Experiment of using effect of lip care solution
1) The test subjects are 100 patients with moderate or more lip chap, and the patients show that the lips of the upper and lower mouths are chapped and bleed, the lips are turned outwards, the mouth corners are inflamed, the lips are dead, normal eating and speaking are influenced, and the disease period is more than 2 days.
2) The test method comprises the following steps: 160 patients were divided into 8 groups of 20 individuals with no significant difference in age between groups (P > 0.05). The lip care solution is applied 3 times a day by using the lip care solution prepared in the example 1-3 respectively except for the doctor prescription every day by test personnel in the test groups 1-3 during the test period; the lip care solutions prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3 were used daily by the staff of comparative groups 1 to 3 except for the doctor's prescription; the control group 4 did not use external lipstick medicine, but only took the medicine prescribed by the doctor for treatment; control group 5 was treated with solid lipstick containing vaseline and essential oil as main ingredients for adjuvant treatment three times a day, in addition to the doctor's prescription, wherein the doctor's prescription was the same for each test group. 4) Test results
As shown by the results in Table 3, the treatment effect of examples 1 to 3 of the test group on the dry lip cracks was significantly higher than that of comparative examples 1 to 3 of the control group; the treatment effect of the control groups 1-3 was superior to that of the control groups 4 and 5.
All examples and comparative examples have only the formula added with difference, and the preparation process is completely the same. In examples 1 to 3, the lip care solution prepared in example 2 used in the test group had the best treatment effect, and it was demonstrated that the lip care solution of the present invention had the best treatment effect and the shortest complete healing time when the addition ratio of the bletilla striata extract, the aloe extract and the thin snowweed extract was 3:5: 6.
Compared with the embodiment 1, the effective rate of the comparison example 1 is reduced by 15 percent compared with the effective rate of the embodiment 1 without adding the rhizoma bletillae extract, and the complete healing time is prolonged; the comparison examples 2 and 3 are added with the rhizoma bletillae extract, the treatment efficiency is higher than that of the comparison example 1, and the rhizoma bletillae is added, so that the lip care solution has the functions of astringing and stopping bleeding, diminishing swelling and promoting tissue regeneration, and promoting wound healing.
Comparative example 2 compared to example 2, no aloe extract was added; comparative example 3 in comparison with example 3, no extract of thin snowweed was added; the effective rates of the comparative examples 2 and 3 are less than those of the examples 2 and 3, which shows that the treatment effect of the lip care solution of the invention can be greatly improved when the aloe extract and the herba boehmeriae extract are used together with the bletilla striata extract.
The lip care liquids prepared in comparative examples 1 to 3 and the lip care liquids prepared in experimental examples 1 to 3 according to the present invention were superior in therapeutic effects to those of the lip care liquids prepared in the doctor's prescription and the lip care liquids prepared in the experimental examples 1 to 3.
When the lip nursing auxiliary device is used for moisturizing and protecting the lips of an anaesthesia or coma patient, a medical worker can take out the moisturizing and medicine applying pad 5 and tear the polyethylene outer wrapping layer 9 outside the moisturizing and medicine applying pad 5, then clamp the non-woven fabric layer 13 on the moisturizing and medicine applying pad 5 downwards until the adhesive A14 on the two sides of the lower bottom surface of the non-woven fabric layer 13 is adhered to the inner surface of the lip clamping groove 1, then clamp the lip clamping groove 1 on which the moisturizing and medicine applying pad 5 is adhered into the grooves 19 on the inner surfaces of the upper L-shaped lip clamping plate 3 and the upper outer lip arc plate 20 on the lower L-shaped lip clamping plate 8 respectively, hold the upper L-shaped lip clamping plate 3 and the lower L-shaped lip clamping plate 8 by the medical worker and insert the inner lip flat plate 21 between the upper lip and the lower lip of the patient, after the inner lip flat plate 21 is inserted into the mouth of the patient, clamp the outer lip arc plate 20 and the internal moisturizing and the moisturizing and medicine applying pad 5 on the outer lip surface of the patient, and press the hydrogel layer 11 on the inner moisturizing and medicine applying pad 5 inside the outer lip arc plate 20 tightly The device clamps the lips of the patient, and the closed mouth clamps and fixes the inner lip flat plate 21 on the upper L-shaped lip clamping plate 16 and the lower L-shaped lip clamping plate 17 after the device is placed on the lips of the patient, so that the outer lip arc plate 20 can be stably and effectively clamped on the surface of the outer lip of the patient to carry out continuous moisturizing nursing;

when medicine is applied, a medical worker can suck the lip care solution into an injector, then insert the front end of the injector into the through hole 4 on the outer surface of the arc-shaped groove pad 3, inject the lip care solution into the moisturizing medicine applying pad 5 on the inner surface of the arc-shaped groove pad 3, absorb and diffuse the lip care solution into the non-woven fabric layer 13 after flowing into the non-woven fabric layer 13 and spread the lip care solution onto the PU film protective layer 12, and then enable the lip care solution to extend into a wound part through the permeation of the PU film protective layer 12 for medicine application nursing; according to the invention, the lip nursing liquid can be used for moisturizing and nursing the lips of a patient, the lip nursing liquid is fixed on the lips through natural occlusion of the upper jaw and the lower jaw of the patient, a rubber mat is not needed, the use method is simple, the replacement is convenient, the patient is not hurt, the medicine application nursing can be carried out on the wound of the lips of the patient, the lip nursing liquid can be conveniently and effectively added to the wound position through the through hole, the healing of the wound of the lips of the patient is accelerated, the moisturizing time is prolonged, the cost is reduced, and the lip nursing liquid has certain economical efficiency.
