And the control module 13 is used for controlling the target equipment corresponding to the brand name according to the control protocol and the communication mode. The control module executes the action instruction transmitted by the voice control command.
The acquisition module acquires voice instruction information of a user; the judgment module judges the brand name of the acquired voice instruction information, extracts the brand name which can be matched with the protocol, and controls corresponding brand equipment by utilizing the brand protocol and a communication mode, so that equipment of different brands can be automatically controlled through voice, and the operation of equipment control is simplified.

Preferred embodiments
The embodiment provided by the invention can be implemented by that a user sends a voice message to the control device, and the control device receives the voice message to perform action; the voice recognition unit can be a voice recognition chip or a voice recognition module for recognizing voice information sent by a user. The control unit in the control device is only activated when the voice equipment unit can recognize the voice command of the user, wherein the voice information to be recognized in the voice recognition unit can be preset by the user, and can also be set before the control device leaves a factory. The control unit action also needs to meet the requirement that brand words capable of being matched with the brand protocols exist in the recognized voice information, the brand words are preset words and can be set and changed according to the requirements of customers, and when the brand protocols are successfully matched with the brand words, corresponding communication modes are searched through the corresponding brand protocols, wherein the communication modes are various, but are stored in the communication unit, so that the communication modes can be conveniently obtained. Specifically, the communication mode may be infrared, radio frequency, bluetooth, WiFi, or the like. When the brand protocol and the communication mode are determined, the equipment of the corresponding brand protocol needs to be controlled through a control instruction issued by the user. Therefore, the device with different brands can be automatically controlled through voice, the operation of device control is simplified, and the operation of a user is facilitated.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device may include a processor 21 and a memory 22, where the processor 21 and the memory 22 may be connected through a bus 23 or in another manner, and fig. 6 illustrates the connection through the bus.
The processor 21 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 21 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or any combination thereof.
The memory 22, which is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the voice control method implemented in the voice control apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention (for example, the obtaining module 10, the judging module 11, the matching module 12, and the control module 13 shown in fig. 5). The processor 21 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by executing non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 22, that is, implements the voice control method in the above method embodiment.
The memory 22 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor 21, and the like. Further, the memory 22 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 22 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 21, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor 21 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more modules are stored in the memory 22 and, when executed by the processor 21, perform the speech control method of the embodiment shown in fig. 1-4.
The details of the electronic device may be understood by referring to the corresponding descriptions and effects in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 4, and are not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD) or a Solid State Drive (SSD), etc.; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (10)

1. A voice control method, comprising:
acquiring voice information;
determining whether the voice information comprises a brand name;
when the voice information comprises the brand name, matching a control protocol and a communication mode corresponding to the brand name from a preset protocol pool by using the brand name;
and controlling the target equipment corresponding to the brand name according to the control protocol and the communication mode.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring first voice information, and controlling the target equipment based on the first voice information;
judging whether the first voice message comprises a brand name or not;
when the first voice information comprises a brand name, matching a control protocol and a communication mode corresponding to the brand name from a preset protocol pool, controlling target equipment corresponding to the brand name according to the control protocol and the communication mode, and receiving and executing corresponding second voice information;
when the first voice message does not include the brand name, receiving second voice message, and judging whether the second voice message includes the brand name;
when the second voice message comprises a brand name, matching a control protocol and a communication mode corresponding to the brand name from a preset protocol pool according to the brand name, and controlling target equipment corresponding to the brand name according to the control protocol and the communication mode;
and when the second voice message does not include the brand name, extracting the last control protocol and communication mode, and controlling the last target equipment according to the last control protocol and communication mode.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the controlling the target device corresponding to the brand name according to the control protocol and the communication mode includes:
determining the target device by using the brand name;
and selecting a corresponding control protocol and a communication mode based on the control equipment, coding the control signal, and transmitting the coded control signal to the target equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein when the voice message includes at least 2 brand names, the corresponding target device is controlled according to the at least 2 brand names.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein when the voice message includes at least 2 brand names, the voice message is confirmed to the user according to the at least 2 brand names, and the target device corresponding to the at least 1 brand name is controlled based on a confirmation result of the user.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the controlling the target device corresponding to the brand name further comprises: when the acquired voice information contains the brand names except the target equipment, whether the control protocol corresponding to the brand names except the target equipment is switched to or not needs to be confirmed to the user.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein when at least 2 target devices are in an operating state, after the voice information not containing the brand name of the corresponding target device is acquired, the position of the user is identified, the target device closest to the user is controlled, and/or the confirmation is performed to the user.
8. A voice control apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring voice information;
the determining module is used for determining whether the voice information comprises a brand name;
the matching module is used for matching a control protocol and a communication mode corresponding to the brand name from a preset protocol pool by using the brand name when the voice information comprises the brand name;
and the control module is used for controlling the target equipment corresponding to the brand name according to the control protocol and the communication mode.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor, the memory and the processor being communicatively coupled to each other, the memory having stored therein computer instructions, the processor executing the computer instructions to perform the voice control method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the voice control method of any one of claims 1-7.
