When one steaming box 400 is needed, a first auxiliary mode can be selected, the processor receives a signal to correspondingly control the driving assembly 500 to drive the lifting box 600 to move upwards for a certain distance, specifically, the distance can be half of the driving stroke of the driving assembly 500, as shown in fig. 3, the first auxiliary steam outlet 342 is exposed out of the box body 100, when the steaming box 400 is placed at the top of the box body 100, the first auxiliary steam outlet 342 can be communicated with the steaming box 400, and then the steam generating device and the first auxiliary control valve 352 are opened (the signal can be transmitted to the processor through the connection state of the steaming box 400 and the first auxiliary steam outlet 342, and the processor correspondingly controls the on-off states of the steam generating device and the first auxiliary control valve 352; the steam generating device and the first auxiliary control valve 352 can also be independently switched on and off), and steam enters the steaming box 400 through the first auxiliary steam outlet 341 to cook; after cooking is completed, the steaming box 400 is detached, and the processor controls the driving assembly 500 to drive the lifting box 600 to return to the original position.
When two steam boxes 400 need to be used, the second auxiliary mode can be selected, the processor controls the driving assembly 500 to drive the lifting box 600 to ascend for a certain distance, specifically, the distance can be one driving stroke of the driving assembly 500, as shown in fig. 1, the first auxiliary steam outlet 342 and the second auxiliary steam outlet 344 both extend out of the box body 100, the two steam boxes 400 are stacked on top of the box body 100, and the two steam boxes 400 can be respectively communicated with the first auxiliary steam outlet 342 and the second auxiliary steam outlet 344; the steam generating means, the first sub-control valve 352 and the second sub-control valve 353 are then opened and steam is simultaneously introduced into the two steaming boxes 400 for cooking. After cooking is completed, the two steaming boxes 400 are detached, and the processor controls the driving assembly 500 to drive the lifting box 600 to descend to the home position.
Optionally, the processor can also control the heating power of the steam generating device, and when the main mode is selected, the processor controls the steam generating device to perform full-power heating so as to improve the steam generating speed; when the first secondary mode or the second secondary mode is selected, the processor can control the steam generating device to perform half-power heating, and waste of excessive steam is reduced on the basis of ensuring steam supply. Specifically, the evaporator 330 may adopt a structure of two heating tubes, and when the main mode is selected, the processor opens the two heating tubes; when the first auxiliary mode or the second auxiliary mode is selected, the processor starts a heating tube; in addition, the power of the steam generating device can also be controlled by means of a thyristor scheme.
Alternatively, the inner container 200 and the two steaming boxes 400 may be used simultaneously to cook food, so as to improve the applicability of the steam cooking apparatus. It should be noted that, in the present application, the connection relationship between the processor and the steam generating device, the driving assembly 500, the main control valve 351 and the two sub-control valves is within the protection scope of the present application, and the setting and transmission of the control program between the processor and each of the above-mentioned working components are prior art and not the improvement of the present application.
Except the two steaming boxes 400, in this embodiment, the auxiliary steam outlet pipe, the auxiliary control valve and the steaming box 400 can be multiple and correspond to each other one by one.
The steaming box 400 can be located in the box body 100 in addition to the above-mentioned form located outside the box body 100, specifically, in this embodiment, a lifting plate 700 may be fixedly connected to the driving end of the driving assembly 500, the lifting plate 700 is provided with a connecting hole 710, and the steam outlet end of the auxiliary steam outlet pipe is inserted into the connecting hole 710; the opening 110 is matched with the steaming box 400. When the steam box 400 is needed, the steam box 400 can be arranged in the installation space through the opening 110, the steam box 400 is communicated with the auxiliary steam outlet, the steam generating device and the auxiliary control valve are opened, and steam enters the steam box 400 for cooking; after cooking, closing the steam generating device and the auxiliary control valve, controlling the driving assembly 500 to drive the lifting plate 700 to ascend, enabling the lifting plate 700 to upwards eject the steaming box 400, enabling the steaming box 400 to be higher than the box body 100 or completely reach the outside of the box body 100, and enabling a user to detach the steaming box 400 and take out food; the driving assembly 500 is then controlled to drive the lifting plate 700 to descend to the home position. That is, the driving assembly 500 and the lifting plate 700 are arranged so that the steaming box 400 is located in the installation space during the cooking process, and the integrity of the steam cooking apparatus is better; and after the cooking is completed, the steam box 400 can be ejected out, so that the steam box 400 can be conveniently detached.
Optionally, the steam cooking device may further include a cover 430 matched with the opening 110, and when the steam box 400 is not used, the cover 430 may be covered at the opening 110 to reduce contamination of an installation space by external dust, etc., and to improve the integrity of the steam cooking device. When the steaming box 400 is needed to be used, the box cover 430 is taken down for subsequent operation.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the lifting plate 700 may include an outer protrusion 720 protruding upward and support portions 730 located at both sides of the outer protrusion 720; the bottom of the steaming box 400 is provided with a recess 410 matching with the external protrusion 720. When the steam box 400 is installed in the installation space, the outer convex part 720 of the lifting plate 700 is inserted into the concave part 410 of the steam box 400, and the supporting part 730 of the lifting plate 700 is abutted against the bottom of the steam box 400, so that on the basis of realizing the supporting effect of the lifting plate 700 on the steam box 400, the position accuracy of the matching connection between the steam box and the lifting plate 700 is improved, and the communication between the steam box 400 and the auxiliary steam outlet is ensured; in addition, the arrangement of the outward protruding portion 720 can also improve the firmness of connection between the lifting plate 700 and the steaming box 400, and reduce the occurrence of the deviation of the steaming box 400 relative to the lifting plate 700.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the connection hole 710 may be disposed on a top plate 722 of the outward protruding portion 720, the secondary steam outlet pipe passes through the accommodating space 721, and a steam outlet end of the secondary steam outlet pipe is inserted into the connection hole 710 from bottom to top; the steam inlet of the steam box 400 is arranged in the recessed portion 410, the lower edge of the steam inlet is provided with a plug-in boss along the circumferential direction, and the plug-in boss is matched with the connecting hole 710. The auxiliary steam outlet is positioned at the top of the outer convex part 720, and when the steam box 400 is downwards installed in the installation space, the inserting boss can be downwards inserted into the connecting hole 710 or the auxiliary steam outlet, so that the steam box 400 is communicated with the auxiliary steam outlet, and the firmness of connection of the steam box 400 and the auxiliary steam outlet can be ensured.
In this embodiment, an accommodating space 721 is formed in the outer protrusion 720, the driving end of the driving assembly 500 is fixedly connected to the top plate 722 of the outer protrusion 720, when the driving end of the driving assembly 500 is in the retracted state, the driving assembly 500 is accommodated in the accommodating space 721, and the supporting portion 730 abuts against the partition 120. The accommodating space 721 is arranged, on one hand, when the driving assembly 500 does not work, the driving assembly 500 can be accommodated in the accommodating space 721 formed in the outer convex part 720, so that the occupation of the driving assembly 500 on the installation space is reduced, and the full utilization of the installation space by each part is improved; on the other hand, when the driving unit 500 is in the retracted state, the supporting portion 730 of the lifting plate 700 abuts against the partition plate 120, and the partition plate 120 can support the steam box 400 through the supporting portion 730 during the cooking process, so that the supporting stability is high, the supporting load of the driving unit 500 on the steam box 400 can be reduced, and the normal operation of the driving unit 500 can be ensured.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the accommodation box 140 may be fixedly installed at the partition plate 120, the driving assembly 500 is installed in the accommodation box 140, and the box opening of the accommodation box 140 corresponds to the opening 110. When the steaming box 400 is loaded into the mounting space through the opening 110, the steaming box 400 can be loaded into the accommodating box 140 in a downward matching manner, and the side wall of the accommodating box 140 can limit the mounting position of the steaming box 400, so that the connecting position precision of the steaming box 400 and the lifting plate 700 is improved, and the communication between the steam inlet and the auxiliary steam outlet is further ensured; in addition, the arrangement of the accommodating box 140 can also separate the steaming box 400 from other working components in the installation space, so as to reduce the damage of collision and the like to other working components when the steaming box 400 enters the installation space. Specifically, the accommodation case 140 may be a case body 420 including a bottom plate, on which the driving assembly 500 is mounted; the storage case 140 may be a frame body, the frame body and the partition 120 together constitute the case body 420, and the driving unit 500 is directly attached to the partition 120.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the steaming box 400 may include a box body 420, a cover body and a box liner 440, and one or more box liners 440 may be provided. When the food box is used, food can be filled into the box container 440, the box container 440 is filled into the box body 420, and then the cover body is covered at the box opening of the box body 420. The cabinet 100 may include a door 150, and a handle 160 is fixed on the door 150, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the door 150 can be rotated downward to open or rotated upward to close.
Specifically, the driving assembly 500 may be a push rod motor, and may also be a rack and pinion assembly, a lead screw nut assembly, or other assemblies capable of driving the lifting box 600 or the lifting plate 700 to move up and down.

A steam cooking device is characterized by comprising a box body (100), an inner container (200), a steam generating device and a steaming box (400) of which the cooking volume is smaller than that of the inner container (200), wherein the inner container (200) is accommodated in the box body (100); the steam generating device comprises a main steam outlet pipe and an auxiliary steam outlet pipe, a steam outlet of the main steam outlet pipe is a main steam outlet, the main steam outlet is communicated with the inner container (200), and the main steam outlet pipe is provided with a main control valve (351); the steam outlet of the auxiliary steam outlet pipe is an auxiliary steam outlet which is communicated with the steaming box (400), and the auxiliary steam outlet pipe is provided with an auxiliary control valve.

The steam cooking device according to claim 1, wherein an installation space is formed between the box body (100) and the inner container (200), the box body (100) is provided with an opening (110), a driving assembly (500) is installed in the installation space, a driving end of the driving assembly (500) is connected with the secondary steam outlet pipe, and the driving assembly (500) is used for driving the secondary steam outlet to extend out of the box body (100) or retract into the installation space through the opening (110); the steaming box (400) is detachably connected with the auxiliary steam outlet.

The steam cooking device of claim 2, wherein a partition (120) is fixedly arranged in the installation space, the partition (120) is positioned at the top of the inner container (200), and the driving assembly (500) is arranged on the partition (120) and used for driving the auxiliary steam outlet to ascend and descend; the opening (110) is located above the secondary steam outlet.

The steam cooking device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a lifting box (600) is fixedly connected to the driving end of the driving assembly (500), the lifting box (600) is provided with a mounting hole, and the steam outlet end of the auxiliary steam outlet pipe is inserted into the mounting hole from inside to outside; the opening (110) is matched with the lifting box (600).

The steam cooking device of claim 4, wherein the secondary steam outlet pipe, the secondary control valve, the steam box (400) and the mounting hole (610) are two and four in one-to-one correspondence; the two auxiliary steam outlets are positioned on the side wall of the lifting box (600) and are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction; the steam cooking device further comprises a processor, the box body (100) is provided with a control panel (130), the control panel (130) is provided with a main mode, a first auxiliary mode and a second auxiliary mode, and the steam generating device, the driving assembly (500), the main control valve (351) and the two auxiliary control valves are all connected with the processor.
6. The steam cooking device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the number of the auxiliary steam outlet pipe, the auxiliary control valve and the steam box (400) is plural and the three correspond to one another.

The steam cooking device of claim 3, wherein a lifting plate (700) is fixedly connected to the driving end of the driving assembly (500), the lifting plate (700) is provided with a connecting hole (710), and the steam outlet end of the secondary steam outlet pipe is inserted into the connecting hole (710); the opening (110) is matched with the steaming box (400).

The steam cooking device of claim 7, wherein the lifting plate (700) includes an outer protrusion (720) protruding upward and a support portion (730) at both sides of the outer protrusion (720); the bottom of the steaming box (400) is provided with a concave part (410) matched with the convex part (720).

The steam cooking device of claim 8, wherein a receiving space (721) is formed in the outer protrusion (720), the driving end of the driving assembly (500) is fixedly connected to the top plate (722) of the outer protrusion (720), when the driving end of the driving assembly (500) is in the retracted state, the driving assembly (500) is received in the receiving space (721), and the supporting portion (730) abuts against the partition (120).
10. Steam cooking device according to any of claims 7 to 9, characterised in that said partition (120) is fixed with a containment box (140), said driving assembly (500) being mounted inside said containment box (140), and the mouth of said containment box (140) corresponding to said opening (110).
