Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the indoor filter and the outdoor filter in the description have been described using an all-pass filter as an example, it is obvious that the present invention may also use an adaptive filter or a low-pass filter that allows low-frequency noise to pass, as long as the low-frequency noise can be allowed to pass. The selection types of the indoor filter and the outdoor filter are various and are not listed.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, an embodiment of an active noise reduction air conditioner of the present invention will be described in detail.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, the active noise reduction air conditioner includes an outdoor unit 2 and an indoor unit 1, the indoor unit 1 further includes an indoor sound collector 11, an indoor filter (inside the indoor unit, not shown), an indoor active noise reduction processing module (inside the indoor unit, not shown) and an indoor speaker 12, which are connected in sequence, and the indoor speaker 12 is a low frequency speaker.
The whole working process can be embodied by the control method of the active noise reduction air conditioner, as shown in fig. 5, the control method of the active noise reduction air conditioner comprises the following steps:
s100, controlling an indoor sound collector to collect noise;
s200, controlling an indoor filter to process noise;
s300, controlling an indoor active noise reduction processing module to receive processed noise;
s400, controlling an indoor active noise reduction processing module to process received noise in real time, generating a noise reduction sound wave output signal and transmitting the noise reduction sound wave output signal to an indoor loudspeaker.
S410, the process returns to step S100 again at intervals of Δ T1.
The active noise reduction air conditioner firstly collects noise, then processes the noise through an indoor filter to enable the noise to be sound waves with the same amplitude and opposite phases of 180 degrees, the sound waves are input into an indoor active noise reduction processing module, noise reduction sound wave output signals are generated through internal conversion and are transmitted to an indoor loudspeaker 12, and the indoor loudspeaker 12 sends out low-frequency noise reduction sound waves to be offset with the low-frequency noise.
For the indoor unit 1, the most important noise source is generated when the fan of the indoor unit 1 rotates, and the fan of the indoor unit 1 has different rotating speeds and different frequencies of the generated noise, wherein, there are both low-frequency noise and high-frequency noise, and the high-frequency noise can be easily solved by physical cotton wadding cloth or other blocking schemes, but the low-frequency noise is difficult to block, and the indoor filter can obtain the function of filtering the high-frequency noise according to the type, such as selecting an adaptive filter or selecting a low-pass filter, but because the invention selects a special indoor speaker 12, that is, the indoor speaker 12 is a low-frequency speaker, which can block the high-frequency noise, the filter selection does not need to select the low-pass filter or the adaptive filter deliberately, but only can output low-frequency sound waves through the low-frequency speaker, the elimination of indoor low-frequency noise is realized. The low-frequency speaker receives the noise reduction sound wave output signal of the indoor active noise reduction processing module, and then sends out low-frequency sound waves opposite to the noise of the low-frequency part, and the harmonics of the low-frequency sound waves are mutually superposed and then offset, so that the low-frequency noise of the indoor unit 1 is eliminated.
While the low frequency noise of the indoor unit 1 is treated as described above, the low frequency noise is also generated in the outdoor unit 2, and the low frequency noise can penetrate through the wall or window into the room, so that it is important to eliminate the noise of the outdoor unit 2, the present invention also provides an active noise reduction air conditioner, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 6, comprising the outdoor unit 2 and the indoor unit 1, wherein the outdoor unit 2 further comprises an outdoor sound collector 21, an outdoor filter (in the outdoor unit, not shown), an outdoor active noise reduction treatment module (in the outdoor unit, not shown) and an outdoor speaker 22, which are connected in sequence, and the outdoor speaker 22 is a low frequency speaker.
The control method is shown in fig. 7 and comprises the following steps:
s500, controlling an outdoor sound collector to collect noise;
s600, controlling an outdoor filter to process noise;
s700, controlling an outdoor active noise reduction processing module to receive processed noise;
and S800, controlling an outdoor active noise reduction processing module to process the received noise in real time, generating a noise reduction sound wave output signal and transmitting the noise reduction sound wave output signal to an outdoor loudspeaker.
S810, the process returns to step S500 every Δ T2.
Preferably Δ T2 ═ 20 s.
The above-mentioned structure and control method are similar to the structure of the indoor unit 1, and the principle is the same, so the description is omitted.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.
For example, the indoor sound collector 11 and the outdoor sound collector 21 are microphones, but may be other electrical elements or components that can collect sound volume; the indoor speaker 12 and the outdoor speaker 22 are low-frequency HIFI speakers, but may be other general speakers or other devices that can transmit only low-frequency sound waves without departing from the principle of the present invention, and thus, all of them will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, since the indoor filter and the outdoor filter do not need to implement the function of filtering high-frequency sound waves, the indoor filter and the outdoor filter may obviously be all-pass filters, etc., as long as the noise collected by the microphone can be processed into sound waves with the same amplitude and opposite phases of 180 degrees.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described garment treatment device may also include other known structures such as a processor, a controller, a memory, etc., wherein the memory includes, but is not limited to, ram, flash, rom, prom, volatile memory, non-volatile memory, serial memory, parallel memory, registers, etc., and the processor includes, but is not limited to, a CPLD/FPGA, a DSP, an ARM processor, a MIPS processor, etc. Such well-known structures are not shown in the drawings in order to not unnecessarily obscure embodiments of the present disclosure.
Although the foregoing embodiments describe the steps in the above sequential order, those skilled in the art will understand that, in order to achieve the effect of the present embodiments, the steps may not be executed in such an order, and may be executed simultaneously (in parallel) or in an inverse order, and these simple variations are within the scope of the present invention.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
