Description

Individual alcohol content assessment method and system based on alcohol content related factors
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a system for evaluating wine volume.
Background
The history of Chinese wine making is of great origin, and among many wines, white spirit is taken as the main wine for Chinese people to drink. Accident investigation by the World Health Organization (WHO) shows that about 50% -60% of traffic accidents are related to drunk driving, which is the leading cause of mortality for car accidents. The number of people dying from alcoholism in China is over 11 ten thousand per year, and accounts for 1.3% of the total mortality rate. There are hundreds of thousands of traffic accidents each year due to drunk driving, of which more than half of the deaths are related to drunk driving. Meanwhile, long-term drinking can increase the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and is also a high-risk factor for the onset of some tumors. China has long been listed by the world health organization as a "disaster area" for world alcohol consumption, and the health costs paid in the back are difficult to measure.
The existing studies have pointed out that SNP sites of a plurality of human genes including SNP site rs1229984 on ADH1B (acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 1B), SNP site rs671 on ALDH2 (acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2), and SNP site rs698 on ALDH3 (acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 3) may be closely related to alcohol metabolism ability of human body, but sites related to alcohol metabolism ability are not only three or more, and the wine amount is affected by various factors and individuals vary greatly, and it is difficult to predict the wine amount in advance simply to detect genotype of SNP site. The existing alcohol content assessment methods are rough, only the variety of alcohol or personal life information of drinkers is concerned, or only the alcohol metabolism related genes of individuals are concerned, the assessment methods are not comprehensive enough, the alcohol metabolism capability and the alcohol content (namely the actual tolerance to alcoholic drinks) of a single individual cannot be accurately reflected, and besides 'in-person alcohol test', no method for estimating the alcohol content of people in advance exists, abuse of alcohol is avoided through the estimated alcohol content, and various health problems caused by alcohol drinking are prevented.
