With continued reference to fig. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method of configuring public service resources according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 2, a flow 200 of the method for configuring public service resources in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 201, obtaining user positioning data in a preset area and resident position information of a user in the preset area.
The preset area may be pre-designated with a determined geographical location range. In practice, the predetermined area may be, for example, an administrative area, such as a city of Beijing, shanghai, western America, etc., or an industrial park or business district, such as a Zhongguan scientific and technological park, a Xujia business district, etc.
User positioning data in a preset area can be acquired first. The user positioning data in the preset area are the positioning data of the position coordinates in the geographical position range corresponding to the preset area. The user location data may be obtained by an electronic device used by the user.
In practice, a user may authorize a location service to acquire location data when accessing a network using an electronic device. The execution body of the configuration method of the public service resource can acquire the user positioning data generated by the positioning service. Alternatively, when the user accesses a network access point (e.g., wiFi) using the electronic device, the location data of the user may be determined according to a geographic location corresponding to the network access point accessed by the user, or an IP (Internet Protocol ) address of the user.
It should be noted that, the electronic device used by the user may be a mobile electronic device, for example, a mobile phone carried by the user, a watch-only device, a mobile bracelet, and so on. The electronic device used by the user can also be a non-mobile electronic device with a positioning function, such as an intelligent sound box, a screen intelligent voice device, an intelligent television and the like used by the user, and when the user uses the non-mobile electronic device, the positioning data of the non-mobile electronic device can be obtained as the user positioning data at the current moment. In a practical scenario, when a user interacts with a non-mobile electronic device, for example, when talking with a smart speaker, the distance between the user and the interacting non-mobile electronic device is generally relatively short, and the location information of the non-mobile electronic device can be used to characterize the location information of the user.
In this embodiment, the resident location information of the user in the preset area may also be obtained. After the user positioning data in the preset area is acquired, the users in the preset area can be determined according to the associated user IDs (identities) and the like, so that the resident location information of the users can be acquired.
The resident location information of the user is location information of a geographical location where the user is resident or has a long residence time, and may include, for example, location information of a residence place and a work place of the user. The resident location information of the user may be stored in the user database in advance, and the execution body may search the resident location information of the user in the preset area in the user database stored in advance.
The resident location information of the user may also be obtained based on historical location data of the user. Specifically, a time distribution of residence of the user at different geographic locations may be analyzed for historical positioning data of the same user over a period of time (e.g., 3 months), and a geographic location where the residence time period of the user exceeds a preset time period and/or the residence frequency exceeds a preset frequency is determined to be a resident geographic location of the user. The resident geographic location may then be further analyzed as the user's residence, workplace, or other type of resident geographic location based on the point in time at which the user resides at the resident geographic location. For example, the geographic location where the user resides 9 late to 7 early the next day is the residence.
Optionally, the historical positioning data of each user in a period of time can be clustered by using a spatial clustering algorithm to obtain the resident cluster of each user. And extracting the position attribute characteristics of each resident cluster of each user (for example, the position is the position of a residential area or an office building), the user portrait of the user and other characteristics of each resident cluster of each user, classifying each resident cluster of each user by utilizing a classification algorithm to obtain the residence and the workplace of each user, and taking the residence and the workplace as the residence position information of the user.
Step 202, determining the number of users residing in the very residing positions in the preset area according to the user positioning data in the preset area and the resident position information of the users in the preset area.
The number of users in the preset area may be counted based on the user positioning data in the preset area. The number of the user identifications associated with the user positioning data in the preset area can be counted, and the statistics can be carried out in a time-division manner. Alternatively, in the statistics, the user positioning data may be deduplicated based on the user identification, for example, if the same user appears in two different locations within a preset area within one hour, the user is counted only once.
The resident location of the user may be removed from the statistical result according to the resident location information of the user, and only the number of users resident in the non-resident location may be counted. Specifically, whether the user resides in the non-resident location may be determined according to the positioning data of each user in the preset area, if so, 1 may be added to the number of users residing in the non-resident location in the preset area, and if it is determined according to the positioning data of the user that the user does not reside in the geographic location other than the non-resident location, the user does not count in the number of users residing in the non-resident location in the preset area.
It should be noted that the user residing in a certain geographic location may be the user visiting the geographic location, or the user staying in the certain geographic location for more than a predetermined period of time (e.g., 15 minutes). Because of possible errors in positioning data, the geographic location may be within a certain range around a coordinate, such as within 500 meters around a shopping mall, and within 1 km around a residential building.
Alternatively, the number of users residing in the very residing location within the preset area may be determined as follows:
firstly, determining the residence position information of a user in a preset area according to user positioning data in the preset area, specifically determining the position of the residence time of the user exceeding a preset duration as the residence position of the user according to the user positioning data, and acquiring the information such as the coordinates, the type and the like of the residence position of the user as the residence position information of the user.
And then, acquiring the resident location information of the user determined according to the historical location data of the user in the preset area. Here, the historical location data of the user may be extracted from the user database, and the historical location data of the user may be obtained for a historical period of time (e.g., for the last 3 months) to determine the user's trajectory point. And clustering the track points of the user, and classifying the clustered track point clusters to determine the resident position of the user.
And then, determining the users with inconsistent resident location information and resident location information as the users with resident locations, and counting the number of the users with resident locations in a preset area.
Step 203, determining the total number of the users residing in the preset area according to the user positioning data in the preset area.
The identification of the users residing in the preset area can be determined according to the user positioning data, and the total number of the users residing in the preset area is obtained through statistics after the user positioning data are de-duplicated according to the identification of the users. Wherein, whether the user resides in the preset area can be judged as follows: and determining whether the stay time of the user in the preset area exceeds a preset time threshold according to the user positioning data, and if the stay time of the user in the preset area exceeds the preset time threshold, determining that the user is the user resided in the preset area. By making the above determination on the users present in the preset area based on the user positioning data, it is possible to determine all the users residing in the preset area and obtain the total number of users residing in the preset area.
Step 204, determining activity information of the preset area based on the number of users residing in the non-resident location in the preset area and the total number of users residing in the preset area.
In this embodiment, the activity information of the preset area may be an activity index, which may be determined by a ratio of the number of users remaining in the very resident location in the preset area to the total number of users resident in the preset area. The greater the ratio, the higher the liveness characterized by the corresponding liveness information.
In an actual scenario, the higher the proportion of very resident users in the users residing in an area, the higher the user trip rate of the area. The liveness information may characterize the probability of a crowd of areas traveling outside of the residence.
Step 205, based on the activity information of the preset area, configuring corresponding public service resources for the preset area.
And configuring corresponding public service resources for the preset area according to the activity information of the preset area. The public service resource can be resources such as roads, traffic, electric power, building design and the like. Specifically, the public service resources of the preset area can be configured according to the preset corresponding configuration rule of the liveness information and the public service resources. In practice, the corresponding configuration rule may be set for the purpose of improving the travel convenience of the user and the convenience of activities such as shopping in the preset area, or may be set according to the desired activity information of the preset area.
As an example, the liveness index of a business district is 0.6 (maximum is 1), and a plurality of public transportation stations (such as bus stations and subway stations) can be configured in the business district according to a preset configuration rule, so as to facilitate the user to pass through, or a rest area, a literature landscape for the user to visit, or a corresponding catering or leisure shop can be planned in the business district. Thus, abundant and convenient public resources can be configured for the business district to promote convenience of travel, leisure or other activities of users.
In some alternative implementations, the common service resources may be configured as follows: in response to determining that the activity information of the preset area does not meet the preset activity condition, acquiring public service resource configuration information of a target area of which the activity information meets the preset activity condition; and configuring public service resources for the preset area based on the public service resource configuration information of the target area.
The preset liveness condition may include the liveness index reaching a preset threshold value. If the activity index of the preset area does not reach the preset threshold, other areas with the activity index reaching the preset threshold can be determined as target areas, and the public service resources of the preset area are configured according to the public service resource configuration information of the target areas. Therefore, the user activity of the preset area can be improved.
As another example, if the activity index of one city a is 0.2, the public service resource may be configured for the city a according to the preset configuration rule, referring to the public service resource configuration scheme of another city B with the activity index reaching 0.5. For example, the public transportation running time and the business shop planning scheme of the city A can be respectively set according to the public transportation running time and the business shop planning characteristics of the city B, so that convenience in traveling and other activities can be provided for users of the city A by configuring public service resources, and the activity of the city A is improved.
The above-mentioned preset liveness condition may further include that the liveness index is located before the preset number of times in the ranking of the plurality of areas, or that the liveness index is not reduced compared with the liveness index of the historical period, etc., which is not particularly limited by the present application.
Optionally, the portrait of the user in the preset area can be obtained, and public service resources are correspondingly configured according to the portrait of the user and the activity information of the preset area. The group demand of the users in the preset area can be determined according to the portrait of the users in the preset area, the satisfaction degree of the group demand of the users is judged by combining the liveness information, and if the satisfaction degree of the group demand of the users does not reach the preset target satisfaction degree, public service resources meeting the group demand of the users are configured.
A trained machine learning model (e.g., a neural network model) may also be employed to predict demand information for various types of public service resources within a preset area based on liveness information and a user's image. If the requirement information determines that the requirement index of the user in the preset area for a certain type of public service resource is higher, the public service resource of the type is configured for the preset area.
According to the public service resource configuration method, the user positioning data in the preset area and the resident position information of the users in the preset area are obtained, then the number of users resident in the non-resident positions in the preset area is determined according to the user positioning data in the preset area and the resident position information of the users in the preset area, then the total number of users resident in the preset area is determined according to the user positioning data in the preset area, then the activity information of the preset area is determined according to the number of users resident in the non-resident positions in the preset area and the total number of users resident in the preset area, and finally the corresponding public service resources are configured for the preset area according to the activity measurement results of the crowd in the area, so that reasonable configuration of the public service resources is achieved. The method can be used for efficiently and accurately measuring the activity of the area based on the positioning data, so that the efficiency and the accuracy of public service resource allocation are improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, a flow 300 of another embodiment of a method of configuring public service resources according to the present disclosure is shown. As shown in fig. 3, a flow 300 of the method for configuring public service resources in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 301, obtaining user positioning data in a preset area and resident position information of a user in the preset area.
Step 301 of this embodiment corresponds to step 201 of the foregoing embodiment, and the specific implementation of step 301 may refer to the description of step 201, which is not repeated here.
Step 302, screening out the user positioning data in a preset time period from the user positioning data in the preset area.
The positioning data includes positioning time and positioning coordinates. In this embodiment, the user positioning data in the preset time period may be screened from the user positioning data acquired in step 301 according to the positioning time.
It should be noted that the preset time period may be a continuous time period. A plurality of preset time periods may be preset, and in this embodiment, the corresponding activity information may be calculated and the public service resource configuration may be performed for each preset time period.
Here, the preset time period may be a designated time period, for example, a weekday-evening time period (e.g., 19 to 23 late), or a holiday such as a spring festival holiday, a weekend, or the like.
Step 303, determining the number of users residing in the very residing position in the preset area in the preset time period according to the user positioning data in the preset area and the resident position information of the users in the preset area.
The number of users residing in the preset time period in the preset area can be counted based on the screened user positioning data in the preset time period. In the statistics, the positioning data of the user can be de-duplicated according to the user identification, for example, the same user appears at two different positions in a preset area within one hour, and the user is counted only once.
The identification of the user residing in the preset area in the preset time period can be obtained, and the resident location information of the corresponding user can be searched according to the identification of the user. The resident location information may be derived based on historical location data analysis of the user. The resident location may be a location where the residence time of a user is long, such as a residence, workplace, etc.
