Abstract
The invention provides a refrigerator door and a horizontal refrigerator with the same. The hydrophilic material layer can effectively prevent condensation, and in long-term work of an inventor, infrared rays in the surrounding environment easily enter the storage chamber through the glass door body, so that the temperature in the storage chamber is increased, and the power consumption of the compressor is further improved. The Low-E material layer can block the infrared ray from passing through, but allows the visible light to pass through, i.e. the Low-E material layer can prevent the external heat from entering the storage compartment in the form of infrared ray, but does not prevent the user from seeing the stored articles in the storage compartment through the glass door.

As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the refrigerator door is made of glass, and a Low-E material layer is disposed on an inner surface of the refrigerator door.
As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the Low-E material layer is a Low-E film disposed on an inner surface of the refrigerator door.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a horizontal refrigerator, which comprises: the refrigerator comprises a box body and a storage chamber arranged in the box body, wherein the storage chamber is provided with a cabinet opening with an upward opening, and the refrigerator door is arranged at the cabinet opening.

The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" or "beneath" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerator door, as shown in fig. 1, wherein: the outer surface of the refrigerator door 1 is provided with a hydrophilic material layer 2. Here, the hydrophilic material has molecules having polar groups, which have a large affinity for water and can attract water molecules or dissolve in water, and the molecules form a solid material whose surface is easily wetted by water, and the material made of the molecules is the hydrophilic material. It will be appreciated that in everyday use, the temperature in the storage compartment (e.g. a refrigerator compartment or freezer compartment, etc.) is generally lower than the ambient temperature around the refrigerator compartment, and therefore condensation is likely to form on the outer surface of the refrigerator door, but the hydrophilic material has hydrophilic properties and is therefore able to effectively absorb the condensation that occurs, and therefore, is able to effectively reduce condensation on the surface of the refrigerator door 1.
Preferably, the hydrophilic material layer 2 is a hydrophilic film disposed on an outer surface of the refrigerator door 1.
Preferably, the refrigerator door 1 is made of glass, and the inner surface of the refrigerator door 2 is provided with a Low-E material layer 3. Here, when the refrigerator door 1 is made of glass, a user can easily see the stored articles in the storage compartment through the glass, but the glass is easily thermally conductive, that is, external heat is easily introduced into the storage compartment. In the long-term work of the inventor, the infrared rays in the ambient environment are found to easily enter the storage compartment through the glass door body, so that the temperature in the storage compartment is increased, and the power consumption of the compressor is further increased. The Low-E material layer 3 can block the infrared ray from passing through, but allows the visible light to pass through, i.e. the Low-E material layer can prevent the external heat from entering the storage compartment in the form of infrared ray, but does not prevent the user from seeing the stored goods in the storage compartment through the glass door.
Preferably, the Low-E material layer 3 is a Low-E film disposed on an inner surface of the refrigerator door 1.
