Abstract
The invention discloses a proportional control hydraulic pressure adjusting device, which comprises a filtering device connected with an oil inlet of the device, wherein the filtering device is provided with two filters, and one filter is used for standby; two groups of valve groups which are connected in parallel are arranged behind the filtering device, each valve group comprises a proportional reversing valve which is connected with the filtering device, one oil outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder, the other oil outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and an oil return outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an oil return opening of the device. The invention adopts the proportional reversing valve for control, adjusts the oil quantity entering the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and has high control precision and excellent working performance.

The existing oil supply device for supplying oil to the oil cylinder for adjusting the fan blades of the fans of the power plant and the like generally adopts the oil supply form of a servo oil cylinder, has low control precision and influences the working performance.
The invention aims to provide a novel proportional control hydraulic adjusting device with high control precision.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a proportional control hydraulic pressure adjusting device is characterized in that: the filter device is provided with two filters, one filter is used for standby application, and the other filter is used for standby application; two groups of valve groups which are connected in parallel are arranged behind the filtering device, each valve group comprises a proportional reversing valve which is connected with the filtering device, one oil outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder, the other oil outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and an oil return outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an oil return opening of the device.
An adjusting valve is arranged between the filtering device and an oil inlet of the proportional reversing valve, an adjusting valve is arranged between an oil return port of the proportional reversing valve and an oil return port of the device, and a one-way valve is arranged behind the adjusting valve.
The invention adopts the proportional reversing valve for control, adjusts the oil quantity entering the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and has high control precision and excellent working performance.

Detailed Description
A proportional control hydraulic pressure regulating device comprises a filtering device 3 connected with an oil inlet 1 of the device, wherein the filtering device is provided with two filters, and one filter is used and the other filter is reserved; two groups of valve sets which are connected in parallel are arranged behind the filtering device, each valve set comprises a proportional reversing valve 4 connected with the filtering device, one oil outlet A of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve Y1 (Y3) communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder 5, the other oil outlet B of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve Y2 (Y4) communicated with a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and an oil return outlet T of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an oil return port 2 of the device.
An adjusting valve 6 is arranged between the filtering device and an oil inlet of the proportional reversing valve, an adjusting valve 7 is arranged between an oil return port of the proportional reversing valve and an oil return port of the device, and a one-way valve 8 is arranged behind the adjusting valve.

A proportional control hydraulic pressure adjusting device is characterized in that: the filter device is provided with two filters, one filter is used for standby application, and the other filter is used for standby application; two groups of valve groups which are connected in parallel are arranged behind the filtering device, each valve group comprises a proportional reversing valve which is connected with the filtering device, one oil outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with a rod cavity of the oil cylinder, the other oil outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is communicated with a rodless cavity of the oil cylinder, and an oil return outlet of the proportional reversing valve is connected with an oil return opening of the device.
