Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is an application scenario diagram of an air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner control device includes a user, an air conditioner control device, and an air conditioner (including an indoor unit and an outdoor unit), where the air conditioner control device is configured to implement the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to facilitate the control of the air conditioner by a user, the control mode of the air conditioner is gradually developed from remote controller control or local key control into voice control. However, in the process of controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner by using the voice control method in the prior art, the air conditioner control device cannot identify the user, so that voice commands sent by users who cannot reasonably control the air conditioner, such as children, can also perform voice control on the operation mode of the air conditioner. In order to solve the above problem, according to the air conditioner control method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the user voice message in the designated area, the air conditioner control device performs analysis and controls the air conditioner to be in the mode control state when the age group to which the user belongs to the preset operable age group, and controls the air conditioner to be in the mode locking state when the age group to which the user belongs does not belong to the preset operable age group, so as to ensure that the user belonging to the preset operable age group can perform voice control on the operation mode of the air conditioner, and at the same time, prevent the user not belonging to the preset operable age group from performing voice control on the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner control method. Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of the air conditioning control method. As shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner control method includes:
step S100: a user voice message is received.
Step S200: and acquiring the age bracket of the user according to the voice tone information in the voice message of the user. It should be understood that: the age bracket to which the user belongs can be set according to the actual situation. For example: the age groups to which the users belong can be a juvenile age group of 0-6 years old, a juvenile age group of 7-17 years old, a young age group of 18-40 years old, a middle age group of 41-65 years old and an old age group of over 65 years old.
Step S300: and judging whether the age bracket to which the user belongs to a preset operable age bracket. It should be understood that: the preset operable age bracket is a fixed age bracket preset in the air conditioner, and the preset age bracket may be one age bracket or a plurality of different age brackets. The preset operable age bracket can be set in the air conditioner according to actual requirements, for example: the preset operable age groups are young age group, middle age group and old age group.
Step S400: and if the age group to which the user belongs to the preset operable age group, controlling the air conditioner to be in a mode control state. At this time, the operation mode of the air conditioner can be controlled according to the user voice message. It should be noted that the operation modes of the air conditioner include: a cooling mode, a heating mode, a defrosting mode, a dehumidifying mode, a ventilating mode, an on/off state of the air conditioner, and an operation temperature of the air conditioner, but not limited thereto.
Step S500: and if the age group to which the user belongs does not belong to the preset operable age group, controlling the air conditioner to be in a mode locking state. At this time, the operation mode of the air conditioner cannot be controlled according to the user's voice message.
For example: the preset operable age groups set in the air conditioner are young age groups and middle age groups, and the age group to which the user belongs is a child. At this time, the age group to which the user belongs does not belong to the preset operable age group, and the air conditioner is controlled to be in the mode locking state, so that the user voice message sent by the child cannot control the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Another example is: the preset operable age groups set in the air conditioner are young age groups and middle age groups, the age group to which the user belongs is young age groups, at the moment, the age group to which the user belongs to the preset operable age groups, the air conditioner is controlled to be in a mode control state, and therefore the operation mode of the air conditioner can be controlled by the voice message of the user sent by young people.
As can be seen from the above, in the air conditioner control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the user voice message, the user may be classified by first obtaining the age bracket to which the user belongs according to the voice tone information in the user voice message. And then judging whether the age bracket to which the user belongs to a preset operable age bracket. And when the age group to which the user belongs to the preset operable age group, controlling the air conditioner to be in a state control mode. At this time, it is ensured that the user belonging to the preset operable age group can perform voice control on the operation state of the air conditioner. And when the age group to which the user belongs does not belong to the preset operable age group, controlling the air conditioner to be in a mode locking state. The operation mode of the air conditioner can not be controlled according to the voice message, and the condition that users who do not belong to the preset operable age group carry out voice control on the air conditioner is avoided.
Therefore, in the air conditioner control method provided by the invention, when the age group to which the user belongs to the preset operable age group, the air conditioner is in the mode control state, and the user belonging to the preset operable age group can be ensured to perform voice control on the operation mode of the air conditioner. When the age group to which the user belongs does not belong to the preset operable age group, the air conditioner is in the state locking mode, and the condition that the user who does not belong to the preset operable age group performs voice control on the operation mode of the air conditioner can be avoided.
For example: the preset operable age groups arranged in the air conditioner are a juvenile age group, a young age group, a middle age group and an old age group.
A 5 year old user utters a user voice message "turn on air conditioning". The air conditioner firstly receives a user voice message of 'turning on the air conditioner', and then the air conditioner judges the child age group of the age group to which the user belongs according to voice tone information in the user voice message of 'turning on the air conditioner' by using a voiceprint recognition technology.
The air conditioner judges that the childhood age bracket does not belong to the preset operable age bracket, the air conditioner is controlled to be in a mode locking state, and at the moment, the user voice information 'turn on the air conditioner' sent by the child cannot control the air conditioner to be turned on.
Another example is: the preset operational age groups of the air conditioner are preset to be young age groups, middle age groups and old age groups.
A 50 year old user utters a user voice message "adjust temperature to 25 ℃;
the air conditioner receives a user voice message of' adjusting the temperature to 25 ℃ and recognizes that the age group to which the user belongs is a middle age group by using a voiceprint recognition technology.
The air conditioner judges that the middle age group belongs to a preset operable age group, then controls the air conditioner to be in a mode control state, and can adjust the temperature of the air conditioner to be 25 ℃ according to the user voice message' adjust the temperature to be 25 ℃.
As a possible implementation manner, when the air conditioner is in the mode locking state, referring to fig. 4, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S510: and uploading the user voice message to a network terminal, and feeding back a response message to the air conditioner by the network terminal according to the semantic keywords in the user voice message. It should be noted that the semantic keywords in the user voice message may be set according to actual situations. For example: the semantic keywords may be, but are not limited to, singing, telling a story, translating words, answering questions, singing name, and story name.
Step S520: the control player broadcasts the response message, and then returns to step S100: a user voice message is received.
In the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the air conditioner is in the mode locking state, the air conditioner can send the user voice message to the network terminal, the network terminal can feed back the response message to the air conditioner according to the semantic keywords used in the voice message, and the air conditioner control player broadcasts the response message, so that the air conditioner can feed back the user voice message sent by the user which does not belong to the preset operable age group. At this time, the users who do not belong to the preset operable age can participate in the interaction with the air conditioner, and the participation and interestingness of the interaction between the users who do not belong to the preset operable age and the air conditioner are increased.
For example: the user in the age of 5 sends a user voice message 'i wants to listen to the little stars', and after the air conditioner is controlled to be in the mode locking state, the air conditioner sends the user voice message 'i wants to listen to the little stars' to the network end.
The network end extracts a semantic keyword 'Xiaoxing' in the voice message of the user and feeds back a response message 'Xiaoxing' to the air conditioner.
The air conditioner control player broadcasts the children singing stars, and simultaneously, the air conditioner returns to the step S100: and receiving a user voice message.
As an embodiment, when the air conditioner is in the mode control state, referring to fig. 5, the air conditioner control method further includes:
step S410: and judging whether the voice message of the user comprises a mode control instruction or not. The mode control command is a command including air conditioning control information. For example: the mode control command may be: opening, closing, refrigerating, heating, defrosting, air supply, dehumidifying or at X degrees centigrade, wherein X is a number.
Step S420: if the user voice message includes the mode control instruction, the air conditioner controls the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the mode control instruction, and then the step S100 is returned to: a user voice message is received.
Step S430: if the user voice message does not include the mode control instruction, the air conditioner sends the user voice message to the network side, the network side feeds back a response message to the air conditioner according to the semantic keywords in the user voice message, the air conditioner control player broadcasts the response message, and then the step S100 is returned to receive the user voice message.
In the air conditioner control method, when the air conditioner is in the mode control state, different forms of interaction are performed with the air conditioner according to the content of the user voice message. And when the user voice message comprises the mode control instruction, controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the mode control instruction, and realizing the voice control of the operation mode of the air conditioner. When the user voice message does not comprise a mode control instruction, the voice message is sent to the network end, the network end can feed back the response message, the air conditioner control player broadcasts the response message, the interaction modes of the user belonging to the preset age group and the air conditioner can be enriched, and the interestingness of interaction with the air conditioner is increased.
For example: the preset operable age groups arranged in the air conditioner are young age groups and middle age groups.
The user in the age of 20 sends out a user voice message 'defrosting mode', and the air conditioner is controlled to be in a mode control state after receiving the user voice message.
At this time, the air conditioner judges that the defrosting mode for the voice message includes the mode control command 'defrost', and then controls the air conditioner to operate the defrosting mode according to the mode control command 'defrost'.
Another example is: the preset operable age bracket preset in the air conditioner is a middle age bracket.
The 50 year old user utters the user voice message "what weather". And after receiving the user voice message, the air conditioner controls the air conditioner to be in a mode control state. Then, the air conditioner determines that the user voice message "what weather" does not include a mode control instruction. At this time, the air conditioner sends the user voice message to the network side, and the network side feeds back a response message including the weather condition to the air conditioner according to the semantic keyword weather in the user voice message weather how. The climate control player plays a reply message including the weather condition.
For example, referring to fig. 6, controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the mode control command includes:
step S421: and judging whether the air conditioner is in a shutdown mode or not.
Step S422: and if the air conditioner is not in the shutdown mode, controlling the operation mode of the air conditioner according to the mode control instruction.
Step S423: and if the air conditioner is in the shutdown mode, judging whether the mode control instruction is a startup control instruction. It should be understood that: the starting control instruction can be set according to actual conditions. For example: the boot control instruction may include: at least one of turn on, power on, and air conditioner.
Step S424: and if the mode control instruction is the starting control instruction, controlling the air conditioner to be in a starting mode according to the mode control instruction.
In the method for controlling the air conditioner, when the operation mode of the air conditioner is controlled according to the mode control instruction, whether the air conditioner is in the shutdown mode or not is judged, and when the air conditioner is not in the shutdown mode, the operation mode of the air conditioner is controlled according to the mode control instruction. When the air conditioner is in the shutdown mode, whether the mode control instruction is the startup control instruction is judged, if the mode control instruction is the startup control instruction, the air conditioner is controlled to be in the startup mode according to the startup control instruction, the operation mode of the air conditioner can be prevented from being adjusted when the air conditioner is in the shutdown mode, and effective adjustment of the operation mode of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
Illustratively, when the air conditioner is switched between the mode control state and the mode locking state, referring to fig. 7, the control method of the air conditioner further includes:
step S610: and generating switching voice information. The switching voice message may be set according to actual conditions. For example: when the air conditioner is switched from the mode control state to the mode locking state, the generated switching voice message can be 'switched to the mode locking state', or 'quit the mode control state and enter the mode locking state'.
Step S620: and controlling the player to broadcast the switching voice information. When the air conditioner is switched between the mode control state and the mode locking state, the switching voice information broadcasted by the player can remind a user of switching the air conditioner state.
For example: the preset operable age groups are set to be young age groups and middle age groups in the air conditioner.
The 5 year old user utters a user voice message "turn on heating mode". After the air conditioner receives a user voice message 'start heating mode', the air conditioner is controlled to be in a mode locking state.
Then, the 30-year-old user sends out a user voice message of "26 ℃", and after the air conditioner receives the user voice message of "26 ℃", the air conditioner is controlled to switch to the mode control state. At this time, the state of the air conditioner is switched from the mode locking state to the mode control state, the air conditioner generates a switching voice message ' exits the mode locking state ', and the air conditioner enters the mode control state '.
The air conditioner control player broadcasts switching voice information.
