, so that the purifying effect can be further improved.
The invention also provides an air treatment system for the kitchen.
Specifically, the air treatment system for a kitchen according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a water supply system, a drain system, and an air purifier 100, the air purifier 100 being the air purifier 100 of the above-described embodiment of the present invention. Wherein the water inlet pipe 13 is connected with a water supply system, the water outlet pipe 14 is connected with a water discharge system, and the control device 6 is respectively connected with the water supply system and the water discharge system to control the water inlet of the water inlet pipe 13 and the water discharge of the water outlet pipe 14. Thus, water may be supplied to the air purifier 100 through the water supply system, and the drain water of the air purifier 100 may flow to the drain system. Thereby, it is not necessary to manually add water to the air purifier 100 and manually pour the water of the air purifier 100, which is advantageous to improve the automation of the air treatment system of the kitchen.
According to the air treatment system for the kitchen, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, through the combination of the air purifier 100, the water supply system and the drainage system, not only can solid, liquid and gas phase pollutants in the air be efficiently purified by using water liquid of the water supply and drainage system in the kitchen, but also the peculiar smell in the kitchen can be effectively removed, and the air treatment system is small in size, low in energy consumption and convenient to operate.
Alternatively, the air purifier 100 may be used as an auxiliary system for a range hood, or may be used alone as a range hood placed above a kitchen range. It will be appreciated that the air purifier 100 of the above-described embodiment of the present invention may also be used in other environments having a water supply system and a water discharge system, for example, in other environments such as a toilet where a water supply and discharge system is present.

Claims (14)

1. An air purifier, comprising:
the water storage device comprises a shell, wherein a cavity is defined in the shell, the shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet and the air outlet are both communicated with the cavity, the bottom of the shell is provided with a water storage cavity, the shell is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water drain pipe which are communicated with the water storage cavity, and the water drain pipe is arranged below the water inlet pipe and is adjacent to the bottom wall of the water storage cavity;
the rotating device is rotatably arranged in the cavity and is positioned between the air inlet and the air outlet;
the driving device is connected with the rotating device to drive the rotating device to rotate;
the water distribution component is arranged in the water storage cavity and at least partially extends into the rotating device to distribute water to the rotating device;
the flow guide device is arranged below the rotating device along the circumferential direction and is used for receiving water on the inner side wall of the shell;
and the control device is used for controlling the water inlet of the water inlet pipe and the water discharge of the water discharge pipe according to the cleanliness of the water in the water storage cavity.
2. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the water storage chamber is defined by a bottom wall and at least a portion of a side wall of the housing, and the drain tube is disposed on the side wall of the housing.
3. The air purifier of claim 1 wherein a partition is disposed within the housing, the partition being disposed between the air inlet and the water storage chamber to separate the cavity from the water storage chamber.
4. The air purifier as claimed in claim 3, wherein the partition has a shape corresponding to a cross-section of an inner sidewall of the housing, an outer sidewall of the partition is connected to the inner sidewall of the housing, the air inlet and the air outlet are disposed above the partition, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are disposed below the partition.
5. The air purifier as claimed in claim 3, wherein the partition has a water leakage hole communicating the hollow chamber and the water storage chamber.
6. The air cleaner of claim 5, wherein an upper surface of the partition is formed as a flow guide surface to guide water toward the water leakage hole.
7. The air cleaner according to claim 5, wherein the water leakage hole is provided at a center of the partition plate, and an orthographic inner edge of the flow guide device does not exceed an orthographic outer edge of the flow guide surface in an inside-out direction on an orthographic projection surface of a projection in an up-down direction.
8. The air cleaner according to claim 5, wherein the guide surface is formed as an inverted conical surface, and the water leakage hole is located at a lowest position of the inverted conical surface.
9. The air purifier as claimed in claim 3, wherein the partition plate is provided with a plurality of through holes, the water distribution pipes of the water distribution assembly extend from the through holes to extend into the rotary device, and the plurality of water leakage holes are distributed around the water distribution pipes.
10. The air cleaner of claim 3, wherein the air inlet is disposed on a side wall of the housing between the deflector and the baffle, and the air outlet is disposed on a top wall of the housing.
11. The air purifier of claim 1 wherein the inlet conduit is provided with a detergent inlet for adding detergent into the inlet conduit.
12. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the rotating device comprises:
a purification assembly, the purification assembly comprising: a first rotary cylinder and a first rotary disk, the first rotary cylinder being disposed apart from the side wall of the housing, first mesh holes being provided around the circumference of the side wall of the first rotary cylinder, the first rotary disk being connected to the downstream side of the first rotary cylinder and a portion of the first rotary disk between the first rotary cylinder and the housing in the radial direction being provided with second mesh holes;
the fan assembly is arranged at the downstream of the purification assembly and drives air to flow from the air inlet to the air outlet through the purification assembly, and the driving device is used for driving the purification assembly and the fan assembly to rotate.
13. The air purifier of claim 12, wherein the driving device is disposed above the fan assembly, the fan assembly is fixedly connected to the purifying assembly, and the driving device drives the purifying assembly and the fan assembly to rotate synchronously.
14. An air treatment system for a galley, comprising:
a water supply system and a drainage system;
an air cleaner according to any one of claims 1-13, wherein the inlet conduit is connected to a water supply system and the outlet conduit is connected to the water drain system, and the control means is connected to the water supply system and the water drain system respectively for controlling the inflow of the inlet conduit and the drainage of the outlet conduit.
