Abstract
The invention relates to a closed type linkage turning plate elevator for efficient drilling and workover, which is suitable for efficient single elevator operation for drilling and workover matched with a slotted traveling block. The elevator comprises an elevator body, side-opening hoisting ring hangers are arranged on two sides of the elevator body, a pipe column through hole is arranged in the middle of the elevator body, a driving turning plate and a driven turning plate which are linked are arranged on the pipe column through hole, the driving turning plate and the driven turning plate are connected with the elevator body through a rotating shaft, a semicircular pipe column through hole is formed in the middle of the driving turning plate and the driven turning plate, and a handle is arranged on the driving turning plate. When the pipe column is lifted up, the elevator linkage type turning plate automatically avoids the pipe column coupling. And in the process of lowering the pipe column, when the elevator passes through the coupling, the linkage turning plate only needs to be opened manually, and after the coupling passes through, the linkage turning plate is closed manually. The labor intensity of well head operators is low. The operation time of the operator on the elevator is reduced, and the labor efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a special matching tool for petroleum drilling and workover operation, in particular to a high-efficiency closed linkage turning plate elevator for drilling and workover, which is suitable for high-efficiency single elevator operation for drilling and workover matched with a slotted traveling block.
Background
In the prior art, the traditional drilling and workover operation adopts the operation of open type elevator and double elevators, and after the pneumatic slips are applied to the drilling and workover operation, an open type single elevator operation mode is generated. For double-elevator operation, 2 persons at the wellhead operate 2, 2 elevators need to be replaced and moved every time when a next pipe column is lifted, and the elevators need to be moved for 2 times to be hung or separated; for single elevator operation, 1 person at the wellhead operates 1 string, and the operator needs to move the elevator twice as a whole every time the operator lifts 1 string. The lifting and lowering device accounts for more than 50% of the labor capacity of well mouth operators, for example, 2000-meter deep well workover and workover, the lifting and lowering operations are required to be carried out for 200 times respectively, the total carrying weight of each person of the well mouth operators is more than 10 tons according to 50kg of the weight of the elevator, the physical consumption is large, and the efficiency is low.

The invention aims to overcome the defects, and provides the closed type linkage turning plate elevator which is matched with a slotted traveling block for use, is convenient to operate, reduces the labor intensity and improves the working efficiency.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows: the closed type linkage turning plate elevator is characterized by comprising an elevator body, side-opening lifting ring hangers are arranged on two sides of the elevator body, a pipe column through hole is formed in the middle of the elevator body, a linkage driving turning plate and a linkage driven turning plate are arranged on the pipe column through hole, the driving turning plate and the linkage driven turning plate are connected with the elevator body through a rotating shaft, a semicircular pipe column through hole is formed in the middle of the driving turning plate and the driven turning plate, and a handle is arranged on the driving turning plate.

When the product is adopted to carry out matched operation process, the idle-load lowering time of the traveling block coincides with the tripping time of the pipe column, and the idle-load lifting time of the traveling block coincides with the tripping time of the pipe column, so that the hovering waiting time of the traveling block during tripping of the pipe column is saved, and the operation efficiency is improved by about 50%.
The invention has the advantages that: 1. when the pipe column is lifted up, the elevator linkage type turning plate automatically avoids the pipe column coupling. 2. And in the process of lowering the pipe column, when the elevator passes through the coupling, the linkage turning plate only needs to be opened manually, and after the coupling passes through, the linkage turning plate is closed manually. 3. The labor intensity of well head operators is low. 4. The operation time of the operator on the elevator is reduced, and the labor efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-8, the part names are as follows: the anti-drop device comprises an anti-drop bolt 1, an elevator body 2, a rotating shaft 3, a passive turning plate 4, a linkage plate 5, a side-opening lifting ring hanger 6, a handle 7, a linkage pin 8, an active turning plate 9, a force bearing sleeve 10, a pipe column through hole 11, a semicircular pipe column through hole 12, a pipe column 13, a coupling 14, a lifting ring 15 and a handle handball 16.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the closed type linkage turning plate elevator comprises an elevator body 2, side-opening hanging ring hanging lugs 6 are arranged on two sides of the elevator body 2, and anti-falling bolts 1 are inserted into side openings of the side-opening hanging ring hanging lugs 6.
The middle of the elevator body 2 is provided with a pipe column through hole 11, the upper surface of the pipe column through hole 11 is provided with an active turning plate 9 and a passive turning plate 4 which are linked, the active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 are connected with the elevator body 2 through a rotating shaft 3, the middle of the active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 is provided with a semicircular pipe column through hole 12, and the active turning plate 9 is provided with a handle 7. The side surfaces of the active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 are provided with a linkage plate 5 connected through a linkage pin 8. The active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 can be opened towards two sides by turning the handle 7. The active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 are impacted from the lower part, and the active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 can be automatically opened towards two sides.
The active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4 of the closed type linkage turning plate elevator are always clamped and sleeved on the pipe column 13, the pipe column 13 is lifted up in the operation process, an operator does not need to operate the closed type linkage turning plate elevator, and when the linkage turning plate (the active turning plate 9 and the passive turning plate 4) of the closed type linkage turning plate elevator contacts the pipe column coupling 14, the closed type linkage turning plate elevator can be automatically opened and closed, so that the operation time and the workload of the operator on the elevator are reduced. When the tubular column 13 is lowered, the linkage turning plate on the elevator is manually opened to avoid the coupling 14, and the elevator turning plate is manually closed after the elevator crosses the coupling 14 to be avoided, so that the operation that the whole elevator is released from the tubular column 13 and buckled on the tubular column 13 by other similar products is avoided, and the operation time and the labor intensity are reduced.
The specific working process is as follows:
referring to fig. 3 and 4, the pipe string is lifted up: the elevator is suspended from the first pipe string 13 (see figure 3) and the pipe string 13 is lifted. After the first pipe column 13 is lifted to the right position, the wellhead tool clamps the second pipe column, the elevator is lowered, the upper end supporting manipulator supports the first pipe column 13, and meanwhile, the wellhead tripping tool is tripped out. After the shackle is completed, the elevator is lowered to automatically avoid a second pipe column coupling 14 (see figure 4), and the elevator is automatically closed through a rear elevator turning plate (an active turning plate 9 and a passive turning plate 4). The first pipe string 13 is removed and the next pipe string hoisting process is started.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, the pipe string is lowered: a first tubular string 13 is lowered to the wellhead (see figure 5). And (3) connecting a second tubular column, holding the pipe by a pipe holding manipulator, and manually opening the elevator turning plate (see figure 6). The elevator is lifted through the pipe clamp 14, closing the elevator flap. The elevator is lifted, the second tubular string is buckled up, the pipe support manipulator is loosened, the coupling 14 is hung by the elevator, and the next cycle is carried out.
