The water outlet amount of the key valve in the fifth key is larger than that of the key valve in the fourth key, and the key valve in the fourth key can save water.

In this embodiment, the discharge output parameters of the high-voltage pulse electric field are limited to high voltage and low current. The amplitude of the pulsed voltage between the two electrodes is between 1000 volts and 2000 volts. The current when the electrode discharges is in microampere level, the pulse width is about 100 ns-20 microseconds, and the distance between the electrodes is less than 2mm, so that corona discharge is generated when the pulse comes, high temperature and arc light cannot be generated, equipment such as a closestool cannot be injured, and personnel for use cannot be injured.
