It can be understood that the handwriting information or the voice information or the text information is displayed on the electronic device through the wireless connection module 1133, so that more users can view the writing content or the voice content.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the pen shaft portion 113 is provided with a recording key 1137, the recording key 1137 is electrically connected to the control module 1135, and the recording key 1137 is used for controlling a working state of the recording module 1131. When the user presses the record key 1137, the control module 1135 is triggered, so that the control module 1135 sends a record instruction to the record module 1131.
It is understood that the recording key 1137 may control the recording module 1131 to turn on, sleep, and turn off by the control module 1135 through setting different key ways, such as long pressing, short pressing, and the like.

It can be understood that after the pen cap is opened, when the intelligent pen writes on the writing surface, the intelligent pen can upload the handwriting information corresponding to the acquired handwriting to the electronic equipment through the control module and the wireless connection module, and display, translate or change any operation of fonts on the handwriting information.
Referring to fig. 10, a method for using an intelligent pen further includes the following steps:

Referring to fig. 11, a handwriting suit system 2 according to a third embodiment of the present invention includes an electronic device 21 and a handwriting suit 22, where the handwriting suit 22 includes a smart pen 221 and a handwriting board 222, the smart pen 221 can write on the handwriting board 222, and the electronic device 21 and the smart pen 221 can communicate wirelessly to respond to the operation content of the smart pen 221.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the tablet 222 is configured as a handwriting device for writing and wiping updates multiple times. The handwriting board 222 has a writing surface, an auxiliary layer is arranged on the writing surface or on one side of the writing surface, the writing surface and the auxiliary layer can be arranged in a stacked mode, carbon-containing dot code is designed on the auxiliary layer, the intelligent pen 221 is provided with an infrared camera for identifying the carbon-containing dot code, the intelligent pen 221 can acquire data information of the carbon-containing dot code, the data information is matched through a database arranged in the intelligent pen 221 to acquire coordinate data corresponding to the data information, handwriting information written on the handwriting board 222 by the intelligent pen 221 is acquired through coordinate data analysis, the handwriting information is transmitted to the electronic equipment 21 in a wireless communication mode, and the electronic equipment 21 can display, play, translate, change fonts or convert characters and other operations on the acquired information.
Optionally, the dot matrix code includes a stroke dot matrix code and a functional dot matrix code corresponding to the functional instruction. It can be understood that when the smart pen 221 contacts the writing surface area corresponding to the handwriting dot matrix code, an electronic display mark appears on the writing surface area, the smart pen 221 can recognize the handwriting dot matrix code corresponding to the electronic display mark, and thus, the coordinate data stored in the smart pen 221 is matched with the coordinate data stored in the smart pen 221, so that the handwriting information can be obtained. When the smart pen 221 contacts the writing surface area corresponding to the functional dot matrix code, the smart pen 221 may identify the functional instruction corresponding to the functional dot matrix code, and transmit the functional instruction to the electronic device 21 through wireless communication to implement information transmission and control.
As an implementation manner, a corresponding function indication key is further disposed at a position where the auxiliary layer is disposed with the function dot code, and when the function indication keys with different function functions are selected on the writing surface by using the smart pen 221, the smart pen 221 can recognize the function dot code on the auxiliary layer through the writing surface and transmit the recognized information to the electronic device.
It can be understood that the function lattice code includes a plurality of dots, the area corresponding to each function indication key includes a plurality of dots, data information is formed between the plurality of dots, and the data information corresponding to different function indication keys is different.
Optionally, the function instructions include, but are not limited to, previous page, next page, font large, font small, font color, recording, pause, mail sharing.
It is understood that the manner of responding to the operation content of the smart pen 221 by the electronic device 21 includes displaying, playing, translating, changing fonts or converting text and the like of the voice information and/or the text information and/or the handwriting information acquired by the smart pen.
Specifically, the handwriting suite system 2 provided by the third embodiment of the present invention transmits signals in a wireless communication manner, and feeds back information to the electronic device 21 based on the handwriting information and the voice information acquired by the position information recognition module and the recording module, so that a user can record writing content and voice content through a more convenient tool.
It is understood that the handwriting board, the smart pen and the electronic device disclosed in the other embodiments are applicable to this embodiment.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent pen, the using method thereof and the handwriting set system provided by the invention have the following advantages:

4. The position information identification module is arranged to be used for identifying the infrared camera containing the carbon dot matrix code, so that the intelligent pen can acquire the data information containing the carbon dot matrix code.

The intelligent pen is provided with the position information identification module, so that the intelligent pen can acquire handwriting content, and the start-stop signal of the position information identification module is used as the start-stop signal of the pen cap and the pen body by setting the first trigger piece and the second trigger piece to judge whether the pen cap and the pen body are in a separated state, so that the use habit of a user when the user writes with a pen is met, and the experience of the user in the use process is enhanced.

Claims (14)

1. An intelligent pen is used for forming handwriting on a writing surface and is characterized in that: the intelligent pen comprises a pen body, wherein the pen body is provided with a recording module, and the recording module is used for receiving voice information;
the pen body comprises a pen body front end, the pen body front end is provided with a position information identification module, when the intelligent pen writes on a writing surface, the position information identification module is used for obtaining handwriting information corresponding to handwriting left by the pen body front end after passing through the writing surface, and the intelligent pen confirms writing content according to the handwriting information.

The smart pen as recited in claim 1, wherein: the intelligent pen further comprises a control module, a recording module and a voice recognition conversion module, wherein the position information recognition module, the recording module and the voice recognition conversion module are connected with the control module, the recording module is used for acquiring voice information, and the voice recognition conversion module is used for converting the voice information into character information.

the intelligent pen comprises a pen cap, the first trigger piece is arranged at the front end of the pen body, the second trigger piece is arranged on the pen cap, and the first trigger piece is electrically connected with the position information identification module;
when the pen cap and the front end of the pen body are not in a covering state, the first trigger piece triggers the second trigger piece to control the position information identification module to be opened; when the pen cap covers the front end of the pen body, the first trigger piece triggers the second trigger piece to control the position information identification module to be in a closed state.

The smart pen as recited in claim 1, wherein: the pen is characterized in that a refill is arranged at the front end of the pen body, the refill is an ink outlet refill or a non-ink outlet refill, and the non-ink outlet refill is made of any one material of silica gel, conductive cloth, conductive adhesive, carbon fiber, plastic or a magnetic conduction piece.
