The existing beverage brewing equipment, no matter the dripping type beverage brewing equipment or the material bag type beverage brewing equipment (such as a capsule type coffee machine), needs hot water with stable water pressure to brew coffee powder, when the existing beverage brewing equipment works, the hot water with different pressures can be generated in different time periods, sometimes steam can be generated, the unstable hot water pressure can cause unstable brewing of the coffee powder, and the material bag can be exploded when the pressure is too high. Furthermore, the hot water or/and the brewed coffee may flow back, and the coffee grounds may block the hot water inlet, causing a poor flow of the hot water.

As shown in fig. 2-5, the hot water valve set of the present invention includes a check valve 401 and a relief valve 403, the check valve 401 is communicated with the relief valve 403, the check valve 401 has a water outlet 402, and the relief valve 402 has a relief opening 404; when hot water is pumped to the check valve and the relief valve through the hot water pipe 411, the pressure is relieved by the relief valve if the pressure is high. Thereby controlling the pressure of hot water under the set pressure and avoiding the phenomena of unstable brewing, explosive package of material package and the like caused by higher pressure of hot water. The set pressure is determined by a pressure relief valve. Moreover, due to the existence of the one-way valve, hot water or/and brewed coffee can not flow back, coffee grounds can not block a hot water inlet, and the smoothness of the hot water is ensured.
When the pressure is normal, the pressure release valve is closed, and water is delivered to the brewing chamber only through the one-way valve.
Specifically, check valve 401 has check valve port 405, check valve port 405 is provided with check valve plug 406, relief valve 403 has relief valve port 407, relief valve port is provided with relief valve plug 408, and check valve port 405 and relief valve port 407 are located in the same chamber 414. Therefore, the pressure of the check valve port and the pressure relief valve port can be kept consistent. The chamber 414 is surrounded by a bottom plate 409 and a cover 410 covering the bottom plate, and a hot water pipe 411 is connected to the cover 410. The water outlet 402 and the pressure relief opening 404 are positioned on the lower side of the bottom plate 409.
The check valve port 405 is a through hole formed in the valve plate 412, and the check valve plug 406 is an elastic pad attached to the valve plate 412 at a middle portion thereof, and the elastic pad is located at a lower side of the valve port. When water flows above the brewing chamber, the water flow can push the elastic pad away and flow to the brewing chamber, and when the water flow flows back, the elastic pad is enabled to cover the one-way valve port to prevent the water flow from flowing back.
The pressure relief valve port 407 is a through hole formed in a valve body 413, and the pressure relief valve plug 408 is a plug located on the lower side of the pressure relief valve port 407, and is sealed by the elastic force of the pressure relief spring 415. As shown in fig. 4, when the water pressure is normal, the pressure relief valve plug blocks the pressure relief valve port by the elastic force of the pressure relief spring. As shown in fig. 5, when the water pressure is high, the water pressure acts on the relief valve plug, and overcomes the elastic force of the relief spring to make the relief valve plug leave the relief valve port, and the relief valve port is opened to release the pressure.
The hot water valve set with the structure is applied to the beverage brewing device, as shown in fig. 1, the beverage brewing device comprises a machine body 100, a water tank 200 arranged on the machine body, a brewing assembly and a brewing chamber 300, wherein the brewing chamber 300 is provided with a coffee outlet, the brewing assembly heats stored water in the water tank and conveys the heated water to the brewing chamber through the hot water valve set, and brewed coffee flows out through the coffee outlet. Wherein the brewing assembly is used for heating and delivering cold water.
In order to buffer the water and/or steam flowing out through the pressure relief valve during pressure relief. The pressure relief port 404 communicates with the brewing chamber via a buffer chamber. a pressure relief valve having a pressure relief port;
the one-way valve is communicated with the pressure release valve to release pressure through the pressure release valve when the hot water pressure is higher.

The hot water valve block as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the pressure relief valve port is a through hole arranged on a valve body, the pressure relief valve plug is a plug positioned on the lower side of the pressure relief valve port, and the pressure relief valve plug blocks the pressure relief valve port by means of the elasticity of a pressure relief spring.
