Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the end surface of the free end of the plugging column 11 is provided with a positioning column 12, and the elastic sheet 2 is connected to the positioning column 12, so that the elastic sheet 2 and the plugging column 11 are separated by the positioning column 12 by a certain distance, so that the elastic sheet 2 has a sufficient deformation space, and further can generate a larger deformation force. Specifically, the spring plate 2 has a positioning hole 22 at its center, the free end of the positioning post 12 has a flange 121 matching with the positioning hole 22, and the flange 121 is inserted into the positioning hole 22 to connect the spring plate 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the inserting column 11 is coaxial with the positioning column 12 on the end surface of the free end thereof, that is, the inserting column 11 is coaxial with the elastic sheet 2 connected thereto, so that when the inserting column 11 is inserted into the lumen of the pipe fitting, the elastic sheet 21 of the elastic sheet 2 is ensured to be in uniform contact with the lumen wall of the lumen, and the stability during connection is improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning post 12 is integrally connected to the inserting post 11 to improve the stability and firmness of the elastic sheet 2. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the positioning post 12 may also be detachably connected to the inserting post 11 to facilitate the assembly of the elastic sheet 2.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connector body 1 further includes a partition portion 13, and the partition portion 13 is disposed between the two insertion posts 11 to limit the depth of the insertion posts 11 inserted into the lumen; the shape of the partition part 13 is matched with that of the pipe fitting, preferably circular, and the diameter of the partition part is equal to the outer diameter of the pipe fitting, so that the butt joint of the two pipe fittings is in smooth transition, and the pipe fitting has good aesthetic feeling.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the invention, the resilient flaps 21 of the resilient piece 2 are bent or deflected towards the side where the connector body 1 is located. Based on this, when the inserting column 11 is inserted into the tube cavity of the tube, the elastic flap 21 is squeezed by the wall of the tube and is folded towards the center of the elastic sheet 2, so that the friction force between the elastic flap 21 and the wall of the tube is small, and the inserting column 11 can be easily and smoothly inserted into the tube cavity of the tube; when the insertion column 11 is pulled out of the tube cavity of the tube reversely, the elastic flap 21 is expanded around the elastic sheet 2 due to the friction of the wall of the tube, and the more the insertion column 11 is pulled out, the longer the elastic flap 21 is, so that the friction force between the elastic flap 21 and the wall of the tube becomes larger and larger along with the pulling-out of the insertion column 11, and further, the insertion column 11 can be stably inserted into the tube cavity of the tube and is not easy to loosen.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the material of the elastic sheet 2 is preferably spring steel with good elastic deformability.
To sum up, the pipe connector provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a connector body 1 and a spring plate 2, the connector body 1 includes at least two insertion posts 11, the spring plate 2 is disposed at a free end of the insertion posts 11, and an elastic flap 21 extending to the periphery is disposed at an edge of the spring plate 2. Compared with the prior art, the pipe connecting piece is simple to use, does not damage the appearance of the pipe fitting, does not form local protrusions or parts, is firm and reliable in connection, and can improve the continuity of the whole pipeline.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
