the chassis is provided with a control device, and the self-balancing device and the lifting and folding device are controlled by the control device.

The stretcher vehicle for railway construction and overhaul sites as claimed in claim 1, wherein the self-balancing device comprises a self-balancing electric push rod and a tilt angle sensor, two ends of the self-balancing electric push rod are respectively hinged with the middle stretcher body and the inner stretcher body, the tilt angle sensor is installed below the middle stretcher body, and the tilt angle sensor and the self-balancing electric push rod are respectively connected with the control device.

The stretcher vehicle for use in railway construction service sites as claimed in claim 1 wherein said inner stretcher body comprises an inner base frame, a foam pad and a fall-preventing strap, the foam pad and the fall-preventing strap being mounted on the inner base frame, one end of the inner base frame being hinged to the intermediate stretcher body by a bearing.
4. The stretcher for railway construction and repair sites of claim 3 wherein the anti-slip strap is a snap-in elastic strap.
5. The stretcher vehicle for railway construction and overhaul sites as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle stretcher body comprises a middle basic frame, guard rails are arranged on two sides of the middle basic frame, and lifting handles are arranged on two ends of the middle basic frame.

The stretcher vehicle for use in railway construction and overhaul sites as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outer stretcher body comprises an outer base frame, the outer base frame and the middle base frame being provided with a threaded sleeve, the connection or disconnection being achieved by relative rotation of the sleeve.

The stretcher vehicle for the railway construction and overhaul site as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lifting and folding device comprises a long cross bar, a short cross bar, support bars, a middle cross bar and an electric push bar, wherein two ends of the outer basic frame and the chassis are correspondingly provided with groove-shaped slideways, the two support bars are hinged through a middle shaft, the end parts of the support bars at two sides are connected through the long cross bar and the short cross bar, two ends of the long cross bar are respectively connected with the groove-shaped slideways, two ends of the electric push bar are respectively connected with the long cross bar and the short cross bar, and the electric push bar is connected and controlled by a control device; the outside basic frame is also provided with a lifting folding control button.

The stretcher for railway construction and repair sites of claim 1 wherein the rail running gear comprises a transverse telescopic bar, a longitudinal telescopic bar and rail wheels, the transverse telescopic bar being telescopic in the chassis and connected by fixing pins, the longitudinal telescopic bar being movable up and down at the ends of the transverse telescopic bar and connected by fixing pins, the rail wheels being mounted at the bottom end of the longitudinal telescopic bar.
9. The stretcher vehicle for railway construction and overhaul sites as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control device is a PLC.
10. A method of using the stretcher for railway construction and overhaul sites according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the stretcher is placed on a railway in advance, and when a sick and wounded person appears, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the patient on the sponge pad and fixing the patient by an anti-slip binding band;
(2) according to different road conditions, different traveling modes are selected:
the medical staff pushes the stretcher vehicle to move along the railway;
or the chassis is lifted and folded by the lifting and folding control button, the stretcher is lifted by medical personnel to move, and the control device can adjust the self-balancing device in the moving process, so that the sick and wounded of the inner side stretcher body are in a horizontal state, and the inclined sliding is avoided;
or the chassis is propped open and falls down by the lifting folding control button, the longitudinal expansion bracket is adjusted to enable the rail wheel to be higher than the common wheel, the medical staff pushes the stretcher vehicle to advance along the ground, and in the advancing process, the control device can adjust the self-balancing device to enable the sick and wounded of the inner side stretcher body to be in a horizontal state and avoid the inclined sliding;
(3) when the ambulance arrives at the ambulance parking place, the middle stretcher body is separated from the outer stretcher body by rotating the threaded sleeve, and the middle stretcher body and the inner stretcher body are directly placed on the ambulance together with the sick and wounded.
