According to the invention, the flexible electric conductor is adopted to replace the traditional positive and negative electrode lugs, so that the space of the battery cell is greatly saved, the lead package can be made at any position, the problem of wire adding in PACK assembly is solved, and the market demand is met.

The winding body is round, oval or square. The aluminum-plastic film shell is made by punching an aluminum-plastic film by a shell punching machine. The first pole piece and the second pole piece are respectively a positive pole piece and a negative pole piece. The flexible conductor is welded on the pole piece by adopting a sheet making machine or an all-in-one machine welding head. The flexible electric conductor adopts a lead or a flexible tab. Through adopting the wire to replace traditional positive negative pole utmost point ear, both very big space of having saved electric core can also go out the wire encapsulation in arbitrary position, solves the PACK equipment problem of adding the line, satisfies the demand in market.
