The municipal sewage treatment plant according to claim 2, further comprising a connecting rod (24) and a fixing rod (25), wherein the bottom end of the connecting rod (24) is connected to the central region of the top end of the transverse plate (12), the top end of the connecting rod (24) is connected to the left half region of the bottom end of the fixing rod (25), and the right end of the fixing rod (25) is connected to the left end of the second motor (13).

The municipal sewage treatment plant according to claim 3, further comprising a reinforcing rod (26), wherein the top end of the reinforcing rod (26) is connected to the right half of the bottom end of the cross plate (12), and the bottom end of the reinforcing rod (26) is connected to the upper half of the left side wall inside the tank body (1).
5. The municipal sewage treatment device according to claim 4, further comprising a left handle (27) and a right handle (28), wherein the right end of said left handle (27) and the left end of said right handle (28) are connected to the central regions of the left side wall and the right side wall of said tank (1), respectively.
6. The municipal sewage treatment plant according to claim 5, further comprising four sets of bottom plates (29), wherein the bottom ends of the four sets of legs (2) are connected to the central areas of the top ends of the four sets of bottom plates (29), respectively.
7. The municipal sewage treatment plant according to claim 6, wherein a cleaning port is provided in the upper half of the right side wall of the tank (1), said cleaning port communicating with the working chamber (5), and a baffle (30) is detachably provided at the cleaning port.
8. The municipal sewage treatment plant according to claim 7, wherein the plurality of sets of stirring vanes (10) are provided with small holes.
