Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a mobile cleaning and disinfecting device for a hospital public health space, which solves the technical problems that the conventional disinfectant spraying device is long in manual disinfectant spraying operation time, low in disinfectant spraying efficiency and large in working labor amount when a manual handheld sprayer is used for spraying disinfectant on the ground of the hospital public health space, and when the manual handheld sprayer is used for spraying disinfectant on guardrail handrails in a corridor, only one side surface of the corridor can be sprayed, and the handrail in the corridor is difficult to be disinfected comprehensively when the manual handheld sprayer is aligned with the surface of the guardrail.

the crawler-type sterilizer 5 provided by the invention has a deformable structure, the first side shell 502 and the second side shell 503 on two sides of the middle shell 501 are clamped towards the middle to form a semi-cylinder shape, the crawler-type sterilizer 5 is placed on handrails of a guardrail in a hospital corridor to wrap the handrails of the hospital corridor, the first inner travelling wheel 513 and the second inner travelling wheel 515 on the inner wall of the crawler-type sterilizer 5 rotate on the surface of the handrail in the corridor to push the crawler-type sterilizer 5 to walk on the handrail of the hospital corridor, the inner wall of the middle shell 501, the inner wall of the first side shell 502 and the inner wall of the second side shell 503 are respectively provided with an inner nozzle 511, and pesticide is sprayed on the handrail surface of the guardrail in the hospital corridor through the inner nozzles 511, so that the handrail surface which can be contacted manually is sterilized.

A blast port 514 is provided at the left side of the inner wall of the middle case 501, the blast port 514 is located behind the inner nozzle 511 at the bottom of the advancing direction of the crawler type sterilizer 5, and a blower 518 is installed inside the blast port 514.
The inner walls of the first side case 502 and the second side case 503, which are located at both sides of the middle case 501, are provided with blowing ports 514, the blowing ports 514 are provided behind the inner nozzle 511 at the bottom of the advancing direction of the crawler type sterilizer 5, and a blower 518 is installed inside the blowing ports 514.

The crawler-type sterilizer 5 provided by the invention has a deformable structure, the first side shell 502 and the second side shell 503 on the two sides of the middle shell 501 are unfolded to enable the middle shell 501, the first side shell 502 and the second side shell 503 to be in a horizontal state, the unfolded crawler-type sterilizer 5 is placed on the ground, and disinfectant is sprayed on the two sides of the crawler-type sterilizer 5 through the side nozzles 6 which are linearly arranged at the bottom ends of the first side shell 502 and the second side shell 503, because the unfolded crawler-type sterilizer 5 is short and small in height, the crawler-type sterilizer 5 can climb into corners at the bottom of a desktop and a bed of a hospital to spray pesticide at dead corner positions of the hospital;
