Abstract

The invention discloses a prestressed string-stretching ring support system and a deformation control method thereof, wherein the system comprises a ring support constructed in a foundation pit and a plurality of string-stretching wires arranged along the diameter direction of the ring support, the included angles between two adjacent string-stretching wires are the same, and a prestressed force applying device is arranged at least one intersection point of the string-stretching wires or the extension lines thereof and the ring support. According to the deformation control method, when the foundation pit deforms in a certain direction or a certain opposite direction to cause the annular supports to deform in the same direction, the prestress applied to the annular supports is adjusted through the prestress applying devices corresponding to the tension strings perpendicular to the deformation direction, so that the deformation of the annular supports is controlled. The invention can control the deformation of the prestressed string-stretching ring supporting system caused by the deformation of the foundation pit so as to protect facilities around the foundation pit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a prestressed string-stretching circular ring supporting system and a deformation control method thereof.
Background
With the advance of urbanization, the demand for expanding the underground space of the existing building is increasing day by day. Such projects typically have excavation depths of tens of meters or even thirty meters, and the periphery of the project is close to facilities such as houses, businesses, municipal roads, subways, municipal pressure pipelines and the like. In order to ensure that deformation of peripheral facilities is controllable in the foundation pit construction process, deformation of a foundation pit supporting system must be strictly limited, and the following technical means are usually adopted for a supporting system in a foundation pit in the field:
1. the rigidity of the enclosure wall is increased, for example, the sectional area of the enclosure pile is increased, or an underground continuous wall with higher rigidity is adopted;
2. the inner support material with higher rigidity is adopted, such as high-strength concrete material which replaces a steel pipe, an H-shaped steel support and the like;
3. increasing the cross-sectional area of the inner support system;
4. and the vertical support distribution interval is reduced, and if a plurality of vertical inner support system modes are adopted to control the enclosure wall to calculate the calculated length.
The defects of the technical means are as follows:
(1) the cost of the enclosure system is greatly increased; the measures of increasing the rigidity of the enclosure wall, reducing the distribution interval of the vertical supports, increasing the section of the inner support and the like can increase the enclosure engineering quantity and increase the cost of the foundation pit;

(4) a large amount of dust and sewage are generated in the construction process of the enclosure system, and meanwhile, a large amount of construction waste is difficult to recycle, so that the environment pollution is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a prestressed string-stretching ring supporting system and a deformation control method thereof, so as to control the deformation of the prestressed string-stretching ring supporting system when a foundation pit deforms and protect facilities around the foundation pit.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a prestressed string-stretching ring supporting system comprises a ring support constructed in a foundation pit and a plurality of stretching strings arranged along the diameter direction of the ring support, included angles between every two adjacent stretching strings are the same, and a prestressed force applying device is arranged at least one intersection point of each stretching string or an extension line of each stretching string and the ring support.

Referring to fig. 7, taking a circular ring support 110 with a diameter of 100m as an example, the cross-sectional dimension of the circular ring is 1200mm × 800mm, the concrete strength grade is C35, a tension string is arranged in the circular ring support every 30 °, the tension force F of the tension string is designed to be 500kN, and the dimensional deformation is δ m. The radial stiffness coefficient k of the ring support 110 is calculated by finite element software (Abaqus) to be F/δ 1673.7 kN/m. The rigidity of the support system arranged by adopting the conventional concrete counter-support in the field is 1493.3kN/m, so that the overall rigidity of the prestressed tension string 120 circular ring support system 100 adopting the embodiment of the invention is improved by about 12 percent. According to the pre-stressed string-tensioning 120 circular ring supporting system 100, under the condition of the same rigidity, the size of the supporting section of the pre-stressed string-tensioning circular ring supporting system is small, waste building garbage formed after the system is dismantled is few, and the system has the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.
