Furthermore, the rainwater grate is formed by mixing resin, inorganic filler and reinforcing steel bars.
Furthermore, the four gaskets are equal in size and are distributed in the middle of the rainwater grate in a quadrilateral shape.
Furthermore, the filter screen is composed of a plurality of groups of parallel metal grid bars and a frame.
Furthermore, the extension spring is positioned in the center of four sides of the filter screen.
Further, the bottom filter screen is provided with grids with different densities, and the grid density is gradually reduced from high to low.
Further, the filter screen groove is arranged in the middle of the bottom filter screen.
Furthermore, the lifting rod is a stud-shaped steel bar and is in threaded connection with the rainwater grate and the uncovered grid box.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention introduces a rainwater grate, which is provided with a primary filter screen and a secondary filter screen, so that the phenomenon that the surface of the rainwater grate is blocked is effectively reduced; the filter screen and the detachable garbage collection box are arranged below the rainwater grate, so that the filtering and discharging speed of rainwater is further improved, and the problems of blockage of a drainage pipe network, paralysis of a municipal drainage system, waterlogging and the like are effectively relieved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Techniques, methods, and apparatus known to those skilled in the art may not be discussed in detail but are intended to be part of the specification as appropriate.
The rainwater grate as shown in figures 1-6 mainly comprises a rainwater grate 3, a filter screen 4 and a detachable garbage collection box 5. The rainwater grate 3 is made by mixing resin, inorganic filler and reinforcing steel bars, a primary filter screen 3-2 with higher density and a secondary filter screen 3-3 with lower density are arranged on the rainwater grate 3, and when the rainfall is lower, rainwater flows in through the primary filter screen 3-2; when the rainfall is large, the rainwater is filtered by the first-stage filter screen 3-2 and the second-stage filter screen 3-3 and flows into the water channel pipe network. Because the primary filter screen 3-2 and the secondary filter screen 3-3 have different densities, the rainwater grate can be effectively prevented from being blocked in rainy days, and the effect of rapid drainage is achieved. The rainwater grate 3 is provided with four gaskets 3-1 with the same size, and the gaskets 3-1 are distributed in the middle of the rainwater grate 3 in a quadrilateral shape.
The rainwater grate wall body 1 is arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the rainwater grate 3, an inner wall body groove 1-1 is dug in the top of the rainwater grate wall body 1, and a rainwater grate base 2 is embedded in the inner wall body groove 1-1. The top end of the rain grate base 2 is provided with a base inner groove 2-1, a filter screen 4 is embedded in the base inner groove 2-1, the filter screen 4 is composed of a plurality of groups of parallel metal bars and a frame, the filter screen 4 comprises an upper section filter screen 4-1 and a lower section filter screen 4-2, the upper section filter screen 4-1 and the lower section filter screen 4-2 are in butt joint through a tension spring 4-3, the bottom filter screen 4-4 of the filter screen 4 gradually shrinks in a step mode, and a filter screen groove 4-5 is formed in the middle of the bottom filter screen 4-4. Under normal conditions, the extension spring 4-3 is in an original long state, when the rainfall is small, rainwater flows into the filter screen 4 through the primary filter screen 3-2 of the rainwater grate 3 and is filtered by the stepped grating of the bottom filter screen 4-4, and blockages such as leaves, garbage and the like can be effectively intercepted. When the rainfall is large, rainwater flows into the filter screen 4 after being filtered by the first-stage filter screen 3-2 and the second-stage filter screen 3-3 of the rainwater grate, the filter screen 4 is provided with the extension spring 4-3, when the rainwater generates certain pressure on the bottom filter screen 4-4, the spring is extended, rainwater in the filter screen 4 is discharged through the peripheral openings to enhance the filtering efficiency of the rainwater, and plugs can be deposited on the filter screen 4 due to the action of gravity, so that the water passing amount and the collection efficiency of the plugs are increased.
The rainwater grate 3 is in lap joint with the filter screen 4, the detachable garbage collection box 5 is arranged below the rainwater grate 3, the detachable garbage collection box 5 is formed by movably connecting four lifting rods 5-1 and a uncovered grid box 5-2 through threads, the lifting rods 5-1 are specially-made steel bars and are movably connected below the gasket 3-1 through threads, and the uncovered grid box 5-2 is hung above the groove 4-5 of the filter screen. The small-sized blockage flows onto the filter screen 4 after passing through the rainwater grate under the action of rainwater, and after a period of time, the blockage is retained in the uncovered grid box 5-2 under the influence of the scouring action and the gravity action of the rainwater, so that a cleaner can conveniently recover and treat the blockage.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the invention, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
