Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an optical illusion demonstration device, which is an optical science and technology exhibit used for exhibition of science and technology museums and belongs to optical education instruments.
Background
Optical illusions refer to specific perceptions that are inconsistent with objective facts, based on perceptual experience or improper reference, etc., when a person or animal views an object.
Understanding the principle of optical illusions first entails understanding the formation of vision. When the light reflected by the external object carries the information on the surface of the object, the light passes through cornea and aqueous humor, enters the eyeball from the pupil, and is focused on the retina to form an object image. The object image stimulates the photoreceptor cells on the retina, and the nerve impulses generated by these photoreceptor cells travel along the optic nerve to the visual center of the cerebral cortex, i.e., the pillow She Buwei of the cerebral cortex, where they are converted into a perceived view in the brain. The generation of the scenes is processed, namely, the 'angle sense', 'image sense', 'stereoscopic sense', and the like work cooperatively, and the image is restored in the brain virtual space according to the ingested information, wherein the restoration is equal to the outward projection of the image. The virtual location can be approximately aligned with the original physical location, which is what we see.
Any visual information that our eyes provide to us is often ambiguous, and it itself does not provide enough information to allow us to give a definitive interpretation of objects in the real world. In fact, there are often a number of different interpretations that are trusted. It is worth noting that there is only one interpretation at a time, and that there are no singularities in the mixture of several interpretations. The different interpretations of visual images are illustrations of what are mathematically called "ill-posed problems". There are many possible solutions to any one of the ill-posed problems, which are equally reasonable without any additional information. In order to get a true solution, a mathematical so-called "constraint" needs to be used. The vision system must get the inherent assumption of how best to interpret the input information. There is usually no uncertainty in what we look at, as the brain combines the information provided by many salient features of visual scene shape, color, motion, etc., and gives the most reasonable explanation of all these different visual cues taken into account.
The object is not easy to find in the background with the same or similar color, in the process that two blocks with yellow and blue advance simultaneously, the front and rear parts of the block are respectively in the gray background and the same color background at the same moment, the front end of the block in the movement direction is obviously observed, the eyes can clearly capture the movement of the block, the other block is still, the process is staggered, and the staggered visual illusion of movement and stillness is generated through the active judgment of the brain, as shown in fig. 10. At present, the optical illusion is displayed through media and is not displayed through a real object.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the visual illusion video is converted into a physical form, so that the magic phenomenon which can only be observed through two eyes can be actually operated, the interactivity and the interestingness are enhanced, and related concepts, principles and the like are better popularized to audiences.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a visual illusion demonstration device for displaying to the public, which comprises a main body and a display stand, wherein the main body comprises an outer cylinder, a lower cylinder and an upper cylinder, and the display stand comprises an infrared motion detection trigger, a control circuit and a rotary table. The outer cylinder is made of transparent organic glass material, is positioned on the outermost layer, is connected with the display surface, and is pure white except for an observation area. The lower cylinder is made of transparent organic glass material, the lower cylinder is positioned between the outer cylinder and the upper cylinder, the cylinder mouth is upwards arranged on the rotary table, a limiting cylinder is arranged in the cylinder, and four groups of blue-yellow small squares are stuck on the upper half part of the lower cylinder. The upper cylinder is made of transparent organic glass material, is positioned at the innermost layer, is provided with a limiting hole, and is downwards arranged to cover the limiting cylinder of the lower cylinder; the upper cylinder is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper half part of the upper cylinder is stuck with dark stripes, and the lower half part is a gray background; the upper cylinder is provided with a handle, and the upper cylinder can be lifted through the handle, so that the blue-yellow small square moves in the dark stripe and gray background.
Compared with the prior art, the visual illusion display system has the advantages that the visual illusion in the media is displayed in front of the audience in a mechanical simulation mode, and the audience can interactively operate to more intuitively experience the visual illusion phenomenon.
