Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, an information display method provided in this embodiment includes:
s101: when the motor driver gives an alarm, acquiring alarm information and diagnosis information of the alarm;
s102: storing the alarm information and the diagnosis information in a correlation manner;
s103: determining at least one target alarm message from the stored alarm messages, and determining target diagnosis information associated with the target alarm message;
s104: and performing associated display on the target alarm information and the target diagnosis information in at least one display area.
The alarm information comprises an alarm identifier for identifying the alarm, the alarm identifier can be understood as an identification code of the alarm, the alarm identifier comprises a fault name and a fault code, and the alarm information and the fault name and the fault code can be acquired by adopting a related technology method. It should be understood that the fault name and fault code can be formulated or modified as desired by one skilled in the art.
In some embodiments, the alert information further includes alert prompts including, but not limited to, cause of alert, inspection content, manner of treatment, and the like.
The diagnostic information includes, but is not limited to, diagnostic items and detection values. In some embodiments, the diagnostic items include, but are not limited to, at least one of: output state, input state, internal state, bleed resistance overload rate, motor overload rate, fourth preset time motor maximum current, encoder error count, feedback position, command position, driver temperature, dc bus voltage, W/B phase current, U/a phase current, motor torque, motor speed, speed set, relative position error, position command speed, fault time. The detection values correspond one-to-one to the respective diagnostic items. Note that, a uniform standard needs to be specified in advance for the measurement unit of the detection value of each diagnostic item. For example, for the time of failure, in seconds; for position command speed, in rpm; for dc bus voltage in volts; for driver temperature, in degrees celsius, etc.
It should be noted that the diagnostic information and the alarm information are in one-to-one correspondence. The diagnostic information includes a detection value of a diagnostic item of the motor driver for which an alarm occurs, indicating an operation state of the motor driver for a certain time period in which the alarm information is generated. It should be noted that the certain time for generating the alarm information may be set by a person skilled in the art as needed. The time may be set differently for different detection items, and may be the time when the alarm information occurs, or may be 1s after the alarm information occurs, or the like. For another example, the maximum current of the motor may be a fourth preset time, where the fourth preset time is within 2s after the alarm information is generated.
In some embodiments, when the motor driver generates an alarm, the detection values of the diagnosis items of the motor driver may be collected by a preset collecting device.
Sometimes, the analysis of the cause of a certain alarm only needs the detection values of the motor driver of specific several diagnostic items, and does not need the detection values of all diagnostic items, so that the resource occupation is less, the analysis by technicians is more convenient, and the analysis is clear at a glance.
In order to further improve the resource utilization rate and reduce unnecessary data storage, rules can be defined for the storage of alarm information and diagnosis information, on one hand, the more recently stored data can be automatically reserved if data overflow occurs, and the alarm data corresponding to the alarm information of the earlier alarm and the diagnosis data corresponding to the diagnosis information are deleted, on the other hand, a reasonable storage rule can be set by related technicians according to actual conditions, and the occupation of useless data on storage space is avoided.
In some embodiments, the associating the alert information and the diagnostic information for storage includes: and storing the alarm information and the diagnosis information which are acquired recently and have a first preset number in an associated manner according to a first preset rule.
Wherein, the first preset rule comprises any one of the following rules: storing in a time sequence from early to late; storing the data in a time sequence from late to early; storing the alarm information in a time sequence from early to late according to the category of the alarm information; and storing the alarm information in a time sequence from late to early according to the category of the alarm information.
It is understood that the first preset rule is a definition of a storage order of the acquired alarm information and the diagnostic information of the multiple alarms. The time sequence is the time sequence of the occurrence of the alarm, for example, if the alarm a occurs at 20 o 'clock 55 min 23 sec in 11 th 1 th day, and the alarm B occurs next time at 20 o' clock 55 min 28 sec in 11 th 2 th day, the storage priority of the alarm a is higher than that of the alarm B if the first preset rule is that the alarms are stored in association from early to late according to the time sequence; if the first preset rule is that the storage is related from late to early according to the time sequence, the storage priority of the alarm B is higher than that of the alarm A, namely the storage priority of the alarm A is the highest before the alarm B does not occur, and after the alarm B occurs, the storage priority of the alarm A is reduced by one level and the storage priority of the alarm B is the highest.
It should be noted that the category of the alarm information is classified according to the fault name or fault code of the alarm information. Because the fault codes and the fault names are in one-to-one correspondence, the classification according to the fault codes is consistent with the classification according to the fault names.
The first preset number is a reasonable number set by a related technician according to actual needs. For example, only the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the most recently acquired 20 alarms are stored. If 20 sets of alarm information and corresponding diagnosis information are stored at present and an alarm M occurs at the next moment, the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the earliest alarm are deleted according to the time sequence of the alarm occurrence, and the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the alarm M occurring at the next moment, namely the latest alarm M, are stored in an associated manner.
The first preset quantity can be further subdivided into different categories of alarm information to set different first preset quantities, and the types of the alarm information are respectively stored in a rolling mode according to the corresponding first preset quantities. For example, a set of 10 alarm information and diagnosis information currently storing fault codes 001, a set of 9 alarm information and diagnosis information currently storing fault codes 002, a set of 10 alarm information and diagnosis information currently storing fault codes 001, a set of 10 alarm information and diagnosis information currently storing fault codes 002, a set of 002 alarm information and diagnosis information currently storing fault codes, and a set of 002 alarm information and diagnosis information currently storing fault codes, directly storing the alarm information and diagnosis information of the alarm a which are generated most. And then, the alarm B occurs at the next moment, and the fault code of the alarm B is 002, then a group of alarm information and diagnosis information with the earliest occurrence time in all alarms with the fault code of 002 stored at present is deleted, and the latest alarm information and diagnosis information of the alarm B are stored.
In other embodiments, the associating the alert information and the diagnostic information for storage includes: and storing the alarm information and the diagnosis information acquired at the first preset time in an associated manner according to a second preset rule.
Wherein the second preset rule comprises any one of the following rules: storing in a time sequence from early to late; storing the data in a time sequence from late to early; storing the alarm information in a time sequence from early to late according to the category of the alarm information; and storing the alarm information in a time sequence from late to early according to the category of the alarm information.
It is understood that the second preset rule is a definition of a storage order of the acquired alarm information and the diagnostic information of the multiple alarms.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the category of the alarm information is also classified according to the fault name or fault code of the alarm information. Because the fault codes and the fault names are in one-to-one correspondence, the classification according to the fault codes is consistent with the classification according to the fault names.
The first preset time is a reasonable time period set by a relevant technician according to actual needs. For example, only alarm information and diagnosis information of an alarm occurring in the last 20 minutes are stored. Assume that the current time is 12:00, currently, 20-minute alarm information and corresponding diagnosis information counted from 11:40-12:00 are stored, after 1 minute, 12:01 generates an alarm H again, according to the time sequence of the alarm, the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the alarm which is generated earliest are deleted, namely, the alarm information and the corresponding diagnosis information of the alarm which are generated between 11:40-11:41 are deleted, and the alarm H which is generated most recently, namely the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the alarm H which is generated between 12:01 are stored in an associated manner.
The first preset rule and the second preset rule may be the same or different, and are not limited herein.
In some embodiments, determining at least one target alert message from the stored alert messages, and determining target diagnostic information associated with the target alert message includes: one of the target alert information stored recently is determined from the alert information, and target diagnostic information associated with the target alert information is determined.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the target alarm information may also be any one of the stored alarm information, and is not necessarily limited to the most recently stored alarm information. For example, the target alarm information is alarm information of an alarm occurring at 0 point, 0 minute and 0 second on 14 days 1 month in 2020.
In some embodiments, determining at least one target alert message from the stored alert messages includes:
determining alarm information of a second preset time as target alarm information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and determining the second preset amount of the alarm information which is stored recently as target alarm information.
In other embodiments, determining at least one target alert message from the stored alert messages includes:
determining alarm information of the type of the first preset alarm information at a third preset time as target alarm information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and determining the alarm information of the types of the second preset alarm information of the third preset quantity which is stored recently as target alarm information.
The second preset time and the third preset time may be a certain time point, such as 1 month, 1 day, 12 hours and 0 minutes in 2010; the second preset time and the third preset time may also be a certain time period set by the related technical staff, for example, 20 minutes before the current time, and for example, 12/1/2019 to 12/25/2019. The second preset time and the third preset time may be the same or different.
The second preset number and the third preset number may be fixed numbers preset by the system, or may be one number set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs. Wherein the second predetermined number may be the same or different.
The type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information can be fixedly set by a system, and can also be set by related technicians as required. It should be noted that the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information may be the same or different, and are not limited herein. It should be noted that the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information may be only one, or may include at least two types of alarm information. From the above description it follows that the type of alarm information is related to the alarm code. Assuming that the alarm code of the currently stored alarm information includes 003, 004, and 005, the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information may only include the alarm code 003, and the type of the first preset alarm information and the type of the second preset alarm information may also include the alarm code 003 and the alarm code 004.
Further exemplary explanation is given by taking the alarm information of the type of the first preset alarm information for determining the third preset time as the target alarm information, and assuming that the third preset time is 15 minutes recently and the type of the first preset alarm information is 004, the alarm information of which the alarm code of the alarm information is 004 in the alarm information stored for 15 minutes recently is taken as the target alarm information.
Further exemplary explanation is performed by taking the alarm information of which the type of the second preset alarm information is determined to be the third preset number of recently stored alarm information as the target alarm information, and assuming that the third preset number is 20 and the type of the second preset alarm information is the alarm code 005 and the alarm code 006, 20 alarm information of which the alarm codes are 005 and 006 in the recently stored alarm information are taken as the target alarm information in total.
Wherein, determining at least one target alarm information from the stored alarm information can also be determined according to a determination rule set by a user. For example, by receiving an information calling instruction of a user, the target alarm information is further determined according to the requirement of the information calling instruction. It should be understood that, because the alarm information and the diagnosis information are stored in association, if a certain alarm information is determined as the target alarm information, the diagnosis information corresponding to the alarm information is also the target diagnosis information of the target alarm information. For example, if the stored alarm information N is currently determined as target alarm information and the diagnostic information associated with the known alarm information N is known as diagnostic information P, the target diagnostic information may also be determined as diagnostic information P.
Sometimes, only obtaining the alarm information and the diagnosis information of one alarm which recently occurs at present may not be enough to determine the reason of the occurrence of the alarm, and it is necessary to comprehensively determine the alarm information and the diagnosis information of the previous historical alarms, and at this time, it is possible to determine at least two target alarm information to display by setting the second preset time to be a time period or the second preset number to be greater than or equal to 2, so that the related technicians can know what kind of alarms (alarm information) have occurred due to the occurrence of the alarm and the operation parameters (diagnosis information) of the motor driver before the occurrence of the alarm, and can comprehensively analyze the information according to the previous historical alarms.
In some embodiments, the associating and displaying the target alarm information and the target diagnosis information in at least one display area comprises: and integrating the target alarm information and the target diagnosis information in a display area for display.
In some embodiments, the alarm information includes an alarm identifier and an alarm prompt, and the associating and displaying the target alarm information and the target diagnosis information in at least one display area includes:
and displaying an alarm identifier of the target alarm information in the first display area, displaying an alarm prompt of the currently selected target alarm information in the second display area, and displaying target diagnosis information corresponding to the currently selected target alarm information in the third display area.
Specifically, if at least two pieces of target alarm information exist currently, the first display area displays alarm identifications corresponding to the at least two pieces of target alarm information, after a user selects one alarm identification, the second display area displays an alarm prompt corresponding to the selected alarm identification in an associated manner, and the third display area displays target diagnosis information corresponding to the selected alarm identification in an associated manner. And when the user switches the selected alarm identifier, the alarm prompt displayed in the second display area and the target diagnosis information displayed in the third display area are correspondingly adjusted in a relevant manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each target diagnosis information is in the form of a list in the first display area. In some embodiments, if the number of the target diagnosis information is too large and exceeds the display number of the first display area, the alarm identifier of the target alarm information may be displayed in the form of turning pages in the first display area.
Because each target alarm message is associated with one corresponding target diagnosis message, when the number of the target alarm messages is large, displaying all the target diagnosis messages on one interface is difficult to realize and is not beneficial to being watched by a user, and therefore the alarm prompt and the target diagnosis messages are displayed in an associated manner according to the currently selected alarm identification. It should be noted that, a certain alarm identifier is selected, that is, a certain alarm information is selected.
In some embodiments, if the selected alarm identifier does not exist currently, the second display area and the third display area may be displayed as blank. In some embodiments, the default selected alarm identification may be set to the alarm identification of the most recently occurring alarm.
It should be noted that the display order of the alarm identifiers in the first display area may be numbered and displayed according to the priority of the storage order, that is, the alarm identifiers are configured with fault codes, for example, the most recently stored alarm identifier is displayed at the uppermost position, the display priority is the highest, and the display priority of each of the rest alarm identifiers is higher as the alarm occurrence time is closer to the current time according to the corresponding alarm occurrence order; the display may also be performed according to display rules set by the skilled person.
In some embodiments, the first display area is located on the left side of the display interface, the second display area is located on the right side of the first display interface, and the third display area is located on the lower side of the second display position.
It should be understood that the positions of the first display area, the second display area, and the third display area may be set as needed. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a display interface. Wherein the first display area 201 displays the left side of the interface, the second display area 202 is located on the right side of the first display area 201, and the third display area 203 is located on the lower side of the second display area 202, on the right side of the first display area 201.
In some embodiments, the target diagnosis information includes diagnosis items and detection values, and the information display method further includes:
acquiring an alarm report template;
determining at least one piece of target alarm information, at least one diagnosis item and a detection value corresponding to the diagnosis item;
and generating an alarm report through an alarm report template according to the determined target alarm information, diagnosis items and detection values.
In some embodiments, the alarm report template is a preset template, and of course, the alarm report template may be adjusted by a person skilled in the art as needed.
In some embodiments, all the currently associated and displayed target alarm information and target diagnosis information corresponding to each target alarm information may be directly selected by default, and then an alarm report is directly generated according to the target alarm information, the target diagnosis information and the alarm report template.
It should be noted that, when the alarm report template is stored in the motor driver, the process of generating the alarm report may be implemented based on the motor driver. When receiving the export instruction, directly exporting the alarm report.
In some embodiments, at least one of at least one piece of target alarm information and a plurality of diagnosis items of target diagnosis information corresponding to the target alarm information, and a detection value corresponding to the diagnosis item may be determined by an upper computer connected to a motor driver, and an alarm report template may be obtained, so as to generate an alarm report according to the target alarm information, the diagnosis items, the detection value, and the alarm report template.
It should be noted that, in the steps of obtaining the alarm report template, determining at least one piece of target alarm information, determining at least one diagnosis item, and determining a detection value corresponding to the diagnosis item, the execution sequence of the two steps may not be limited, and it may also be limited that one of the steps is executed first, and the other step is executed later. For example, it is defined that an alarm report template is acquired first, and then target diagnosis information and diagnosis items are determined according to information in the alarm report template.
