The invention provides a variable displacement oil pump control system with pressure safety protection, which comprises a variable displacement pump, a pump outlet, a main oil channel and an oil pan, wherein the variable displacement pump comprises a pump body, a feedback oil cavity, a proportional electromagnetic valve and a mechanical regulating valve, the proportional electromagnetic valve is provided with a safety protection spring, a port P and a port A, two branches are divided from the main oil channel, one branch is connected to the port P of the proportional electromagnetic valve, the other branch is connected to the mechanical regulating valve, the port A of the proportional electromagnetic valve is communicated with a variable feedback cavity of the variable displacement pump, an oil outlet of the mechanical regulating valve is communicated to the oil pan, and the opening pressure of the mechanical regulating valve is equal to or lower than the. Technical Field
The invention relates to a lubricating system of an internal combustion engine, in particular to a control system of a variable displacement engine oil pump.
Background
The proportional solenoid valve of the variable displacement oil pump needs to set safety protection pressure, and the pressure of the main oil duct cannot exceed the safety protection pressure under any working condition and duty ratio so as to ensure the normal work and reliability of the system. A safety protection spring is arranged in the proportional solenoid valve, and when the solenoid valve is not electrified, the pressure of the connection between the port P and the port A is the safety protection pressure. After the electromagnetic valve is electrified, the electromagnetic force is changed by adjusting the duty ratio, the pressure attached to the spring is adjusted, and the rigidity of the spring is changed equivalently, so that different variable pressures are realized.
When the duty ratio is more than 0-100%, the rigidity of the safety protection spring is reduced, when the oil pump is raised to a certain rotating speed, the port P and the port A of the electromagnetic valve are communicated, the sliding block is pushed through the feedback oil cavity to compress the variable spring, variable is started, meanwhile, the pressure is kept stable, and at the moment, the pressure of the main oil duct cannot reach the safety protection pressure of the electromagnetic valve.
When the duty ratio is 0 (namely the electromagnetic valve is not electrified), the safety pressure is reached, the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the variable cavity of the oil pump, and the variable displacement is started. However, in practice, the actual pump variable pressure greatly exceeds the safety pressure set by the proportional solenoid valve because the oil pressure inside the pump generates a reaction force to prevent the feedback oil from pushing the slider variable. For example, the safety pressure of the proportional solenoid valve is 6.2bar, and the variable is started only when the oil pump actually reaches 7-8 bar. Exceeding the safety pressure of the proportional solenoid valve shortens the service life of the proportional solenoid valve and reduces the reliability.
Because the internal oil pressure resistance of the oil pump cannot be completely eliminated, when the duty ratio is 0, the variable pressure at the beginning of the oil pump is higher than the safety pressure of the proportional solenoid valve, and the phenomenon cannot be completely avoided.

By adopting the technical scheme, when the duty ratio is 0, the pressure of the main oil duct is close to the safe pressure of the proportional solenoid valve along with the rise of the rotating speed, at the moment, the mechanical regulating valve is opened, and the pressure is relieved through the mechanical regulating valve, so that the pressure is stabilized below the safe pressure, and the safety protection of the proportional solenoid valve is realized.

In the above embodiment, when the duty ratio is 0, as the rotation speed increases, the pressure of the main oil gallery 3 approaches the safety pressure of the proportional solenoid valve 5, and at this time, the mechanical regulating valve 6 is opened, and the pressure is released through the mechanical regulating valve 6, so that the pressure is stabilized below the safety pressure, and the safety protection of the proportional solenoid valve 5 is realized.
