Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The invention provides a component for splicing Chinese characters, which starts from strokes or extension rods of traditional Chinese characters but starts from cross points in the Chinese characters, and because cross points or inflection points are formed between most Chinese characters no matter the strokes or the strokes, an inventor designs some basic character splicing modules by inducing the types of the cross points of the Chinese characters to realize character splicing. The forming mode of the spelling module is not the key point of the invention, the key point of the invention is the scheme of the spelling, and the spelling module can be an integrally formed structure and can also be an assembled splicing structure.
To facilitate an understanding of the present invention, the following examples are provided to illustrate the present solution.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 41 to 56, a method for assembling chinese characters, using the spelling assembly of the present invention, the method for assembling chinese characters comprises the steps of,
step one, determining the number of connection points of Chinese characters to be assembled, the number of extension directions of each connection point and the position relation of each extension direction of each connection point; the connection points comprise intersection points formed by crossing basic strokes, such as intersection points formed by crossing strokes 'horizontal' and strokes 'vertical' to form Chinese characters, and the like; the inflection point formed by the single stroke is also included, and the inflection point comprises turning points of 'transverse turning', 'left falling and right falling' in the strokes of the Chinese characters and the like;
and step two, selecting a needed spelling module to replace each connection point in the Chinese characters according to the number of the extension directions of each connection point and the relation between the extension directions, wherein one connection point in the Chinese characters approximately has 2 extension directions or 3 extension directions or 4 extension directions or 5 extension directions or 6 extension directions.
The spelling module in this embodiment includes an "L" type spelling module 100 and a "V" type spelling module 200 having two extending directions; a T-shaped spelling module 300, a Bu-shaped spelling module 400 and a man-shaped spelling module 500 with three extending directions; an X-shaped spelling module 600 with four extending directions, a talent-shaped spelling module 700 with five extending directions, and a big spelling module 800; a "wood" type spelling module 900 having six extension directions;
the L-shaped spelling module 100 comprises a first extension part 101 and a second extension part 102, wherein one end of the first extension part 101 is fixedly connected with one end of the second extension part 102, the other ends of the first extension part 101 and the second extension part 102 are extension ends 103, and an included angle between a center line of the first extension part 101 and a center line of the second extension part 102 is a right angle; the center line of the first extension 101 is coplanar with the center line of the second extension 102, the center line of the first extension is a line passing through the center of each section of the first extension, and the center line of the second extension is a line passing through the center of each section of the second extension.
The V-shaped spelling module 200 comprises a fifth extension part 301 and a sixth extension part 302, wherein one end of the fifth extension part 301 is connected with one end of the sixth extension part 302, the other end of the fifth extension part 301 and the other end of the sixth extension part 302 are extension ends 103, and an included angle between a center line of the fifth extension part 301 and a center line of the sixth extension part 302 is an acute angle or an obtuse angle;
the T-shaped spelling module 300 comprises a third extension part 201 and a fourth extension part 202 arranged in the middle of the third extension part 201, wherein the third extension part 201 and the fourth extension part 202 are perpendicular to each other, both ends of the third extension part 201 are extension ends 103, one end of the fourth extension part 202 is connected with the middle of the third extension part 201, and the other end of the fourth extension part 202 is an extension end 103;
the 'halter' type spelling module 400 comprises a ninth extension part 501 and a tenth extension part 502 which are square in cross section, the length of the cross section sides of the ninth extension part 501 and the tenth extension part 502 is a, the two ends of the ninth extension part 501 are extension ends 103, one end of the tenth extension part 502 is connected with the ninth extension part 501, the other end of the tenth extension part 502 is an extension end 103, and the included angle between the center line of the tenth extension part 502 and the center line of the ninth extension part 501 is an acute angle;
the 'human' type spelling module 500 comprises a second extension 901, a third extension 902 and a fourth extension 916 which are connected into a whole structure, wherein one ends of the second extension 901, the third extension 902 and the fourth extension 916 are fixedly connected to form a 'human' shape, the other ends of the second extension 901, the third extension 902 and the fourth extension 916 are extension ends 103, and the center lines of the third extension 902 and the fourth extension 916 are distributed on two sides of the center line of the second extension 901;
the X-shaped spelling module 600 comprises a seventh extension part 401 and an eighth extension part 402, wherein the intersection point of the seventh extension part 401 and the eighth extension part 402 is located in the middle of the seventh extension part 401 and the eighth extension part 402, the seventh extension part 401 and the eighth extension part 402 are both column-shaped parts with square cross-sectional profiles, the side length of the cross section of the seventh extension part 401 is equal to that of the cross section of the eighth extension part 402, both ends of the seventh extension part 401 and both ends of the eighth extension part 402 are extension ends 103, and the included angle between the center line of the seventh extension part 401 and the center line of the eighth extension part 402 is an acute angle or a right angle;
the 'talent' type spelling module 700, including eleventh extension 601, twelfth extension 602 and thirteenth extension 616 whose central lines are connected to a point; the eleventh extension 601 and the twelfth extension 602 are connected in a crossing manner, both ends of the eleventh extension 601 and both ends of the twelfth extension 602 are extension ends 103, one end of the thirteenth extension 616 is connected with a crossing point of the eleventh extension 601 and the twelfth extension 602, and the other end of the thirteenth extension 616 is an extension end 103; the 'talent' type spelling does not include 'lift' in 'talent' stroke 'vertical lift';
the large spelling module 800 comprises a fourteenth extension 701, a fifteenth extension 702, a sixteenth extension 716 and a seventeenth extension 730, wherein the center lines of the fourteenth extension 701, the fifteenth extension 702, the sixteenth extension 716 and the seventeenth extension 730 intersect at a point; the central line of the fourteenth extending portion 701 is a straight line, both ends of the fourteenth extending portion 701 are extending ends 103, the fifteenth extending portion 702 is located on the upper side of the fourteenth extending portion 701, the lower end of the fifteenth extending portion 702 is connected with the fourteenth extending portion 701, and the upper end of the fifteenth extending portion 702 is an extending end 103; the sixteenth extension 716 and the seventeenth extension 730 are located at the lower side of the fourteenth extension 701, the upper ends of the sixteenth extension 716 and the seventeenth extension 730 are connected to the fourteenth extension 701, and the lower ends of the sixteenth extension 716 and the seventeenth extension 730 are the extension ends 103; the sixteenth extension 716 and the seventeenth extension 730 are located on two sides of the centerline of the fifteenth extension 702;
the wooden spelling module 900 comprises an eighteenth extension part 801, a nineteenth extension part 802, a twentieth extension part 816 and a twenty-first extension part 830 which are connected into an integral structure, wherein the eighteenth extension part 801 and the nineteenth extension part 802 are in a crossed structure, two ends of the eighteenth extension part 801 are both extension ends 103, two ends of the nineteenth extension part 802 are both extension ends 103, and the twentieth extension part 816 and the twenty-first extension part 830 are positioned on two sides of the nineteenth extension part 802 and on the same side of the eighteenth extension part 801; one end of the twentieth extending part 816 is connected with the eighteenth extending part 801 or/and the nineteenth extending part 802, one end of the twenty-first extending part 830 is connected with the eighteenth extending part 801 or/and the nineteenth extending part 802, and the other ends of the twentieth extending part 816 and the twenty-first extending part 830 are extending ends 103;
thirdly, correspondingly connecting the extension ends of the selected spelling modules through extension pieces according to the typefaces of the Chinese characters; spelling out the typeface of the Chinese characters.
And step four, connecting the tail ends of the strokes of the Chinese characters through a closing piece 1000, wherein the closing piece 1000 is connected with the extension end of the spelling module or connected with the extension piece.
In this embodiment, the cross sections of the extending ends of the extending portions of all the spelling modules are squares with a side length of a, and the central lines of all the extending portions of each spelling module are coplanar and intersect at a point. The "L" type spelling module 100, "V" type spelling module 200, "T" type spelling module 300, "halberd" type spelling module 400, "people" type spelling module 500, "X" type spelling module 600, "talent" type spelling module 700, "big" type spelling module 800 and "wood" type spelling module 900 extend the end face and be the square of length of side a and every extends the end face and all be provided with lug 104 and the recess 105 of the same structure, the shape phase-match of lug 104 and recess 105, all be provided with on the both ends terminal surface of extension 1003 with extend the end terminal surface on lug 104 and the structure that the recess 105 shape matches. The number of the convex blocks 104 and the number of the grooves 105 are two, the convex blocks 104 and the grooves 105 are respectively arranged at four corners of the end face of the extension end 103, the grooves 105 are formed between the convex blocks 104, so that the convex blocks 104 and the grooves 105 are arranged diagonally, the bottom face of the groove 105 is the end face of the extension end 103, the shapes of the convex blocks 104 and the grooves 105 are matched, the cross section shape of the convex blocks 104 and the bottom face of the grooves 105 are square, and the area of the cross section shape of the convex blocks 104 and the area of the bottom face of the grooves 105 are one fourth of the area of the end face of the extension end 103. It can be ensured that the extension ends of the respective spelling modules can be connected through the extension 1003. The extension piece is of a central symmetry structure, so that the L-shaped spelling module 100 can achieve the same assembly effect when the front face faces outwards and the rear face faces outwards.
In order to more intuitively represent the present invention, the following figures describe the present invention in terms of the concatenation steps of the Chinese characters "east".
Firstly, the Chinese character east has 4 connecting points, two connecting points have 4 extending directions, and two connecting points have 2 extending directions; then determining the relation among all the extension directions; because the scheme is convenient to show, the vertical lift in the east of the Chinese characters is replaced by the L-shaped piece,
then selecting three spelling modules from the 9 spelling modules, namely two X-shaped modules, wherein the included angle between two extending parts of one X-shaped module is an acute angle and is used for realizing the intersection formed by the strokes of left-falling and folding and the strokes of horizontal stroke, and the included angle between two extending parts of one X-shaped module is a right angle and is used for realizing the intersection formed by the strokes of left-falling and folding and the strokes of vertical stroke; then a V-shaped spelling is used for forming an inflection point of the stroke of left-handed letter, and an L-shaped spelling module 100 is used for realizing the inflection point of the stroke of vertical letter;
then the 4 spelling modules are connected together by using the extension 1003;
finally, the epilogue 1000 is connected to each end of the Chinese character. The left-falling and right-falling strokes of east are designed separately in the embodiment and are horizontal rod members spliced by an extension member and a tail member 1000.
The spelling module selected by each Chinese character spelling group is not unique and fixed, and can also realize a loaded spelling module according to a plurality of simple spelling modules and functional components, for example, the 'talent' type spelling module 700 with five extending directions is formed by splicing an 'X' type spelling module 600 and a 'halter' type spelling module 400, and the 'big' type spelling module 800 is formed by splicing 1 'X' type spelling module 600 and 1 'man' type spelling module 500; the "wood" type spelling module 900 having six extending directions is formed by splicing one "X" type spelling module 600 and two "bo" type spelling modules 400.
Example 2
Unlike embodiment 1, in this embodiment, the "L" -shaped spelling module 100, the "V" -shaped spelling module 200, the "T" -shaped spelling module 300, the "halter" -shaped spelling module 400, the "man" -shaped spelling module 500, the "X" -shaped spelling module 600, the "talent" -shaped spelling module 700, the "big" -shaped spelling module 800, and the "wood" -shaped spelling module 900 are all integrally formed.
Example 3
On the basis of embodiment 1, the present application further provides a spliced type "L" shaped spelling module 100, which can form a connection point inflection point having two extending directions in a chinese character, such as a transverse fold, a transverse skimming, and the like. The spelling module comprises a first extension part 101 and a second extension part 102, one end of the first extension part 101 is fixedly connected with one end of the second extension part 102, the other end of the first extension part 101 and the other end of the second extension part 102 are extension ends 103, and an included angle between a central line of the first extension part 101 and a central line of the second extension part 102 is an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle; the center lines of the first extension 101 and the second extension 102 are perpendicular to each other in this embodiment. The first extension 101 and the second extension 103 can be assembled with the extension 1003 having different lengths to extend the lengths of the first extension 101 and the second extension 102 by a desired length.
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that the "L" -shaped spelling module 100 in this embodiment is a mortise and tenon joint, and the first extension 101 and the second extension 102 of the "L" -shaped spelling module 100 are formed by splicing a plurality of components. The first extension 101 and the second extension 102 of the present embodiment are formed by joggling three components, which are specifically as follows:
one end of the first component 106 is an extending end 103 of the first extending part 101, and the other end is provided with a first tenon 109; one end of the second assembly 107 is an extending end 103 of the second extending portion 102, the other end of the second assembly 107 is a first mounting surface 110, a perpendicular line of the first mounting surface 110 is perpendicular to a perpendicular line of the extending end 103 of the second assembly 107, the perpendicular line of the first mounting surface 110 is parallel to a perpendicular line of the extending end 103 of the first assembly 106, a first assembling hole 111 for being matched with the first tenon 109 is formed in the first mounting surface 110, a first mounting cavity 112 is formed in a back end face of the first mounting surface 110, the first tenon 109 is inserted into the first mounting cavity 112 through the first assembling hole 111 to enable the first assembly 106 to be attached to the first mounting surface 110, and the third assembly 108 is inserted into the first assembling hole 111 and the first mounting cavity 112 and seals an opening formed by the first mounting cavity 112. The third component 108 in this embodiment is used to mate the first component 106 and the second component 107 and to fill the remaining first gap 118 of the first mounting cavity 112, at least with the outer end face of the second component 107 being flush and free of gaps.
In order to ensure the reliable connection of the first component 106 and the second component 107, the first tenon 109 is L-shaped and comprises a first plug connector 113 and a locking component 116, the third component 108 comprises a second plug connector 115 and a first blocking pillar 117 for blocking the opening of the first mounting cavity 112, the first tenon 109 passes through the first mounting hole 111 to enable the locking component 116 to be locked at the right front side of the first mounting hole 111, the front end surface of the locking component 116 is flush with the front end surface of the second component 107, the second plug connector 115 is inserted into the first mounting hole 111, and the first blocking pillar 117 is matched with the residual space of the first mounting cavity 112 to enable the front end surface, the rear end surface and the rear side surface of the second component 107 to be flush. In the present embodiment, the volumes of the first tenon 109 and the third component 108 are equal to the volumes of the first mounting cavity 112 and the first fitting hole 111.
During assembly, the first tenon 109 is firstly inserted into the assembly opening and penetrates out of the assembly opening, then the first component 106 is moved towards the front side, so that the front end surface of the first plug connector 113 is abutted against the front side surface of the assembly opening, at the moment, the front end surface of the first component 106 is flush with the front end surface of the second component 107, the right end surface of the first component 106 is attached to the first mounting surface 110, and then the locking piece 116 is buckled on the back surface of the first assembly hole 111 so that the front end surface of the locking piece 116 is flush with the front end surface of the second component 107. Then, the third component 108 is inserted into the first mounting cavity 112 from the end of the first mounting cavity 112, the second plug connector 115 is plugged into the mounting port, the second plug connector 115 abuts against the first plug connector 113, the right end of the first tenon 109 abuts against the left side surface of the first stop pillar 117, and the right side surface of the first stop pillar 117 is flush with the right side surface of the second component 107.
In order to increase the interest of the toy and the reliability of connection, second plug connector 115 and first bumping post 117 are "T" style of calligraphy setting, the right-hand member face of first tenon 109 is contradicted with first half of first bumping post 117, the rear side right-hand member of first installation cavity 112 is provided with first breach 118, the latter half of first bumping post 117 cooperates with first breach 118, the downside of first installation face 110 is formed with first step 119, second plug connector 115 with first plug connector 113 mutually laminate the cooperation in the mounting hole and fill the mounting hole completely, the left end face of second plug connector 115 flushes with first installation face 110.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sections of the first assembling hole 111, the first plug 113, the second plug 115, the locking member 116, and the first blocking post 117 are all rectangular.
For the safety of children and adults, the junction of the first extension 101 and the second extension 102 is a circular arc transition, which is the upper corner of the second component 107 in this embodiment.
The first tenon 109 is a rod with a rectangular cross section, the first tenon 109 is inserted into the first assembling hole 111, the third component 108 is inserted into the remaining space of the first assembling hole 111, and the third component 108 fills the remaining space of the first mounting cavity 112, so that the outer side surface of the second component 107 has no gap.
Example 4
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 3 in that: the "L" shaped spelling module 100 is formed by joggling the fourth component 134 and the fifth component 135. A first socket 137 is formed in the right end and the left end of the fourth component 134, a second front panel 138 is formed on the front side of the first socket 137, a second rear panel 139 is formed on the rear side of the first socket 137, and a first notch 144 is formed in the second rear panel 139; the rear side of the fifth component 135 is formed with a second socket 140, the front side of the second socket 140 is formed with a third front panel 141, the rear side of the second socket 140 is formed with a third rear panel 142, the third front panel 141 is provided with a second notch 143, the shape of the second front panel 138 is matched with that of the second notch 143, the shape of the third rear panel 142 is matched with that of the first notch 144, the first notch 144 is used for joggling with the third front panel 141, and the second notch 143 is used for assembling with the second rear panel 139; the left end of the fourth component 134 is the extending end 103 of the first extending part 101, and the lower end of the fifth component 135 is the extending end 103 of the second extending part 102; when the multifunctional socket is assembled, the third front panel 141 is inserted into the first socket 137, and the second rear panel 139 is inserted into the second socket 140; while the second front panel 138 mates with the second slot 143 and the third rear panel 142 mates with the first slot 144, the mating surfaces being beveled. The front end face, the rear end face, the upper end face and the right end face of the L-shaped spelling module 100 formed by assembly are all planes, wherein the bending part of the L-shaped spelling module 100 is in circular arc transition.
Example 5
Compared with embodiment 1, the embodiment provides a spliced T-shaped spelling module 300, which includes a third extension 201 and a fourth extension 202 connected to the middle of the third extension 201, where the third extension 201 and the fourth extension 202 are perpendicular to each other, both ends of the third extension 201 are extension ends 103, one end of the fourth extension 202 is connected to the middle of the third extension 201, the other end of the fourth extension 202 is an extension end 103, and both the cross section of the third extension 201 and the cross section of the fourth extension 202 are squares with side length a; in this embodiment, the extension ends 103 of the third extension portion 201 and the fourth extension portion 202 have the same shape, the end surface of the extension end 103 is a square with a side length of a, and the end surface of the extension end 103 is formed with a protrusion 104 and a groove 105. The "T" shaped spelling module 300 can replace the connection structure of the strokes "horizontal" and "vertical" of the Chinese character and the whole rotational deformation of the connection structure, such as the shape of the "T" shaped character rotated by 90 degrees, 180 degrees and 270 degrees. The spelling component is used for forming a cross point with three extending directions in characters, wherein the two extending directions are on the same straight line and are vertical to the other extending direction, and the three extending ends 103 can extend to different lengths by matching with different numbers of functional parts.
In order to ensure the flatness of the module surface, the third extension 201 and the fourth extension 202 are substantially rectangular parallelepiped with a square cross section. The orthographic projection of the bump 104 and the groove 105 of the extension end 103 is also square and is congruent with the orthographic projection of the third extension 201 and the fourth extension 202.
The end face of the extending end 103 is square, the number of the bumps 104 and the grooves 105 is two, the bumps 104 and the grooves 105 are respectively arranged at four corners of the end face of the extending end 103, the grooves 105 are formed among the bumps 104, so that the bumps 104 and the grooves 105 are distributed alternately, the shapes of the bumps 104 and the grooves 105 are matched, the shapes of the cross sections of the bumps 104 and the bottom faces of the grooves 105 are square, and the area of the cross sections of the bumps 104 and the area of the bottom faces of the grooves 105 is one fourth of the area of the end face of the extending end 103. The advantage of the square is that the structure is not only an axisymmetric structure, but also a centrosymmetric structure, and the structure has simple splicing and high matching degree. Therefore, the splicing style which can be selected by the T-shaped spelling module with the extension end 103 in the shape in the splicing process is not limited, and the T-shaped spelling module is more convenient to assemble and splice with other splicing pieces.
The T-shaped spelling module 300 in this embodiment is formed by combination, wherein the connection structure of each assembly combination is a mortise and tenon structure or a deformation of the mortise and tenon structure.
The "T" shaped spelling module 300 comprises a left sixth module 206, a right seventh module 207 and a lower eighth module 208, wherein the seventh module 207 and the eighth module 208 are connected to the sixth module 206 through a mortise and tenon structure, the left end of the sixth module 206 forms the extending end 103 of the left end of the third extending portion 201, the right end of the seventh module 207 forms the extending end 103 of the right end of the third extending portion 201, and the lower end of the eighth module 208 forms the free end of the fourth extending portion 202.
A first L-shaped groove 209 is formed in the front end face of the sixth component 206, the lower end of the first L-shaped groove 209 penetrates through the lower end face of the sixth component 206, the right end of the first L-shaped groove 209 penetrates through the right end face of the sixth component 206, an upper end face of the eighth component 208 is provided with a first inserting column 210, the shape of the inserting column is matched with the vertical part shape of the first L-shaped groove 209, the left end of the seventh component 207 is provided with a second inserting column 211, the second inserting column 211 is matched with the horizontal part shape of the first L-shaped groove 209, a third mortise 212 is formed in the upper part of the first inserting column 210, a third tenon 213 extends from the left end of the second inserting column 211, and the shapes of the third tenon 213 and the third mortise 212 are matched. The first and second insert posts 210 and 211 are rectangular in cross section. In this embodiment, the third mortise 212 is a rectangular through hole, but may also be a through hole or a blind hole with other shapes, and in this embodiment, the length of the third tenon 213 is the same as the depth of the third mortise 212.
A second assembly port 214 is formed in the lower right corner of the rear end face of the sixth assembly 206, the second assembly port 214 is in the shape of an isosceles right triangle, and right-angle sides of the isosceles right triangle are a partial lower side and a partial right side of the rear end face of the sixth assembly 206; the right angle of the second mounting opening 214 is the lower right corner of the rear face of the sixth component 206. A first insertion block 215 in the shape of an isosceles right triangle is arranged on the rear side of the upper end face of the eighth component 208, the vertex angle of the first insertion block 215 is upward, and the longest edge of the first insertion block 215 is equal to the side length of the upper end face of the eighth component 208 in the left-right direction; the rear side of the right end face of the seventh component 207 is provided with a second insertion block 216 in the shape of an isosceles right triangle, the second insertion block 216 and the first insertion block 215 are identical, the vertex angle of the second insertion block 216 faces to the left, the longest edge of the second insertion block 216 is equal to the length of the up-down direction of the left end face of the seventh component 207, the length of the right-angle edge of the second assembly port 214 is equal to the longest edge of the second insertion block 216, the thicknesses of the first insertion block 215 and the second insertion block 216 are equal and equal to the depth of the second assembly port 214, and therefore the outer end faces of the first insertion block 215 and the second insertion block 216 can be flush with the rear end face of the sixth component 206; and the sum of the areas of the first and second inserts 215 and 216 is equal to the area of the second mounting opening 214, so that the first and second inserts 215 and 216 can just fill the second mounting opening 214.
The splicing process of the T-shaped spelling module 300 is as follows, the first inserting column 210 is inserted in the vertical part of the first L-shaped groove 209, the upper end surface of the eighth component 208 is fitted with the lower end surface of the sixth component 206, the first inserting block 215 is inserted in the lower side of the second assembling port 214, and the right-angle edge is abutted against the oblique edge of the second assembling port 214; then the second inserting column 211 is inserted into the horizontal portion of the first L-shaped groove 209, the third tenon 213 is matched with the tenon groove, the left end face of the seventh component 207 is attached to the right end face of the sixth component 206, and simultaneously the second inserting block 216 fills the remaining portion of the second assembling hole 214 so as to splice the back side of the sixth component 206 into a plane without a gap.
Example 6
Compared with the embodiment 5, the T-shaped spelling module 300 formed by the third extension 201 and the fourth extension 202 in the present embodiment is formed by mutually joggling the forty- th components 276 and 277;
