Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a lifting device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a carrier assembly 11, a base 12, a lifting assembly 13, and an electric driving assembly 14. The base 12 is located below the carrying object assembly 11, the lifting assembly 13 is disposed on the base 12, and the carrying object assembly 11 is disposed on the lifting assembly 13 and rotatably connected with the lifting assembly 13. The lifting assembly 13 is also rotatably connected with the base 12, and the lifting assembly 13 can be unfolded and retracted. The electric driving assembly 14 is connected to the lifting assembly 13, and the electric driving assembly 14 is configured to drive the lifting assembly 13 to rotate relative to the base 12 to drive the lifting assembly 13 to expand to drive the carrier assembly 11 to ascend, and to drive the lifting assembly 13 to contract to drive the carrier assembly 11 to descend.
The above-described lifting device 10 is used for the home appliance 100 of the embodiment of the present invention. The household appliance 100 is, for example, a drawer dishwasher. The household appliance 100 comprises a cavity 20, and the lifting device 10 is disposed in the cavity 20, generally, the lifting device 10 is fixedly mounted on the cavity 20 through the base 12, that is, the base 12 and the cavity 20 are fixedly connected. During the process that the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to rotate relative to the base 12 to drive the lifting assembly 13 to unfold and lift the carrier assembly 11, the carrier assembly 11 gradually extends out of the cavity 20. During the process that the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to rotate relative to the base 12 to drive the lifting assembly 13 to contract so as to lift the carrier assembly 11, the carrier assembly 11 is gradually retracted into the cavity 20.
In the illustrated embodiment, the electric drive assembly 14 is mounted near the bottom of the cavity 20 such that the lifting assembly 13 is driven by the electric drive assembly 14 to extend and the carrier assembly 11 is driven to rise and the lifting assembly 13 is driven by the electric drive assembly 14 to retract and the carrier assembly 11 is driven to fall.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the electric driving assembly 14 can also be configured to drive the lifting assembly 13 to rotate relative to the base 12 to drive the lifting assembly 13 to extend to drive the carrier assembly 11 to descend, and to drive the lifting assembly 13 to retract to drive the carrier assembly 11 to ascend, without limitation. Specifically, the electric driving assembly 14 can be installed near the top of the cavity 20, and the electric driving assembly 14 and the base 12 are located above the carrier assembly 11, such that the carrier assembly 11 is driven to descend when the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to expand, and the carrier assembly 11 is driven to ascend when the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to contract. During the process that the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to contract to drive the carrying object assembly 11 to ascend, the carrying object assembly 11 gradually extends out of the cavity 20, and during the process that the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to expand to drive the carrying object assembly 11 to descend, the carrying object assembly 11 gradually retracts into the cavity 20.
The lifting device 10 and the household appliance 100 of the above embodiment can drive the lifting assembly 13 to expand or contract through the electric driving assembly 14 to drive the carrying object assembly 11 to ascend, and can also drive the lifting assembly 13 to contract or expand to drive the carrying object assembly 11 to descend, so that a user does not need to perform manual operation and stooping operation, and user experience is improved.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the upper end of the lifting assembly 13 is rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11, and the lower end of the lifting assembly 13 is rotatably connected to the base 12 and is fixedly connected to the electric driving assembly 14. When the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lower end of the lifting assembly 13 to rotate relative to the base 12, the lifting assembly 13 can be unfolded or folded, so as to drive the carrier assembly 11 to ascend or descend.
Referring to fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the carrying object assembly 11 includes a carrying object 111 and a holding frame 112, the carrying object 111 is disposed on the holding frame 112, and the holding frame 112 is rotatably connected to the lifting assembly 13.
Thus, the holder 112 can ensure the stability of the carrier 111 when the carrier 111 ascends or descends, and prevent the carrier 111 from shaking too much, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of instability and even falling.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the holder 112 is rotatably connected to the lifting assembly 13. When the lifting component 13 rotates relative to the holder 112, the lifting component 13 can drive the holder 112 to ascend or descend. It is understood that, in some examples, the lifting device 10 may be configured without the holder 112 by directly matching the carrying object 111 with the lifting assembly 13, and the two are directly connected in a rotating manner, so long as the carrying object 111 can be kept in a stable state.
It should be noted that the carrier 111 can be used for holding articles to be placed in the household appliance 100. For example, for a dishwasher, the carrier 111 may be a basket for bowls, cutlery, chopsticks, etc. For a disinfection cabinet, the carrier 111 may be a container for placing the items to be disinfected.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an example, the household appliance 100 is a dishwasher, the cavity 20 is a liner of the dishwasher, in the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dishwasher further includes a body 30 and a rail assembly 40, the rail assembly 40 connects the liner and the body 30, the liner can slide out of or into the body 30 through the rail assembly 40, and the base 12 of the lifting device 10 is fixedly mounted on the liner. In this embodiment, when a user needs to wash dishes, the user first pulls the inner container out of the body 30, and then the electric driving unit 14 drives the lifting unit 13 to rotate relative to the base 12 to drive the lifting unit 13 to unfold, so as to drive the holder 112 and the loaded object 111 to ascend, and after the lifted object reaches the highest point, the electric driving unit 14 stops driving, and the user places the dishes on the loaded object 111. Then, the electric driving assembly 14 drives the lifting assembly 13 to rotate again relative to the base 12 to drive the lifting assembly 13 to contract, so as to drive the holder 112 and the load-bearing object 111 to descend, until the load-bearing object 111 retracts to the inner container (i.e. descends to the lowest point), the electric driving assembly 14 stops driving, at this time, the user can push the inner container into the body 30 to start washing. The working process of taking and placing the tableware after washing is similar to the above process, and will not be repeated herein. It is understood that in other examples, the household appliance 100 may also be a washing machine, a disinfection cabinet, or the like. It can also be understood that in the present embodiment, the lifting device 10 is installed on the inner container, and when the inner container slides out or pushes out the body 30, the lifting device 10 will also slide out or push out the body 30 along with the inner container.
In the above embodiment, the motor 141 of the electric driving assembly 14 is mounted outside the cavity 20. Specifically, the motor 141 is mounted on the outer surface of the sidewall of the cavity 20 by a fixing member 17, and the fixing member 17 may be a bolt or the like for fixing the connection. So, can guarantee that motor 141 sets up outside cavity 20, realize the water and electricity separation, optimize the water and electricity overall arrangement, can prevent that the water in the cavity 20 from splashing into motor 141 and causing motor 141 trouble.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, in some embodiments, the number of the base 12, the lifting assembly 13 and the electric driving assembly 14 is two, and the two are respectively disposed on two symmetrical sides of the carrier assembly 11. The two lifting assemblies 13 are respectively connected with the two bases 12 in a rotating manner, meanwhile, the two lifting assemblies 13 are both connected with the bearing object assembly 11 in a rotating manner, and the two electric driving assemblies 14 are connected with the two lifting assemblies 13.
Therefore, the synchronous lifting of the bearing object 111 can be realized, and the stability of the bearing object 111 during lifting and descending is ensured.
It is understood that, in the above embodiment, the number of the holders 112 of the carrier assembly 11 connected to the lifting assembly 13 is also two, and the two holders 112 are respectively rotatably connected to the two lifting assemblies 13.
In one embodiment, the lifting assembly 13 includes two first gear links 131 and two second gear links 132 respectively rotatably connected to the two first gear links 131, the two first gear links 131 are respectively formed with first gear portions 1311, the two first gear portions 1311 are engaged with each other and respectively rotatably connected to the base 12, the two second gear links 132 are respectively rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11, and the electric driving assembly 14 is connected to one of the two first gear portions 1311.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, two first gear links 131 are respectively disposed at two symmetrical sides of the base 12 and are both rotatably connected to the base 12. The two second gear links 132 are also disposed on two symmetrical sides of the base 12 respectively and connected to the two first gear links 131 respectively, and both are rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11. As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the two first gear links 131 and the two second gear links 132 are rotatably connected by the connecting member 15 and the axial movement of the two is limited by the limiting member 16, so as to ensure the stability of the transmission. The connecting member 15 may be a pin or the like for hinge. The stop member 16 may be a snap spring. It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the limiting member 16 may be disposed to limit the axial movement of the first gear link 131 when the first gear link is rotatably connected to the base 12. Meanwhile, the limiting member 16 may be provided to limit the axial movement of the second gear link 132 when the second gear link 132 is rotatably connected to the holder 112.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the electric driving assembly 14 includes a motor 141, a motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 is fixedly connected to one of the two first gear portions 1311, and when the motor shaft 1411 rotates, one first gear portion 1311 can rotate along with the motor shaft 1411 to drive the other first gear portion 1311 to rotate, so that a distance between two joints of the two first gear links 131 and the two second gear links 132 becomes smaller or larger, and the lifting assembly 13 is unfolded or contracted. In the embodiment, when the motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 rotates counterclockwise, the distance between the two joints of the two first gear links 131 and the two second gear links 132 becomes smaller, so that the lifting assembly 13 is unfolded upwards to drive the holder 112 to ascend, and thus the load 111 to ascend. When the motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 rotates clockwise, the distance between the two joints of the two first gear links 131 and the two second gear links 132 becomes larger, so that the lifting assembly 13 contracts downwards to drive the holder 112 to descend, and thus the carrier 111 to descend.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 may also rotate clockwise when the carrier 111 needs to be lifted, and the motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 may also rotate counterclockwise when the carrier 111 needs to be lowered, which is not limited in particular.
In the embodiment, the two second gear links 132 are each formed with a second gear portion 1321, the two second gear links 132 are rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11 through the two second gear portions 1321, respectively, and the two second gear portions 1321 are engaged with each other. In this way, the two second gear portions 1321 are engaged with each other, and when one rotates, the other rotates in synchronization, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the ascending and descending of the carrier 111. It is understood that in other embodiments, the second gear portion 1321 may not be formed on the second gear link 132, and the two second gear links 132 are directly and rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11, and the specific connection manner is not limited.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, in another embodiment, the lifting assembly 13 includes two first gear links 131 and two second gear links 132 respectively rotatably connected to the two first gear links 131, each of the two first gear links 131 is formed with a first gear portion 1311, the two first gear portions 1311 are engaged with each other and respectively rotatably connected to the base 12, and the electric driving assembly 14 is connected to one of the two first gear portions 1311. In addition, the lifting assembly 13 further includes two third gear links 133 and two fourth gear links 134 respectively rotatably connected to the two third gear links 133, the two second gear links 132 are formed with second gear portions 1321, the two third gear links 133 are formed with third gear portions 1331, the two second gear portions 1321 are engaged with each other and respectively engaged with the two third gear portions 1331, the two third gear portions 1331 are engaged with each other and respectively engaged with the two second gear portions 1321, and the two fourth gear links 134 are rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connection manner between the first gear link 131 and the second gear link 132, the structure of the first gear link 131, and the connection manner of the first gear link 131 and the base 12 are the same as those in the above-described embodiment. That is, in the present embodiment, the two first gear links 131 are also respectively disposed at two symmetrical sides of the base 12 and are both rotatably connected to the base 12. The two second gear links 132 are also disposed on two symmetrical sides of the base 12 respectively and connected to the two first gear links 131 respectively, and both are rotatably connected to the carrier assembly 11. Meanwhile, the two first gear links 131 and the two second gear links 132 are also rotationally connected by the two connecting members 15 and the axial movement of both is restricted by the stopper 16 to maintain rotational stability.
In addition, in the present embodiment, two third gear links 133 are also disposed on two symmetrical sides of the base 12, and two fourth gear links 134 are also disposed on two symmetrical sides of the base 12. The third gear link 133 and the fourth gear link 134 are also connected by the connecting member 15 and the limiting member 16 to limit the axial movement of the two (as shown in fig. 7). At the same time, the two fourth gear links 134 are both connected to the carrier assembly 11 in a rotatable manner and are limited in their axial movement by the limiting element 16.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the two second gear parts 1321 of the two second gear links 132 are respectively meshed with the two third gear parts 1331 of the two third gear links 133, and the two second gear parts 1321 are also meshed with each other and the two third gear parts 1331 are also meshed with each other. Thus, when the electric driving assembly 14 drives one of the first gear portions 1311 to rotate, the second gear link 132 rotates, so that the second gear portion 1321 also rotates, the third gear portion 1331 is driven to rotate, and the third gear link 133 rotates, thereby driving the fourth gear link 134 to rotate to drive the carrier assembly 11 to ascend or descend.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, in the present embodiment, when the carrying object 111 needs to be lifted, the motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 rotates counterclockwise, the distance between the connection point of one first gear link 131 and one second gear link 132 and the connection point of the other first gear link 131 and the other second gear link 132 becomes smaller (see fig. 3), the first gear link 131 and the second gear link 132 expand upward, the two mutually engaged second gear portions 1321 rotate, so as to drive the two third gear portions 1331 to rotate so as to rotate the two third gear links 133, so as to reduce the distance between the two connection points of the two third links and the two fourth links, and the third gear link 133 and the fourth gear link 134 expand upward, thereby driving the carrying object assembly 11 to be lifted.
When the carrying object 111 is required to descend, when the motor shaft 1411 of the motor 141 rotates clockwise, the distance between the two joints of the two first gear links 131 and the two second gear links 132 becomes large, the first gear link 131 and the second gear link 132 contract downwards, the two second gear parts 1321 engaged with each other rotate, so as to drive the two third gear parts 1331 to rotate, so that the two third gear links 133 rotate, so that the distance between the two joints of the two third links and the two fourth links becomes large, and the third gear link 133 and the fourth gear link 134 contract downwards, so as to drive the carrying object assembly 11 to descend.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6, in the embodiment, in order to ensure the meshing stability of the second gear portion 1321 and the third gear portion 1331 and the working stability of the lifting assembly, the lifting assembly 13 further includes a supporting seat 135, and the two second gear portions 1321 and the two third gear portions 1331 are disposed on the supporting seat 135 and rotatably connected to the supporting seat 135.
