The following describes details of the acquisition process of the user action information.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a user's action information confirmation process according to one embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the step of obtaining the action information of the user in the bathroom environment comprises:
s402: collecting a plurality of images of a user in a bathroom environment;
s404: generating an image set from the plurality of images;
s406: and determining action information corresponding to the image set based on a preset first action matching strategy, wherein the action information corresponding to different image sets is limited in the first action matching strategy.
The collection of the user's image in bathroom environment can utilize one or more camera to realize, can be once gathering the image at a certain interval of time. It will be appreciated that the two acquired images before and after may be the same image. For example, images of a user within a bathroom environment may generally include: a first image of a user standing at the doorway of the toilet 100, a second image of a user standing in front of the intelligent toilet 201, a third image of a user lifting up the toilet lid of the intelligent toilet 201, a fourth image of a user sitting on the toilet seat of the intelligent toilet 201, a fifth image of a user standing under the shower 220, a sixth image of a user touching the shower switch valve 221, a seventh image of a user standing in front of the washbasin 230, an eighth image of a user touching the first water valve 231, a ninth image of a user touching the second water valve 232, and so on.
The generating of the image set according to the plurality of images may be performed by comparing each of the acquired images with a reference image in a preset reference image library to determine a reference image corresponding to each of the images, and then generating the image set from the plurality of reference images. For example, the reference image library stores: a first reference image of a user standing at the doorway of the toilet 100, a second reference image of a user standing in front of the intelligent toilet 201, a third reference image of a user lifting up the toilet lid of the intelligent toilet 201, a fourth reference image of a user sitting on the toilet seat of the intelligent toilet 201, a fifth reference image of a user standing under the shower 220, a sixth reference image of a user touching the shower switch valve 221, a seventh reference image of a user standing in front of the hand washing table 230, an eighth reference image of a user touching the first water valve 231, and a ninth reference image of a user touching the second water valve 232.
The number of reference pictures, the order of the plurality of reference pictures in different picture sets may be different. For example, the first picture set is an ordered set of a first reference picture, a second reference picture, a third reference picture, a fourth reference picture, a second reference picture, and a first reference picture; the second image set is an ordered set of a second reference image, a fourth reference image, a seventh reference image and an eighth reference image; the third image set is a sequential set of a first reference image, a fifth reference image, a sixth reference image and a seventh reference image; the fourth image set is a sequential set of a sixth reference image, a fifth reference image and a sixth reference image; the fifth image set is an ordered set of a fifth reference image, a sixth reference image and a seventh reference image; the sixth image set is a sequentially arranged set of a seventh reference image, an eighth reference image, and a seventh reference image; the seventh picture set is an ordered set of an eighth reference picture, a seventh reference picture, and an eighth reference picture; the eighth image set is an ordered set of a fifth reference image, a ninth reference image, a fifth reference image, a seventh reference image, and a ninth reference image; the ninth picture set is an ordered set of a ninth reference picture, a second reference picture, and a ninth reference picture.
In the first action matching strategy, action information is correspondingly defined for each image set. For example, the motion information corresponding to the first image set and the second image set is defined as a toileting motion, the motion information corresponding to the third image set, the fourth image set and the fifth image set is defined as a bathing motion, the motion information corresponding to the sixth image set and the seventh image set is defined as a washing motion, and the motion information corresponding to the eighth image set and the ninth image set is defined as a cleaning motion.
The plurality of images acquired in step S402 are sequentially: when a first image, a second image, a third image, a fourth image, a second image and a first image are acquired, step S404 first corresponds the first image, the second image, the third image and the fourth image to a first reference image, a second reference image, a third reference image and a fourth reference image respectively based on a reference image library, then generates a first image set according to the first reference image, the second reference image, the third reference image, the fourth reference image, the second reference image and the first reference image, and finally step S406 determines that the action information is a toileting action based on a first action matching strategy. For another example, the plurality of images acquired in step S402 sequentially include: in the case of the fifth image, the sixth image, and the seventh image, step S404 corresponds the fifth image, the sixth image, and the seventh image to the fifth reference image, the sixth reference image, and the seventh reference image, respectively, based on the reference image library, generates a fifth image set according to the fifth reference image, the sixth reference image, and the seventh reference image, and finally step S406 determines that the motion information is the bathing motion based on the first motion matching policy. For another example, the plurality of images acquired in step S402 sequentially include: when the seventh image, the eighth image, and the seventh image are included, step S404 corresponds the seventh image and the eighth image to the seventh reference image and the eighth reference image, respectively, based on the reference image library, generates a sixth image set according to the seventh reference image, the eighth reference image, and the seventh reference image, and finally step S406 determines that the action information is the washing action based on the first action matching policy. For another example, when the plurality of images acquired in step S402 are sequentially: the step S404 is to respectively correspond the fifth image, the seventh image, and the ninth image to a fifth reference image, a seventh reference image, and a ninth reference image based on the reference image library, generate an eighth image set according to the fifth reference image, the ninth reference image, the fifth reference image, the seventh reference image, and the ninth reference image, and finally determine that the action information is the cleaning action based on the first action matching policy in the step S406.
According to the environment adjusting method for the bathroom environment, the action information of the user is determined by collecting the image set generated by the plurality of images of the user in the bathroom environment, so that the accuracy of determining the action information of the user is improved, and the bathroom environment is adjusted more accurately.

s506: generating a human body image set according to the plurality of human body images;
s508: and determining action information corresponding to the human body image set based on a preset second action matching strategy, wherein the second action matching strategy defines action information corresponding to different human body image sets.
The collection of the infrared signals of the user in the bathroom environment can be that the infrared signals are collected once every certain time. And performing thermal imaging processing on the plurality of infrared signals to respectively generate corresponding human body images. It can be understood that the infrared signals acquired twice before and after may be the same infrared signal, so that the human body images generated before and after may be the same human body image. For example, a human image of a user within a bathroom environment may generally include: a first human body image of a user standing upright at the doorway of the toilet 100, a second human body image of a user standing in front of the intelligent toilet 201 with the head inclined toward the intelligent toilet 201, a third human body image of a user arm extending out to touch the toilet lid of the intelligent toilet 201, a fourth human body image of a user sitting with a bent leg on the toilet seat of the intelligent toilet 201, a fifth human body image of a user standing upright below the shower head 220, a sixth human body image of a user arm extending out to touch the shower head switch valve 221, a seventh human body image of a user standing upright in front of the hand washing station 230, an eighth human body image of a user arm extending out to touch the first water valve 231, a ninth human body image of a user bent at the waist with an arm extending out to touch the second water valve 232, and so on.
The generating of the human body image set according to the plurality of human body images may be comparing each human body image with a reference human body image in a preset reference human body image library to determine a reference human body image corresponding to each human body image, and then generating the human body image set from the plurality of reference human body images. For example, a reference human body image library stores: a first reference human body image of a user standing upright at the doorway of the toilet 100, a second reference human body image of the user standing upright at the doorway of the toilet 100 with the head inclined toward the intelligent toilet 201, a third reference human body image of the user's arm extending to touch the toilet lid of the intelligent toilet 201, a fourth reference human body image of the user's leg bent to sit on the toilet seat of the intelligent toilet 201, a fifth reference human body image of the user standing upright below the shower 220, a sixth reference human body image of the user's arm extending to touch the shower switch valve 221, a seventh reference human body image of the user standing upright at the toilet stand 230, an eighth reference human body image of the user's arm extending to touch the first water valve 231, and a ninth reference human body image of the user's waist bent and of the user's arm extending to touch the second water valve.
The number of reference body images in different body image sets, the order of the plurality of reference body images may be different. For example, the first human body image set is an ordered set of a first reference human body image, a second reference human body image, a third reference human body image, a fourth reference human body image, a second reference human body image, and a first reference human body image; the second human body image set is a sequential arrangement set of a second reference human body image, a fourth reference human body image, a seventh reference human body image and an eighth reference human body image; the third human body image set is a sequential arrangement set of a first reference human body image, a fifth reference human body image, a sixth reference human body image and a seventh reference human body image; the fourth human body image set is a sequential set of a sixth reference human body image, a fifth reference human body image and a sixth reference human body image; the fifth human body image set is a sequentially arranged set of a fifth reference human body image, a sixth reference human body image and a seventh reference human body image; the sixth human body image set is a sequential arrangement set of a seventh reference human body image, an eighth reference human body image and a seventh reference human body image; the seventh human body image set is a sequential arrangement set of an eighth reference human body image, a seventh reference human body image and an eighth reference human body image; the eighth human body image set is a sequentially arranged set of a fifth reference human body image, a ninth reference human body image, a fifth reference human body image, a seventh reference human body image and a ninth reference human body image; the ninth human body image set is a sequentially arranged set of the ninth reference human body image, the second reference human body image and the ninth reference human body image.
And in the second action matching strategy, correspondingly limiting action information for each human body image set. For example, the motion information corresponding to the first human body image set and the second human body image set is limited to a toileting motion, the motion information corresponding to the third human body image set, the fourth human body image set and the fifth human body image set is limited to a bathing motion, the motion information corresponding to the sixth human body image set and the seventh human body image set is limited to a washing motion, and the motion information corresponding to the eighth human body image set and the ninth human body image set is limited to a cleaning motion.
Step S502 obtains a plurality of infrared signals of the user in the bathroom environment, and step S504 performs thermal imaging processing on the plurality of infrared signals to generate a plurality of human body images, which sequentially include: the method comprises the steps of S506, firstly, corresponding the first human body image, the second human body image, the third human body image and the fourth human body image to a first reference human body image, a second reference human body image, a third reference human body image and a fourth reference human body image respectively based on a reference human body image library, then, generating a first human body image set according to the first reference human body image, the second reference human body image, the third reference human body image, the fourth reference human body image, the second reference human body image and the first reference human body image, and finally, determining that the action information is a toileting action based on a second action matching strategy in S508. For another example, step S502 obtains a plurality of infrared signals of the user in the bathroom environment, and step S504 performs thermal imaging processing on the plurality of infrared signals to generate a plurality of human body images, which sequentially include: the step S506 is to respectively correspond the fifth human body image, the sixth human body image and the seventh human body image to a fifth reference human body image, a sixth reference human body image and a seventh reference human body image based on a reference human body image library, generate a fifth human body image set according to the fifth reference human body image, the sixth reference human body image and the seventh reference human body image, and finally determine that the action information is a bathing action based on a second action matching strategy in the step S508. For another example, step S502 obtains a plurality of infrared signals of the user in the bathroom environment, and step S504 performs thermal imaging processing on the plurality of infrared signals to generate a plurality of human body images, which sequentially include: when the seventh human body image, the eighth human body image and the seventh human body image are generated, in step S506, the seventh human body image and the eighth human body image are respectively corresponding to the seventh reference human body image and the eighth reference human body image based on the human body reference image library, a sixth human body image set is generated according to the seventh reference human body image, the eighth reference human body image and the seventh reference human body image, and finally, in step S508, the action information is determined to be the washing action based on the second action matching strategy. For another example, step S502 obtains a plurality of infrared signals of the user in the bathroom environment, and step S504 performs thermal imaging processing on the plurality of infrared signals to generate a plurality of human body images, which sequentially include: a fifth human body image, a ninth human body image, a fifth human body image, a seventh human body image and a ninth human body image, in step S506, the fifth human body image, the seventh human body image and the ninth human body image are respectively corresponding to a fifth reference human body image, a seventh reference human body image and a ninth reference human body image based on the reference human body image library, then an eighth human body image set is generated according to the fifth reference human body image, the ninth reference human body image, the fifth reference human body image, the seventh reference human body image and the ninth reference human body image, and finally, in step S508, the action information is determined to be a cleaning action based on the second action matching strategy.
According to the environment adjusting method for the bathroom environment, the action information of the user is determined by acquiring the plurality of infrared signals of the user to generate the plurality of human body images and then generating the human body image set, so that the accuracy of determining the action information of the user is improved, and the bathroom environment is adjusted more accurately.

Step S606 determines a fifth reference motion trajectory, a first reference motion trajectory, a second reference motion trajectory, and a third reference motion trajectory based on the reference motion trajectory library, and generates a second trajectory set. Step S608 determines that the action information is a bathing action based on the third action matching policy.
In the method for adjusting the environment of the bathroom environment according to the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of movement tracks are determined by obtaining the plurality of position information of the wearable device 280 worn by the user, and then the plurality of movement tracks are generated into the track set for determination, so that the accuracy of determining the movement information of the user is improved, and the adjustment of the bathroom environment is more accurate.
In some embodiments, the step of determining the type of activity of the user from the action information comprises: and determining the activity type corresponding to the action information based on a preset activity matching strategy, wherein the activity matching strategy defines the activity types corresponding to different action information. The types of activities of the user may primarily include toileting activities, bathing activities, washing activities, cleaning activities, and the like. Here, the activity may be of a single user or a combination of activities of a plurality of users. For example, the activity matching policy defines: the toilet-using action corresponds to the activity type of toilet-using, the bathing action corresponds to the activity type of bathing, the washing action corresponds to the activity type of washing, and the cleaning action corresponds to the activity type of cleaning.
The environment adjustment policy defines a control manner for the environment adjustment device 400 for different activity types. Environmental conditioning considerations for sanitary environments include, but are not limited to: the ambient temperature of the toilet 100, the ambient humidity of the toilet 100, odor information, outdoor ambient temperature, outdoor ambient humidity, and the like. The manner of controlling the environment adjusting apparatus 400 includes, but is not limited to, turning on/off, operation mode change, and the like.
The toilet activity mainly affects the odor of the bathroom environment, and the environment adjusting device 400 related to the toilet activity is mainly a fresh air fan 401 and an exhaust fan 404. The toilet activity may be defined in the environmental conditioning strategy as: one or both of the fresh air fan 401 and the exhaust fan 404 are controlled to be turned on. The specific operation modes of the new fan 401 and the exhaust fan 404 can be defined differently in the environment regulation strategy according to different outdoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment humidities of toilet activities. For example, considering that odor is more difficult to be volatile in the plum rain season, the power of the suction fan 404 corresponding to toilet activity in the plum rain season is set to be greater than the power of the suction fan 404 corresponding to toilet activity in the dry season.
The bathing activity and the washing activity mainly affect the environmental temperature and the environmental humidity of the bathroom environment, and the environment adjusting devices 400 related to the bathing activity mainly comprise a fresh air fan 401, a dehumidifier 402, a warm air blower 403 and an exhaust fan 404. Bathing activities may be defined in the environmental conditioning strategy as: and controlling the fresh air fan 401, the dehumidifier 402, the warm air blower 403 and the exhaust fan 404 to be started. The specific operation mode of one or more of the fresh air fan 401, the dehumidifier 402, the warm air blower 403 and the exhaust fan 404 can be defined differently for bathing activity and washing activity in the environment regulation strategy. For example, considering that the temperature demand of the bathroom environment and the humidity increase in the bathroom 100 during the bathing activity are greater than those during the washing activity, the power of the fan heater 403 and the dehumidifier 402 corresponding to the bathing activity is set to be greater than the power of the fan heater 403 and the dehumidifier 402 corresponding to the washing activity.
Various cleaning agents are commonly used during cleaning activities, which can affect the odor of the sanitary environment. The climate control device 400 associated with the cleaning activity is mainly a fresh air fan 401, a suction fan 404. The cleaning activities may be defined in the environmental conditioning strategy as: one or both of the fresh air fan 401 and the exhaust fan 404 are controlled to be turned on. The specific operation modes of the fresh air fan 401 and the exhaust fan 404 can be defined differently in the environment adjusting strategy according to different outdoor environment temperatures and outdoor environment humidities of the cleaning activities. For example, considering that odor is more difficult to be volatile in the season of plum rain, the power of the suction fan 404 corresponding to the cleaning activity in the season of plum rain is set to be greater than the power of the suction fan 404 corresponding to the cleaning activity in the season of drought.
In some embodiments, the step of determining an environmental adjustment strategy for the sanitary environment according to the activity type comprises:

and adjusting the initial environment adjusting strategy according to the environment information.
The adjustment to the initial environmental conditioning strategy may be to control one or more new environmental conditioning devices 400 to turn on, or to turn off one or more of the operating environmental conditioning devices 400, or to change the operating mode of one or more of the operating environmental conditioning devices 400. After the initial environment adjustment strategy corresponding to the activity type is determined, the initial environment adjustment strategy can be adjusted according to the environment information, so that the control of the environment adjustment device 400 is more matched with the real-time environment. The adjusting the initial environment adjustment policy according to the environment information may be adjusting the initial environment adjustment policy according to the acquired outdoor environment temperature and/or outdoor environment humidity. For example, in the initial environmental conditioning strategy, it is defined that the first toilet-like activity corresponds to controlling the fresh air fan 401 to turn on, and the fresh air fan 401 operates at a first preset power. And determining that the outdoor environment is in a plum rain season at the moment according to the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment humidity obtained in real time, and adjusting an initial environment adjusting strategy as follows: the suction fan 404 is controlled to be turned on and the power of the fresh air fan 401 is controlled to be increased. For another example, in the initial environmental conditioning strategy, it is defined that the second bathing activity is corresponding to controlling the fresh air fan 401 and the warm air fan 403 to be turned on, and the warm air fan 403 is operated at the second preset power. According to the outdoor environment temperature obtained in real time, determining that the environment is in a cold winter at the moment, and adjusting an initial environment adjusting strategy as follows: the fresh air fan 401 is controlled to be turned off, and the power of the warm air fan 403 is controlled to be increased.
In other embodiments, the step of determining the environmental adjustment strategy for the sanitary environment according to the activity type includes:
acquiring an initial environment regulation strategy corresponding to the activity type;

After the initial environment adjustment strategy corresponding to the activity type is determined, the initial environment adjustment strategy can be adjusted according to the user preference, so that the control of the environment adjustment device 400 is more in line with the individual situation of the user, and the comfort of the user in the toilet 100 is improved. The adjusting the initial environment adjustment policy according to the user preference may be determining the user preference from the user history data, and then adjusting the initial environment adjustment policy based on the user preference. For example, in the initial environmental conditioning strategy, it is defined that the first toileting activity corresponds to controlling the fresh air fan 401 to turn on. From the user preferences in the user history, which use blower 404 to ventilate, the initial environmental conditioning strategy is adjusted as follows: the fresh air fan 401 is controlled to be closed, and the exhaust fan 404 is controlled to be opened. For another example, in the initial environmental conditioning strategy, it is defined that the second bathing activity controls the fresh air fan 401 and the warm air fan 403 to be turned on correspondingly. According to the user preference in the user historical data, the user prefers low-temperature bathing, and the initial environment regulation strategy is adjusted as follows: the fan heater 403 is controlled to turn off.
After the step of controlling the environment adjusting device 400 in the sanitary environment according to the environment adjusting strategy, the method further includes:
acquiring the environmental temperature of the bathroom environment;
judging whether the ambient temperature is continuously greater than a preset temperature threshold value or not;
if yes, the environment adjusting device 400 is controlled to send out reminding information.
According to the environment adjusting method, after the environment adjusting device 400 in the bathroom environment is controlled for a period of time according to the environment adjusting strategy, the plurality of environment temperatures are obtained, and when the plurality of environment temperatures are all larger than the preset temperature threshold, the environment adjusting device 400 is controlled to send out the reminding information, so that the safety of a user in the bathroom 100 is improved. For example, when a user prefers high temperature bathing, after the initial environment adjustment strategy is adjusted according to the user preference, the fan heater 403 is operated at a high power, which may cause the temperature in the bathroom 100 to be continuously greater than the preset temperature threshold, and at this time, the environment adjustment device 400 may send a warning message to remind the user to reduce the power of the fan heater 403, so as to prevent danger due to excessively high temperature in the bathroom environment. The reminding information can be in a voice broadcasting mode, a light flashing mode and the like.
According to the environment adjusting method of the bathroom environment, the activity type of the user is determined by acquiring the action information of the user in the bathroom environment, the environment adjusting strategy of the bathroom environment is determined according to the activity type, and then the environment adjusting equipment 400 in the bathroom environment is controlled according to the environment adjusting strategy, so that the aim adjustment of the bathroom environment is achieved; meanwhile, the environment adjusting method provided by the invention adjusts according to the action information of the user in the bathroom environment, so that the adjustment of the bathroom environment is more matched with the state of the user, and the accuracy of bathroom environment control is improved.
Further, in the method for adjusting the environment of the sanitary environment according to the embodiment of the present invention, the action information of the user is determined by acquiring an image set generated by a plurality of images of the user in the sanitary environment, generating a plurality of human body images by acquiring a plurality of infrared signals of the user, and regenerating a human body image set, or determining a plurality of movement trajectories by acquiring a plurality of position information of the wearable device 280 worn by the user, and regenerating a trajectory set, so that the accuracy of determining the action information of the user is improved, and the adjustment of the sanitary environment is more accurate.
