3. A sterilising vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that said electrolysis means (4) comprise an electrolysis generator comprising an electrolysis blade (411) fixedly arranged inside said tank (3).
4. A vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that said electrolytic blade (411) comprises: and the anode sheet and the cathode sheet are vertically arranged.

The vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the bottom of the tank (3) is recessed to form a raised portion (7) and a recessed portion (8), the electrolysis means (4) being arranged on the raised portion (7), and the recessed portion (8) being provided with conducting means (10) connected to the electrolysis means (4).

The vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that said conductive means (10) comprise: the electrolytic cell comprises a conductive sheet (1001) and a conductive column (1002), wherein the conductive sheet (1001) is connected with the electrolytic device (4) and is arranged in the groove part (8), one end of the conductive column (1002) is connected with the conductive sheet (1001), and the other end of the conductive column is connected with the power supply device (5).
