Description

Splicing display and display equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to a display device, in particular to a display capable of being spliced and display equipment.
Background
With the increasing demand of society for ultra-large screen display, the realization of ultra-large screen display by splicing and displaying display devices is a feasible and mature large screen display mode due to the limitation of the sizes of the display devices, and is applied to various application occasions, such as outdoor advertisements, stadiums, control rooms of power dispatching, subway dispatching and the like. However, in the structures of the LCD display screen and the OLED display screen, certain frames are inevitably left due to the requirements of the driving circuit, the production process and the installation process, so that when a plurality of display devices display, the frames of the display screen inevitably exist, which results in the division of the picture, damages the continuity and the integrity of the image, seriously affects the overall effect of the tiled display picture, and cannot realize high-quality seamless tiled display.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a display and a display device which can be spliced, realize seamless laying and simultaneously provide a display device with seamless splicing and high dynamic contrast.
In order to solve the technical problem, one technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the display capable of being spliced comprises a first display screen and a second display screen. The first display screen includes a plurality of first transmissive pixels to project a first image; a second display screen, arranged in a peripheral region of the first display screen, comprising a plurality of second transmissive pixels and corresponding lens structures to project a second image. The spliced display further comprises a cover plate layer, the cover plate layer is arranged above the first display screen and the second display screen, and the first image and the second image are projected onto the cover plate layer. In particular, the lens structure is located between the second transmissive pixel and the cover plate layer.
The invention can adjust and amplify the second transmission pixel through the design of the lens structure, thereby adjusting the display pixel of the second image, realizing seamless laying, and simultaneously realizing the display device with high dynamic contrast by independently controlling the brightness and gray scale of each display screen.
The first display screen and the second display screen may also be different display areas of the same display screen.
The seamless splicing display mode of the spliceable display is as follows: acquiring the display resolution of each display screen; adjusting the mapping relation between the pixel point information of the sub-image and the display resolution of the display screen according to the acquired display resolution; and adjusting the display resolution of the display screen to the resolution matched with the pixel point information of the sub-image. Correspondingly segmenting a target image to be displayed into a plurality of sub-images including a first image and a second image according to the layout and the proportion of a plurality of spliced display screens; sending the plurality of split sub-images to the corresponding display screens; and controlling a plurality of display screens to synchronously play the plurality of sub-images.
The step of adjusting the display resolution of the display screen to a resolution matched with the pixel point information of the sub-image comprises the following steps: determining the distribution information of the pixel points in the target image according to the coordinates of the pixel points in the target image;
determining the number of pixel points in the divided sub-images;
and adjusting the resolution of each display screen according to the mapping relation between the number of the pixel points of the sub-image and the display resolution, wherein the adjusted resolution of each display screen corresponds to the number of the pixel points of the sub-image displayed by the display screen.
And a second seamless splicing display mode of the spliceable display: distributing the target image into sub-images to a plurality of display screens, wherein the plurality of display screens comprise a first display screen and a second display screen; adjusting the display resolution of the display screen to a resolution matched with the pixel point information of the subimage according to the mapping relation between the pixel point information of the subimage and the display resolution of the display screen; and displaying the sub-images at the adjusted display resolution to be displayed in a splicing mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the transmission divergence of the second image is adjusted by the transmission aperture of the lens structure. Resolution adjustment of the second image is performed through a transmissive aperture of the lens structure.
In another preferred embodiment, the transmission divergence of the second image is adjusted by the position of the lens structure. And adjusting the distance between the lens structure and the second transmission pixel and between the lens structure and the cover plate layer through the vertical position of the lens structure, thereby realizing resolution adjustment of the second image.
In a further preferred embodiment, the transmission divergence of the second image is adjusted by the transmission aperture and/or the transmission cross-section of the lens structure. The second image is resolution adjusted by the transmission divergence of the second image through the transmission aperture and/or transmission cross-section of the lens structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the second display screen comprises Micro-LEDs or Mini-LEDs.
In a preferred embodiment, the resolution of the projected pixels of the first display screen is lower than or equal to the resolution of the projected pixels of the second display screen.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the spliced display is applied to the display equipment.
