Abstract

The invention discloses a device for fixing a performance test piece of a small wooden test piece material for non (micro) damage detection. The device mainly comprises a fixing device support, a fixing device base, a base fixing bolt, a fixing device support shrinking device, a support angle universal wheel, a fixing device support, and a fixing device support clamping contact. The invention relates to a scanning data acquisition fixing device for detecting material performance without (micro) damage of a small wooden test piece by using a stress detection method, a relative resistance value detection method or small test piece surface damage. The support of the small test pieces of different test beds can be met by adjusting the fixing device according to different heights, widths and the like of the small test pieces, and meanwhile, the support of the fixing device and the support can be respectively controlled to adjust in different directions to meet the requirement of data acquisition of the small test pieces in the support. The end mode that convertible fixing device dragged satisfies 360 rotations of test piece and carries out diversified data acquisition, and easily operation satisfies multiple nothing (little) decreases detection data acquisition, improves detection efficiency.

The wood member can be in (micro) damage-free state by using a stress method, an impedance method and other non (micro) damage detection, the performance of the reduced-scale material is detected by using a small test piece, and the research on the compression resistance, bending resistance and other performances of the wood member through the wave resistance modulus acquired in the experiment is favorable for protecting the ancient building.
When the performance of the small wooden test piece material is detected without (micro) damage, the stable placement of the test piece directly influences the detection result. At present, in the experimental process, an autonomous lapping temporary non-fixed table top is mostly adopted, or a plurality of persons mutually support a test piece to fix the test piece to finish the experiment, or other industry fixing devices are temporarily used for the use of (micro) damage-free detection. This seriously affects the accuracy of data acquisition and increases the workload and working strength of data acquisition.
Aiming at the problem that a test piece cannot be fixed when the performance of a small wooden test piece is detected without (micro) damage at present, the invention provides a test piece fixing device for detecting the performance of the small wooden test piece, which mainly adopts a fixing base to effectively fix the test piece fixing device on a test bed, then selects and adjusts different supporting and dragging end parts according to a selected detection mode without (micro) damage and the rotation direction of a support, ensures that the test piece of an experiment is more stable to be detected aiming at different clamping directions, is suitable for detecting the test piece without (micro) damage by a stress method, an impedance method and the like and acquiring 360-degree data on the surface of the test piece by a scanner, provides data support for the performance test of the wooden test piece, and simultaneously improves the data acquisition efficiency and the standardization of a detector.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fixing device for a performance test piece of a small wooden test piece material for non (micro) damage detection. The device can be disassembled, is convenient to carry and move, can fix the fixing device base on the test bed to achieve the stable effect of the device in the assembling process, and can meet the requirements of test pieces and test beds with different lengths. According to the adjustable and controllable extension two-side support of the actual length and the width of the test piece, the effect of isolating the test piece from the desktop is achieved. The support on the two sides of the device is respectively provided with a support, when the material performance of the relative resistance value of the test piece is detected by using the impedance meter, the support can be perpendicular to the test piece, and meanwhile, the support on the support is square, is arranged at the lower end of the test piece, supports and clamps, so that the test piece can complete the detection of the upper impedance meter. The invention adopts the technical scheme that a fixing device for detecting the performance test piece of a small wooden test piece material without (micro) damage is shown in figure 1 and comprises a fixing device bracket (1), a fixing device base A (2), an adjustable fixing device base B (3), a base fixing bolt (4), a fixing device base A friction pad (5), a fixing device bracket angle universal wheel (6), a fixing device bracket angle universal wheel handle (7), a universal wheel handle friction sleeve (8), a fixing device support (9), a fixing device bracket contraction device (10), a fixing device support clamping contact (11) and a fixing device bracket tip clamping opener (12). The angle universal wheel (6) of the fixing device support is connected to the fixing device support (1) through a fulcrum at the bottom end, the requirement that the angle universal wheel (6) of the fixing device support can be adjusted according to the width of a test bed and a (micro) damage-free detection method during an experiment is met, and the fixing device support (1) and a detected small wooden test piece (13) can form a parallel or vertical state. The angle universal wheel handle (7) of the bracket of the fixing device is connected with the angle universal wheel handle (6) of the bracket of the fixing device through screws, and a universal wheel handle friction sleeve (8) is sleeved at the end part of the angle universal wheel handle (7) of the bracket of the fixing device. The sharp-end clamping opener (12) of the fixing device bracket is arranged on the side surface of the fixing device bracket support (9) and is opened or contracted through a spring clamping structure.
The fixing device support (9) is constructed as shown in fig. 2, and the fixing device support (9) comprises a fixing device bracket tip clamping opener (12), a fixing device bracket tip (15), a bracket tip spring (16) and a bracket tip opener (17).
