Abstract
The invention discloses a surface glazing device suitable for processing daily ceramic products, and relates to the technical field of ceramic product processing. The invention comprises the following steps: the driving assembly is of a barrel structure, a motor is arranged on a box structure, a circular plate is fixed at the output end of the motor, a first through hole is formed in the position, deviating from the center, of the circular plate, and a second through hole is formed in the position, deviating from the center, of the bottom of the barrel structure; the rod body is movably matched in the first through hole and the second through hole; the electric push rod is fixed at the bottom of the rod body, and the output end of the electric push rod is fixed with a clamping hand. According to the invention, the circular plate is driven by the motor, so that the bowl body clamped by the clamping hand is rotationally driven, and the glaze is glazed, meanwhile, the glaze attached to the bowl body is reduced, and the glazing effect is improved.

Referring to fig. 1-2, in the present embodiment, there is provided a surface glazing device suitable for processing a daily ceramic product, comprising: the device comprises a driving assembly 2, a rod body 8 and an electric push rod 5, wherein the driving assembly 2 is of a barrel structure, a motor 3 is arranged on a box structure, an output end of the motor 3 is fixed with a circular plate 4, a first through hole 401 is formed in the position, deviating from the center, of the circular plate 4, and a second through hole 201 is formed in the position, deviating from the center, of the barrel bottom of the barrel structure; the rod body 8 is movably matched in the first through hole 401 and the second through hole 201; the electric push rod 5 is fixed at the bottom of the rod body 8, and the output end of the electric push rod 5 is fixed with the clamping hand 6. Claims (8)
1. A surface glazing device suitable for processing daily ceramic products is characterized by comprising:
the driving assembly (2) is of a barrel structure, the box structure is provided with a motor (3), an output end of the motor (3) is fixed with a circular plate (4), a first through hole (401) is formed in the position, deviating from the center, of the circular plate (4), and a second through hole (201) is formed in the position, deviating from the center, of the barrel bottom of the barrel structure;

7. A surface enamelling device, suitable for the manufacture of household ceramic products, as in claim 1, characterized in that the first through hole (401) and the second through hole (201) each have a diameter greater than the diameter of the rod (8).
8. A surface glazing device suitable for use in the manufacture of domestic ceramic products, according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the first through hole (401) is greater than the diameter of the second through hole (201).
The surface glazing device for the processing of the daily ceramic products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving unit (2) is provided with a cover plate at the upper part and the motor (3) is arranged at the lower surface of the cover plate.
