s2, judging whether the number of cases in the case base is not less than a threshold value for triggering case maintenance or not, and executing a step S3 if the number of cases in the case base is not less than the threshold value for triggering case maintenance; if not, go to step S4;
s3, maintaining the case base by adopting an isolated point to obtain a new case base;
and S4, acquiring the number ratio m of the invalid cases in the case base, judging whether the ratio m is greater than an invalid ratio limit value, and if so, executing the step S3.

the case acquisition unit is used for acquiring the number of cases in the case base from the power dispatching automation system;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the number of cases in the case base is not less than a threshold value for triggering case maintenance;
the second judging unit is used for acquiring the number proportion m of the invalid cases in the case base according to the result of the first judging unit that the number of the cases in the case base is smaller than the threshold value for triggering case maintenance, and judging whether the proportion m is larger than the limit value of the invalid proportion;
the execution unit is used for maintaining the case base by adopting an isolated point according to the result of the first judgment unit that the number of cases in the case base is not less than the threshold value for triggering case maintenance and the result of the second judgment unit that the ratio m is greater than the invalid ratio limit value, so as to obtain a new case base.
