Although the types and the number of the integrated circuit testing instruments with the anti-blocking function on the market are very large, the integrated circuit testing instruments with the anti-blocking function have the following defects: the integrated circuit test instrument is easy to be blocked by impurities such as dust, the integrated circuit test instrument is easy to be collided, the integrated circuit test instrument is not convenient for leading wires to be accommodated, the integrated circuit test instrument is not convenient for carrying and carrying, and the integrated circuit test instrument is not convenient for supporting leg assembly and the integrated circuit test instrument to be adjusted conveniently to place the angle. Therefore, the integrated circuit testing instrument with the anti-blocking function needs to be improved.
