Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
Examples
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for intelligently subscribing to a service provider according to an embodiment of the present application; referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a method for intelligently reserving a service provider, including:
s101, obtaining an order uploaded by a user side; the order includes a label of a service that the user wishes to subscribe to; the label includes: an action type tag, a product type tag, a brand type tag and a model type tag;
in practical applications, the user side is generally an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone. And installing a special app on the mobile phone. The user selects the label through the mobile phone and/or manually inputs other contents to generate an order and sends the order to the server. For example, a user who wants to find a month-sister, may input the action class label "care" and then input the non-labeled content "month-sister". Of course, only the action class label "care", the product class label "baby" may be entered. It should be noted that the product class label in the present application is mainly associated and defined with the action class label, and is not limited to the product.
S102, matching the service persons meeting the order requirement based on a preset database and the labels in the order; the preset database is built based on the label information uploaded by a server; the labels of the server are action type labels, product type labels, brand type labels and model type labels determined based on the service provided by the server;
in practical application, the preset database is generated by summarizing the information of each server. The information of the server may include: identity information, its own label, work experience, credentials.
Specifically, the identity information includes: the name, sex, identification card number, contact information and other information of the server; the labels of the mobile phone can be divided into action type labels, product type labels, brand type labels and model type labels; for example: the action class tag mainly comprises a verb: maintenance, sales, financing/leasing, recruitment, design development, franchising, cleaning, system integration, etc. The product class label mainly comprises the following terms: projectors, retro-fit projectors, APP, laser sources, movie theaters, cell phones, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, etc. The brand class label includes: each brand. The model type tag includes various models. The work experience comprises: the current job title and main work experience of the server. The more detailed the working experience that needs to be accounted for, the better. The certificate includes: various national certificates and various enterprise and organization certifications.
Furthermore, the label of the server presents an association structure of a tree diagram; for example, the labels for server A may be: the action type label "maintenance", the product type label "mobile phone" associated with the label, the brand type labels "apple", "glory", "millet" associated with the label "maintenance", and the mobile phone "associated with the label" maintenance ", and the model type labels" Iphone-11 "," Iphone-10 ", and" Iphone-8 ". Of course, the labels of server a may also be: the action type label "sales", and the product type label "car" corresponding to the action type label sales. Thus, the labels of the service person A form two tree graphs; the branches of a tree diagram include: 'maintenance-mobile phone-apple-Iphone-11', 'maintenance-mobile phone-apple-Iphone-10', 'maintenance-mobile phone-apple-Iphone-8', 'maintenance-mobile phone-glory' and 'maintenance-mobile phone-millet'. Another tree includes: "sell-car".
By the arrangement, the service content of the service provider can be more definite by associating the labels. For example, the labels in an order for a user to seek service personnel are: "repair" and "automobile". Then there are two labels "repair" and "car" in the label of server a. But the label of the server A has no relation to 'repair' and 'car', so the server A does not meet the requirement of the order. For example, the labels in an order for a user to seek service personnel are: 'maintenance', 'mobile phone' and 'apple'. The labels of the server A comprise three labels of 'maintenance', 'mobile phone' and 'apple'. Server a satisfies the requirements of the order.
In order to ensure the correctness of various information, various kinds of information uploaded by a server need to be authenticated. Specifically, the authentication includes: personal authentication, enterprise authentication, and agency authentication. The personal authentication is mainly used for authenticating the personal information of a server; the enterprise authentication mainly aims at the enterprise identity of a server and the like; the authority certification mainly refers to certification of certificates of professional organizations of various countries or third parties.
In practical applications, when the order is matched with the relevant service provider in step S102, not only the labels but also the titles and the entries related to the work experience and the certificate may be matched. For example: the order for the user to seek service personnel includes: the label is as follows: "Care", "baby" and the non-labeled entry "Yuesao". Then in matching the server, not only need to find the server with the associated "look after" and "baby" tags, but also retrieve other information of the server to see if there are entries in it that are at month sister. Typically, a service person who has experience in sisters-of-month-law will indicate his or her own job title "sisters-of-month-law" in his or her work experience or other information.
S103, determining a server for taking the order from the servers meeting the order requirement;
it should be noted that since the service providers are not all related professionals performing the service for the full time, the service providers may also be related employees performing the part time. The solution provided by the present application requires determining whether the server has time and space. When the server determines to provide the service, it may be determined that the server receives the order.
And S104, monitoring the execution state of the server for the order.
In order to guarantee the quality of the service, the execution state of the server for the order is monitored, and the reliability of the service can be guaranteed.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for intelligently subscribing to a service provider according to an embodiment of the present application; referring to fig. 2, the method for intelligently reserving a service provider provided by the present application includes:
s201, acquiring position demand information for a server sent by a user;
s202, based on the position demand information, screening the service persons meeting the order requirement;
and S203, displaying the screened service persons meeting the order requirement to the user.
In practical application, in the process of matching the service providers, the user can change the requirements in part of the orders at any time, so that the matching result is more in line with the expectation of the user.
Specifically, when the users are matched, the user side can display all the service staff meeting the requirements of the users in a range, then the users can change and adjust the display range based on the requirements of the users, and then the servers meeting the requirements of the orders are screened based on the adjusted display mode; and then displaying the screened service persons meeting the order requirement to the user.
S204, receiving query information sent by a user; the query information comprises an identifier of a waited query server; the user determines a server to be inquired among the displayed servers;
s205, sending the information of the waitress service provider to the user for the user to judge whether the waitress service provider is the person for receiving the order.
Certainly, in order to make the user more clearly know the information of the server, in the scheme provided in the application, the user may also determine the server to be queried based on the information displayed at the user terminal, and then the user terminal sends query information carrying the identifier of the server to be queried. And after receiving the query information, the server sends the information of the waited query service provider to the user side for the user to check.
Further, step S104 includes:
s206, acquiring the position of the server in real time,
s207, comparing the position of the executed order in the order information with the position of the server, and determining whether the server is executing the order.
S208, or receiving order completion state information fed back by the user, and determining whether the server completes the order or not based on the order completion state information.
So configured, the state of execution of the order by the server can be determined.
FIG. 3 is a partial flow diagram illustrating a method for intelligently subscribing to a service provider according to an embodiment of the present application; referring to fig. 3, the method for intelligently reserving a server according to the present application, in which the server determining to receive an order includes:
s301, within a first preset time of order issuing of a user, sending an order grabbing notification to a preset number of servers closest to an order execution position;
s302, if the server performs order grabbing, the server is determined to be the order taking.
S303, if not, after the user issues the first preset time of the order, a designated server receives the order and sends a delivery notice to the designated server;
s304, if the order receiving agreement information fed back by the designated service person is received within a second preset time, determining the designated service person as an order receiving person;
s305, if not, feeding back the unmanned order receiving to the user and suggesting the user to change the order information.
With the arrangement, the order is preempted by the service person preferentially, so that the service person who is more active for the order can receive the order. And then, if no server receives the order, determining the server to perform the service in an order dispatching mode. Certainly, when an order is assigned, the server is required to determine, if no server determines, the order dispatch is considered to be failed, unmanned order receiving is fed back to the user, the user is suggested to change order information, and then matching is conducted again based on the modified content.
Of course, in practical applications, in order to ensure that the user and the server have more enthusiasm, a monetary reward may be adopted, specifically:
when a user issues an order, the user needs to pay the cost of the preset amount;
and after the server finishes the order, sending the fee with the preset amount to the server.
FIG. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus of an intelligent reservation service provider according to an embodiment of the present application; referring to fig. 4, an apparatus for intelligently subscribing to a service includes:
an obtaining module 401, configured to obtain an order uploaded by a user; the order includes a label of the service the user wishes to subscribe to. The label includes: an action type tag, a product type tag, a brand type tag and a model type tag;
a matching module 402, configured to match a server meeting the requirement of the order based on a preset database and a tag in the order; the preset database is built based on the label information uploaded by a server; the labels of the server are action type labels, product type labels, brand type labels and model type labels determined based on the service provided by the server;
a determining module 403, configured to determine, among the servers meeting the order requirement, a server that takes the order;
and a monitoring module 404, configured to monitor an execution status of the order by the server.
The present application further provides an intelligent service reservation system, comprising: the system comprises a server, and a user side and a server side which are connected with the server;
the server is used for acquiring the order uploaded by the user side; matching the service persons meeting the order requirement based on a preset database and the labels in the order;
the server is also used for determining a server for taking the order together with the server side and monitoring the execution state of the server for the order.
Wherein the order comprises a label of a service person that the user wishes to reserve; the label includes: an action type tag, a product type tag, a brand type tag and a model type tag; the preset database is built based on the label information uploaded by the server; the service provider's own tag is an action class tag, a product class tag, a brand class tag, and a model class tag determined based on the service provided by the service provider.
For ease of understanding, the scheme of the present application is further described below:
in real life, to find a person, the position of the person and the skill characteristics of the person are determined. The range of the person is determined through satellite positioning or network positioning and Bluetooth positioning, and then the range of the person can be more accurately narrowed according to data acquisition, storage and screening of the skill characteristics of the person, for example, classification of mobile phone positioning matching industry can be narrowed, but the method is very difficult to determine the characteristics of the person and cannot find the person quickly and accurately. Based on the above thought, this application adopts following scheme:
the scheme provided by the application mainly comprises a user and a server.
Wherein, the user indicates: people who register an account number in software adopting the method provided by the application and pass the account number can place an order. Server (Master) means: the account number is registered in the software and passes, then real person authentication is carried out, the legal identity of the person is determined, the skill of the person is registered, the qualification certificates of the company and the person are uploaded, and the work experience of the person is added. The system can receive orders to provide skill services for others, and can also send orders to invite other servers.
According to the scheme provided by the application, firstly, the skill of a person is registered according to the fixed sequence of the four tags, namely the skill of the person is registered according to the four tags of action, product, brand and model and the fixed sequence;
one or more options are selected according to the fixed sequence of the four labels during searching, so as to search how many people in the vicinity of the user meet the conditions and display the people on a map in cooperation with satellite positioning or network positioning and Bluetooth positioning,
finding a server with a particular skill and displaying it on a map can send an order to him inviting him to deal with the problem at the appointed time.
The order is sent to 1-100 people nearby the user at the same time, the maximum range is the displayable range of the map, and the minimum range is 1 kilometer nearby the user.
And the server receives the order and arrives at the place specified by the user within the appointed time, and the order report is completed.
The invention greatly simplifies the process of searching for one person in an innovative way, can accurately determine the characteristics of one person only through four labels, can immediately find people with specific skills by matching with satellite positioning or network positioning and Bluetooth positioning, and can contact with the suggestions of the people and quickly process problems.
Specifically, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of the system of the intelligent reservation service provider according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 6 is a schematic system architecture diagram of an intelligent reservation service provider according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the present application provides a detailed process of the system of the intelligent reservation service,
s501, the user selects order conditions.
The user selects the order condition by means of 4 kinds of labels.
S502, sending order conditions to a server.
The user side sends order conditions to the server, namely the APP of the user in a general sense sends the content to the background system.
S503, matching the server based on the order condition.
To find a person, a person's location and the characteristics of his skills are determined. The scheme provided by the application can be matched through the pre-established database. The service person carries out skill authentication in advance through a skill authentication module.
S504, the matched server information is sent to the user side.
S505, each server is displayed.
The arrangement can help the user to know the current service provider who can carry out the service, so that the user can further filter in the later period. It should be noted that displaying each server is mainly performed by the map module.
S506, the user selects other order conditions. Wherein, other order conditions include: authentication level, location of scheduled entrance change, and the like.
Of course, the user may also select a time for reserving the door, specify a location for performing the service, or specify a service provider.
And S507, sending other order conditions to the server.
S508, the server matches the server based on the user condition.
S509, the server issues an order to the matched server.
And S510, in a preset time, the server performs order grabbing.
Generally, the time for order grabbing is within 30-120 seconds after the order is placed.
And S511, the server side sends the order grabbing result to the server.
S512, the server side judges whether a person takes the order.
And S513, if no one conducts order grabbing, dispatching the order to the server.
Of course, if someone performs the order grabbing, step S517 is executed.
S514, a notice is sent to the dispatched server.
S516, whether the server accepts the order is judged.
Generally, the service person does not agree and replies to the confirmation of accepting the order within the preset time, and then the service person is considered to reject the order.
S515, if the server refuses to dispatch the order, prompting: there is no master order, please modify the conditions and try again.
Otherwise, step S517 is performed.
S517, determining the order receiving of the server.
The steps related to the order grabbing and dispatching are completed by a dispatching system module.
And S518, feeding back the order taker information to the server.
And S519, feeding back the order taker information to the user side.
S520, the server side feeds back the position of the server to the server.
It should be noted that the device at the server side generally has a positioning function. Specifically, the positioning system can be satellite positioning, network positioning, bluetooth positioning, and the like.
S521, judging whether the master reaches the specified place according to the specified time.
Here, it is determined whether the server arrives at a designated location within a reserved time based on the location of the server fed back.
S522, if the server does not reach the designated position according to the requirement, the user can apply for canceling the order.
Of course, the user and the server are allowed to communicate privately, and the completion of the order is confirmed by the user.
S523, the server submits a problem description solution cycle.
S524, the system sends an order award to the server.
The above-mentioned S518 to S524 are completed by the order management module.
The work content of each particular person may be described in terms of a work skill, and any one skill may be expressed in terms of no more than four tags. The system registers the skill of the user by using four labels of action, product, brand and model, so that the skill characteristic of the user can be determined, and the user can find the user with specific skill in a certain range by matching with satellite positioning and network map positioning and display the user on a map. The people are then sent different payment and order fees for ordering the authentication level, and can be invited to arrive at the specified place at the appointed time to deal with the problem. The order taker may receive a share reward for the order placement fee after the problem processing completes filling the order report.
