Abstract
The invention relates to an orthopedic brace for improving O-shaped and X-shaped legs of knee joints, which comprises a brace body, a knee joint fixing strap fixedly arranged on the outer side of the brace body, a threaded fixing rod movably arranged on the brace body in a penetrating way, and a knee joint grooved wheel arranged on the brace body, wherein the brace body is arranged outside the knee joints and respectively extends to the positions of thighs and calves towards the upper end and the lower end; the knee joint fixing belts are divided into an upper group and a lower group, one group is arranged at the upper part of the support body and is positioned at the thigh position, and the other group is arranged at the lower part of the support body and is positioned at the shank position; an arc inner side support is arranged at the end part of the threaded fixing rod and in contact with the thigh, and a nut is sleeved at the other end of the threaded fixing rod; the thread fixing rods are respectively arranged at the upper, middle and lower positions of the two knee joint fixing belts; the knee joint grooved pulley is positioned between the two knee joint fixing belts. the knee joint grooved pulley is positioned between the two knee joint fixing belts.
Furthermore, the brace body comprises two vertical connecting rods arranged at intervals, the upper ends of the connecting rods extend to the middle positions of the thighs, the lower ends of the connecting rods extend to the middle positions of the shanks, and the connecting rods are used for being respectively clamped on the inner side and the outer side of the knee joint.
Further, a part of the threaded fixing rod is screwed in the support body; the threaded fixing rods are arranged at the middle sections of the thighs and the shanks, and the threaded fixing rods are arranged at the knee joints.

With reference to the attached figures 1-2, an orthopedic brace for improving the O-shaped and X-shaped legs of knee joints comprises a brace body 1, a knee joint fixing strap 2 fixedly arranged on the outer side of the brace body 1, a threaded fixing rod 3 movably arranged on the brace body 1 in a penetrating way, and a knee joint grooved pulley 4 arranged on the brace body 1, wherein,
the support body 1 is arranged outside the knee joint and extends to the positions of the thigh middle section and the shank middle section towards the upper end and the lower end respectively;
the knee joint fixing straps 2 are divided into an upper group and a lower group, one group is arranged at the upper part of the brace body 1 and is positioned at the middle position of thigh, and the other group is arranged at the lower part of the brace body 1 and is positioned at the middle position of shank; two ends of the knee joint fixing belt 2 are in a free state;

In the process of wearing the invention for correction, on one hand, the load borne by the knee joint can be reduced, on the other hand, the lower limb force line is corrected, the length of the force arm of the varus and valgus is reduced, and the force of the varus and valgus is applied through the three-point mechanics principle to pull apart the damaged side joint, thereby preventing the further abrasion of the side knee joint and the aggravation of local symptoms, and gradually correcting the varus and valgus deformity of the knee joint.
When in specific use, the support body 1 is arranged on the knee joint and is stably fixed at the position of the leg part through the knee joint fixing belt 2; then, gradually rotating the nut 6, and horizontally moving the threaded fixing rod 3 on the brace body 1, so that the distance between the inner bracket 5 and the leg is changed, including being reduced or increased, and three-point adjustment is realized; in the process, the correction effect on the inner and outer rotation of the knee joint can be realized by matching with the knee joint fixing belt 2, in particular by properly tightening or loosening the binding tightness degree of the knee joint fixing belt 2 on the leg.
In the process of treating the leg by using the device, two conditions are divided:
1) an O-shaped leg, wherein the leg is in the shape of an eversion knee joint, and at the moment, the outer side of the knee joint needs to be gradually stretched and gradually contracted; in the process, the knee joint fixing rod 3 needs to be moved inwards, and the inner support 5 is enabled to abut against the outer sides of the thigh, the knee joint and the shank, so that three-point adjustment is realized;

The support body 1 comprises two vertical connecting rods 11 arranged at intervals, the upper ends of the connecting rods 11 extend to the middle positions of thighs, the lower ends of the connecting rods 11 extend to the middle positions of shanks, and the connecting rods 11 are respectively clamped on the inner side and the outer side of a knee joint.
When the correction is carried out, the connecting rods 11 are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the knee joint, and then the connecting rods 11 clamped on the inner side and the outer side of the knee joint are connected in a binding mode through the knee joint fixing belts 2, so that the recovery to a certain degree is realized through the clamping effect on the inner side and the outer side of the knee joint.
A part of the threaded fixing rod 3 is screwed in the support body 1; the threaded fixing rods 3 are respectively arranged at the middle parts of thighs and the middle parts of shanks, and two threaded fixing rods are arranged at the positions of knee joints.
In a specific connecting structure, the threaded fixing rod 3 horizontally penetrates through the connecting rod 11 and is in threaded connection; when it is desired to move the position of the threaded securing rod 3 on the link 11, this can be achieved by rotation and tightening the nut 6 when moving the threaded securing rod 3 to a particular position. As for the structure of the connecting rod 11, an internal thread is provided in the inside thereof, and the specification of the internal thread and the screw-fixing rod 3 can be fitted to each other.
The thread fixing rods 3 positioned at the knee joint position are arranged side by side, so that the inner side brackets 5 positioned on the thread fixing rods are contacted with each other up and down; the knee joint sheaves 4 are provided in two, one of which is positioned between the two threaded fixing rods 3 arranged side by side, and the other is positioned on the other connecting rod 11.
The knee joint sheave 4 is arranged on the connecting rod 11 by means of a connecting pin, wherein the projecting end of the connecting pin is located in the connecting rod.

The inner bracket 5 is configured like a C-shape and is fixed to the screw fixing rod 3 through its center position.
Each group of knee joint fixing straps 2 comprises two winding straps 21, and the winding straps 21 are arranged at intervals.
The winding belt 21 may be movably disposed on the connecting rod 11, or disposed on the connecting rod 11 through a connecting member, and may be a U-shaped hoop.
