The invention provides a novel transmission structure of a massager, which not only improves the transmission efficiency and stability of the massager, but also has simple structure, solves the size limitation of a small space of a product and enables the volume of the massager to be smaller.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the transmission structure of the massage device provided by the invention is applied to a scratching type massage device, for example, used for massaging the head, the shoulder, the neck, the back, the face and other parts needing massage. The scratching massager comprises a machine body 100 and a plurality of massage heads 200 connected with the machine body 100, wherein the massage heads 200 are all positioned on one side of the machine body 100, the machine body 100 comprises a shell 101, a transmission device (not shown in figure 1) which is arranged in the shell 101 and corresponds to the massage heads 200 and a motor 103 for driving the transmission device to move, the transmission device is connected with the massage heads 200 through a connecting piece protruding out of the machine body 100, the massage heads 200 are driven to shake through the movement of the transmission device, and therefore the head can be massaged.
In this embodiment, the body 100 is substantially a square structure, and includes a first casing 101a and a second casing 101b, the first casing 101a and the second casing 101b are connected by a snap fit or a screw, and the upper casing 101a and the lower casing 101b enclose a space for accommodating the transmission device and the motor. The massage head 200 is located at one side of the second housing 101 b. The first casing 101a is held by the hand of the user, so that the position of the first casing 101a near the palm of the hand can be designed to be a cambered surface for the convenience of the user.
Furthermore, a handle part 102 is clamped on the shell of the machine body, and the handle part 102 is convenient for a user to carry and greatly facilitates the user.
In this embodiment, there are 4 massage heads 200 uniformly distributed on one side of the body 100. The four massage heads 200 can be enclosed to form a square or a circle. It will be appreciated that different numbers of massage heads may be provided, for example 2, 3, even 5, 6 etc. when the massager is used in different settings.
Further, the 4 massage heads include two groups of massage heads, for example, two adjacent massage heads are a first massage head group, and the other two massage heads are a second massage head group, wherein the shaking directions of the two massage heads 200 in the first massage head group and the second massage head group are the same, and the shaking directions of the massage heads in the first massage head group and the second massage head group are opposite. Therefore, the two adjacent massage heads 200 form the actions of approaching each other and then separating from each other in the shaking process, which is like the action of scratching by opening and closing hands of people, and a good massage effect is obtained.
Referring collectively to fig. 3-6, in one embodiment, the transmission includes a base 12, a drive assembly 14, and a rocker assembly 16. The base 12 includes a base body and a rotating shaft 126 disposed on the base body; the drive assembly 14 is mounted on the pivot 126 of the base 12, and the drive assembly 14 pivots on the mounting surface of the base 12 about the pivot 126 of the base 12. The rocker assembly 16 comprises a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the rocker assembly is connected with the driving assembly 14, and the second end of the rocker assembly 16 is provided with the massage head 200, so that the massage head 200 is driven by the driving assembly 14 to rotate around the axial center line of the rotating shaft 126 of the base 12 to massage the head.
Specifically, the base 12 includes an upper base 122 and a lower base 124, wherein the upper base 122 and the lower base 124 are cooperatively connected to form a receiving space for placing the driving assembly 14. The lower base 124 is provided with a rotating shaft 126 for mounting the driving assembly 14, and the upper base 122 is provided with an opening corresponding to the driving assembly 14. The first end of the rocker assembly 16 extends into the receiving space through the opening and is mounted within the angled bore 142 of the drive assembly 14. It is understood that the motor may be disposed in the accommodating space. To reduce the volume of the receiving space, the motor 103 may be laid across the lower base 124. Through the cooperation of the upper base 122 and the lower base 124, a plurality of driving assemblies and motors can be accommodated together, so that the structure is compact.
The driving assembly 14 is accommodated in the accommodating space of the base 12, and one side surface of the driving assembly 14 is mounted on the lower base 122 and rotates around a rotating shaft 126; the other side of the driving assembly 14 is provided with an inclined hole 142, and an axial center line of the inclined hole 142 forms an included angle with an axial center line of the rotating shaft 126. Further, the cross-section of the inclined hole 142 is tapered, and thus the inclined hole 142 may also be referred to as a tapered hole. It is understood that the inclined hole 142 may be a blind hole or a through hole. Providing the angled bore with a tapered configuration not only simplifies the tooling for the drive assembly 14, but also facilitates assembly of the rocker assembly 16.
Further, in one embodiment, the driving assembly 14 includes a driving gear 144, and the driving gear 144 is driven by the motor 120 to rotate around the rotating shaft 126 of the lower base 124. The inclined hole 142 is provided in the driving gear 144. It can be understood that there are transmission gears between the driving gear 144 and the motor 120, especially when the massage head 200 is driven to swing in different rotation directions, it is necessary to provide a plurality of transmission gears between the driving gear 144 and the motor 120 to drive the driving gear 144 in different rotation directions.
In another embodiment, the driving assembly 14 includes an intermediate driving member 146 on the driving gear, besides the driving gear 144, and the intermediate driving member 146 is mounted on the driving gear 144 and rotates with the driving gear 144. The inclined hole 142 is provided in the intermediate driving member 146.
Specifically, the driving gear 144 is provided with at least two engaging grooves 145, and correspondingly, engaging pins 147 corresponding to the engaging grooves 145 are formed on the mounting surfaces of the intermediate driving member 146 and the driving gear 144 in a protruding manner. The latch 147 is inserted into its latch groove 145 so that the intermediate drive member 146 is mounted on the drive gear 144 and, as the drive gear 144 rotates about the axis of rotation 126, the intermediate drive member 146 is caused to rotate together.
By the structure of the driving assembly 14, not only the driving function of the driving assembly is realized, but also the processing of the inclined hole 142 of the driving assembly 14 is easier to realize. Moreover, since the inclined hole is formed in the intermediate driving member 146, the size and shape of the inclined hole 142 with respect to the driving gear 144 may not be limited by the driving gear 144. Further, since the intermediate driver 146 is smaller than the drive gear 144, the opening of the upper base 122 of the base 12 provided corresponding to the intermediate driver 146 may be made smaller.
The rocker assembly 16 includes a rocker lever 162, a support member 164, and a positioning shaft 166 assembled together. The teeter lever 162 includes a first end and a second end, the first end of the teeter lever 162 may be the first end of the rocker assembly 16 and the second end of the teeter lever 162 may be the second end of the rocker assembly 16. Wherein, the first end of the rocking rod 162 is installed on the driving component 14, and is specifically inserted into the inclined hole 142 of the driving component 14; the second end of the rocking lever 16 is provided for mounting the massage head 200. After the rocker assembly 16 is assembled, the supporting member 164, the positioning shaft 166 and the rocker arm 162 are arranged in a crossed manner, and the axial center lines of the supporting member 164, the positioning shaft 166 and the rocker arm 162 are crossed at one point.
Since the assembled swing lever 162 intersects with the support 164 and the positioning shaft 166 at a point, the swing lever 162 can stably swing based on the intersection point without falling off the support 164 when being rotated by the driving unit 14.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the swing rod 162 has a first through hole 1621 and a second through hole 1622 arranged in a crossing manner at a middle portion thereof. The supporting member 164 is disposed through the first through hole 1621, and two ends of the supporting member 164 are mounted on the supporting base 163; the middle of the supporting member 164 is further provided with a third through hole 1641. The positioning shaft 166 passes through the second through hole 1622 and the third through hole 1641. Further, the supporting base 163 is a bearing seat, and the supporting base 163 is further fixed by a supporting cover 165.
Since the first end of the rocking lever 162 is inserted into the inclined hole 142 of the driving unit 14, the first end of the rocking lever 162 is formed in a shape corresponding to the inclined hole 142, i.e., tapered.
Further, an axial center line of the first through hole 1621 is substantially perpendicular to an axial center line of the second through hole 1622. Thus, the structural arrangement of the supporting member 164 is more convenient, and the rotation of the rocking rod 162 is also more facilitated.
Due to the structure of the rocking lever 162, the supporting member 164 and the positioning shaft 166, the axis L1 of the rocking lever 162, the axis L2 of the supporting member 164 and the axis L3 of the positioning shaft 166 intersect at a point after assembly, so that the rocking lever 162 is limited by the supporting member 164 and the positioning shaft 166 during rotation, and based on the intersection point, the second end of the rocking lever 162 rotates around the axial center line of the rotating shaft 126, and does not deviate from the rotating track or fall off the supporting member 164, thereby improving the transmission reliability and stability of the massager.
Further, the middle surface of the supporting member 164 is a curved surface, and the middle of the supporting member 164 is larger than both ends of the supporting member 164. For better shaking of the shaking rod, the inner wall of the first through hole 1621 of the shaking rod 162 is recessed inwards at the middle part thereof to form an inner concave surface, and the inner concave surface is matched with the arc surface at the middle part of the support member 164, so that not only can the friction force generated when the components rotate be reduced, but also a sufficient rotating space is provided for the rotation of the shaking rod 162, and the shaking rod 162 can rotate more smoothly. It is understood that the cross-section of the middle portion and both ends of the support member 164 may be designed in various shapes, such as square, circular or oval, as desired. The first through hole 1621 of the rocking lever 162 through which the support 164 is inserted is formed in a shape capable of receiving the support 164.
In addition, since the rocking lever 162 is obliquely inserted into the intermediate driving member 146, there is no external gear limitation of the gear, so that the rocking lever 162 obliquely inserted into the oblique hole 142 can be inclined at a larger angle, thereby increasing the rocking range of the rocking lever. In addition, the diameter of the driving gear can be freely designed to be smaller, the size of the massager is greatly reduced, and the massager is smaller.
It should be noted that the structure of the rocking rod 162, the supporting member 164 and the positioning shaft 166 may be modified or replaced by other means, for example, the middle portion of the supporting member is provided with a first through hole and a second through hole which are arranged in a crossed manner, the rocking rod is inserted into the first through hole of the supporting member, the rocking rod is further provided with a third through hole, and the positioning shaft is inserted into the second through hole and the third through hole. All the modifications and alternatives based on the inventive concept that the rocker arm 162, the supporting member 164 and the positioning shaft 166 are assembled and arranged to intersect at a point are within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, it can be understood that the structure of the driving component and the rocker component in the transmission device can also be applied to other massagers to realize the rotation of the massage head and achieve the purpose of reliable massage.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 7 and fig. 8, the rocker assembly 16 further includes a connecting rod 167 sleeved on the rocker bar 162, the connecting rod 167 is provided with a sleeve hole, the sleeve hole is sleeved on the second end of the rocker bar 162, at this time, the other end of the connecting rod 167 is used as the second end of the rocker assembly 16, and protrudes out of the casing 101 of the body 100, so as to mount the massage head 200. In order to prevent the connecting column 167 from falling off the swing rod 162, the connecting column 167 is further provided with a fixing hole 1671 penetrating through the connecting column 167, and the fixing hole 1671 is communicated with the sleeve hole; the tip of the second end of rocking pole 162 is equipped with the screw hole 1623 towards the first end extension of rocking pole 162, cup joints in rocking pole 162 back at spliced pole 167, passes fixed orifices 1671 through the screw and is fixed in the screw hole 1623 of rocking pole 162 for be connected between spliced pole 167 and the rocking pole 162 more stably. Of course, the connection structure between the connection post 167 and the rocking lever 162 is not limited to the screw connection, and other fastening connection structures may be used.
In one embodiment, the connecting column 167 has a convex hull 1672 formed on its outer periphery, and the outer wall of the connecting column 167 further has a first stopper 1673 extending axially. Correspondingly, the massage head 200 includes a massage base 22 and a plurality of massage teeth 24 formed extending from the massage base 22. The massage base 22 is provided with a mounting hole 26 matched with the connecting column 167, and a second limiting member matched with the first limiting member 1673 is formed on the inner wall of the mounting hole 26, and a limiting groove matched with the convex hull 1672 is formed. Specifically, the first limiting member 1673 and the second limiting member may be configured as a slot and a protruding bar engaging structure.
Further, the free ends of the massage teeth 24 are located on the same arc surface. Because the massage head 200 massages the head by shaking, and the structural design of the massage teeth 24 can make the massage teeth 24 adapt to the shape of the head better at any time, thereby effectively contacting with the head and achieving the purpose of high-efficiency massage.
It should be noted that in the above described embodiments, the structures can be changed and combined according to design requirements, for example, the driving assembly 14 can also be used for assembling and driving the rocker assemblies of other structures, the rocker assembly 16 can also be mounted on the driving assembly of other structures, and the massage head can also be applied to the structure of the massage head of other structures.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
