1. A dry cutting head or cutting drum assembly with a detachable tooth holder is characterized by comprising a conical cutting tooth, a conical tooth holder, a connecting seat, a fixing block and a cutting head or cutting drum;
the conical cutting pick comprises a tooth handle, a tooth shoulder, a tooth bar and a conical part which are integrally formed;
the tooth handle and the tooth bar are both cylindrical structures;
the tooth shoulder is of a circular truncated cone structure, the bottom surface of the tooth shoulder is connected with the tooth handle, and the top surface of the tooth shoulder is connected with the tooth rod through an annular transition curved surface;
the conical part is positioned on the toothed bar, hard alloy is brazed at the top of the conical part, and a plurality of oval anti-bending beams are uniformly arranged on the circumferential surface of the conical part;
the oval bending-resistant beam is arranged in a mode of small top and big bottom, the oval outline curve of the oval bending-resistant beam is controlled by a parameter equation (1),

4. The detachable-toothholder dry cutter head or cutter drum assembly as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the parting plane is embedded with wear-resistant segments at an acute angle to the horizontal;
the wear-resistant distributing block is made of hard alloy.
5. The dry cutter head or cutting drum assembly with removable toothholders of claim 3 or 4 wherein the mounting holes of the toothholders comprise a first step hole, a second step hole and a third step hole which are sequentially reduced from the front to the back radius;
the first step hole and the second step hole are internally provided with a lining ring in interference fit, and the hardness of the lining ring is greater than that of the conical cutting pick;
the tooth handle of the conical cutting pick is inserted into the lining ring, and the tooth shoulder is abutted against the lining ring.
6. The removable pick holder dry cutter head or cutter drum assembly of claim 5 further comprising a shaft retainer ring;
and the part of the tooth handle extending out of the mounting hole is provided with an annular clamping groove matched with the baffle ring for the shaft.
7. The dry cutter head or cutter drum assembly with removable pick block of claim 6 wherein the underside of the tooth shoulder is provided with an annular concave shoulder;
and a convex shoulder matched with the concave shoulder is arranged on the lining ring.

The dry cutting head or cutting drum assembly with detachable toothholder of claim 1, characterized in that the quick tenon is a T-shaped tenon, the distance between the side positioning surfaces at both sides is gradually reduced from front to back, and the side positioning surfaces are transitionally connected with the back end surface through a guide inclined surface;
the inserting groove is matched with the quick inserting tenon.
9. The dry cutter head or cutter drum assembly with removable toothholder of claim 1, wherein the connecting seat is provided with a fixing block mounting location;
the fixing block mounting position extends forwards from the insertion hole of the insertion groove and is provided with a fixing groove;
the bottom surface of the fixed block is provided with a stop key matched with the fixed groove;
the fixing groove and the stop key are both provided with screw holes, and the fixing screws penetrate through the screw holes to fix the fixing block on the fixing block mounting position.
10. The dry cutter head or cutter drum assembly with removable toothholder of claim 9, wherein the connecting seat has a wear reducing surface on the side corresponding to the mounting location of the fixing block;
two sides of the fixed block are antifriction surfaces;
the distance between the wear reducing surfaces on the two sides is gradually increased from front to back.
