本发明公开了一种基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视方法,在设有新生儿重症或成人重症监护的医疗机构,为家属提供高清晰、低卡顿的远程视频探视支持解决方案。本发明利用5G技术低延时、高带宽、大容量和快速稳定的特性,从而弥补医疗行业的跨区域、跨空间、跨时间的资源不足问题,降低基层居民就医门槛,拓展医疗机构线上探视途径,缓解家属焦虑感,提升居民就医获得感。使用本发明,需要有高清摄像头设施的投入、5G室分系统的布设和简单的施工和管理即可,具有容易推广实施的优势。

Description

基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视
技术领域
本发明涉及5G通讯技术,尤其是一种用于新生儿重症或成人重症监护线上探视的远程医疗探视方法。
背景技术
2018年4月,国务院印发了《关于促进“互联网+医疗健康”发展的意见》,鼓励创新服务模式、优化资源配置、提供服务效率、降低服务成本。远程探视是医疗健康行业发展的一个重要方向,是未来智慧医疗体系的重要组成部分,是一种基于互联网技术,打破区域和时间限制,拉近医生之间、医生和患者之间、家属和病患之间沟通的重要手段。
5G技术可在28GHz超高频以超过1Gbps/s的速度传输数据,使网络时延、能源消耗、网络容量问题等得到极大改善,推动物联网和互联网进入更高级的发展阶段,弥补了医疗行业的跨区域、跨空间、跨时间的不足,降低基层居民就医门槛,使就医更便捷。
对探视满意度的调查发现,家长希望每天能见到患儿,而被隔离于病室外限制探视,与家长的焦虑感形成矛盾和反差。随着医学模式的转变,以患者和家庭为中心的护理已经被广泛作为儿科护理的一种理念。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种投入较少、操作简单的5G远程医疗探视方法,拓展医疗机构线上探视途径,缓解家属焦虑感,提升居民就医获得感。
为解决上述技术问题本发明采用如下技术方案:在设有新生儿重症或成人重症监护的医疗机构,为家属提供高清晰、低卡顿的远程视频探视支持解决方案。
所述解决方案面向在院住院或接受治疗的新生儿重症或成人重症监护群体。
在院住院或接受治疗的新生儿群体,是指包括在NICU病区、新生儿科病区、儿科病区等在内的,医疗机构所接收的早产患儿、危重患儿和住院患儿等在院接受治疗康复的儿童。
远程探视采用5G室分技术,分为医疗机构端、远程探视端和用户探视端。医疗机构端具有逻辑严格的线上探视预约流程,包括号源配置、号源预约、预约审核、预约结果告知、探视验证码,线上探视预约功能呈现在医疗机构线上推广应用中。远程探视端采用高清探视摄像头,所述设备具有5G频段适配功能,支持360°或接近360°的环绕视角,可以连接VR眼镜等辅助视频设备,可以方便移动位置。用户探视端具备关注医疗机构线上推广应用,其家属正在医疗机构内住院进行相关的治疗过程,使用智能手机、VR眼镜或4K高清终端等可以观看视频的联网设备。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施具体阐述本发明基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视的内容。
1、通过互联网医院实现完整的线上探视流程,包括探视线上号源预约、科室审核、探视秘钥发放、视频探视。
2、通过视频探视实现完整的探视信息查询,包括新生儿实时状态和新生儿的医嘱信息、护理信息、电子病历及检验检查等报告信息。
3、通过5G室分技术和AP热点布置,实现门诊区域和新生儿重症及成人重症监护病房的5G信号全覆盖。
4、通过具备5G频段适配功能的高清摄像头,完成医疗机构端的5G远程医疗探视的硬件部署。
5、探视用户,通过互联网医院进行线上探视。临床科室接收探视预约信息,并对重症监护的患者状态进行评估,允许探视请求会发放探视秘钥至发起探视的用户手机端。探视秘钥一式两份,其中一份存于线下临床科室,临床科室在院内5G探视系统中输入探视秘钥,调取5G高清摄像头,探视用户在预约时间内,输入秘钥完成线上探视。
6、在实际应用中,与原线下探视流程相比,缩短了探视家属的等候时间40分钟,探视满意度达到99.5%,提升3.38%。同时,降低了院感风险,缓解了探视家属的焦虑心情,起到了便民利民的效果,提高了居民的就医体验感和就医获得感。

1.基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视,其特征在于:在设有新生儿重症或成人重症监护的医疗机构,为家属提供高清晰、低卡顿的远程视频探视支持解决方案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视,其特征在于:所述解决方案面向在院住院或接受治疗的新生儿重症或成人重症监护群体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视,其特征在于:新生儿群体是指包括在NICU病区、新生儿科病区、儿科病区等在内的,医疗机构所接收的早产患儿、危重患儿和住院患儿等在院接受治疗康复的儿童。
4.根据权利要求3所述的基于5G通讯技术的远程医疗探视,其特征在于:远程探视采用5G室分技术,分为医疗机构端、远程探视端和用户探视端。
