Detailed Description
The full link mechanical extension of the seating unit of the present invention is further described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
A full-link mechanical stretching device of a seat unit comprises a pedal mechanism 1, a seat mechanism 2 and a backrest mechanism 3 which are connected in sequence. The pedal mechanism 1 and the backrest mechanism 3 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the seat part mechanism 2, meanwhile, the seat part mechanism 2 is provided with the electric push rod 4, and the electric push rod 4 can drive the pedal mechanism 1, the seat part mechanism 2 and the backrest mechanism 3 to be linked, so that the seat unit is in a sitting posture state, a leisure posture state and a full lying posture state. In a sitting posture state, the pedal mechanism 1 is contracted, and the backrest mechanism 3 is inclined forwards; in a leisure posture state, the pedal mechanism 1 is extended, and the backrest mechanism 3 is inclined forwards; in the full-lying posture, the pedal mechanism 1 is extended, and the backrest mechanism 3 is inclined backwards.
The seat mechanism 2 includes a mounting plate 24, a fixing plate 25, and a link assembly. The mounting plate 24 is connected with the fixing plate 25 through a connecting rod assembly and can swing back and forth relative to the fixing plate 25; the connecting rod assembly comprises a first three-connecting-rod assembly 21, a second three-connecting-rod assembly 22 and a third connecting-rod assembly 23.
The first three-link assembly 21 is connected to the mounting plate 24 and forms a first four-side swinging structure with the mounting plate 24; the second three-link assembly 22 is connected to the first intermediate link 212 of the first three-link assembly 21 opposite to the mounting plate 24, and forms a second four-sided swing structure with the first intermediate link 212. The third connecting rod assembly 23 has a plurality of third connecting rods, and two ends of each third connecting rod are respectively pivoted between the second three-connecting rod assembly 22 and the fixing plate 25.
In the structure, the fixing plate 25 is connected with the mounting plate 24 through the three-link assembly I21, the three-link assembly II 22 and the link assembly III 23, so that a full-link connecting structure can be realized, the structural strength is high, and the contraction and extension stability of the whole extension device is improved. When the pedal mechanism works, the electric push rod is pushed forwards to drive the pedal mechanism to be stretched; when the pedal mechanism is completely extended, if the electric push rod continues to extend, the mounting plate is driven to move forwards relative to the fixing plate and sink properly, and meanwhile, the backrest mechanism is driven to tilt backwards, so that a user can lie down completely; the electric push rod is contracted to drive the backrest mechanism and the pedal mechanism to reset.
In this embodiment, the three-link assembly one 21 is further configured to: the three-link assembly one 21 has a first front link 213, a first rear link 211, and a first intermediate link 212. The upper end and the lower end of the first rear link 211 are respectively pivoted to the mounting plate 24 and the rear end of the first middle link 212, and the middle of the first rear link 211 is pivoted to a link in the pedal assembly through a link 26. With this structure, a first four-side swing structure can be formed between the first front link 213, the first rear link 211, the first intermediate link 212, and the mounting plate 24, so that the first front link 213, the first rear link 211, and the first intermediate link 212 can swing with respect to the mounting plate 24.
The three-link assembly two 22 is further configured to: the third link assembly two 22 has a second front link 223, a second rear link 221, and a second intermediate link 222. The lower end and the middle portion of the second front link 223 are respectively pivoted to the front end of the first middle link 212 and the front end of the second middle link 222 through pivot shafts. The lower end and the upper end of the second rear link 221 are respectively pivoted to the rear end of the first intermediate link 212 and the rear end of the second intermediate link 222 through pivot shafts. With this structure, a second four-side rocking mechanism is formed among the second front link 223, the second rear link 221, the second intermediate link 222, and the first intermediate link 212, which facilitates the rocking of the three-link assembly two 22 relative to the mounting plate 24.
Connecting-rod assembly three 23 is further arranged to: the link assembly three 23 has a third rear link 231, a third front upper link 232, and a third front lower link 233. Both ends of the third rear link 231 are pivotally connected to the middle portion of the second rear link 221 and the middle rear portion of the fixing plate 25 through pivot shafts, respectively. The two ends of the third front upper connecting rod 232 are respectively pivoted to the upper end of the second front connecting rod 223 and the upper side part of the front end of the fixing plate 25 through pivot shafts. Both ends of the third front lower link 233 are pivotally connected to the middle lower portion of the second front link 223 and the front lower portion of the fixing plate 25 through pivot shafts, respectively.
Through the structural arrangement of the three-link assembly I21, the three-link assembly II 22 and the link assembly III 23, on the basis of realizing the full-link connection of the fixing plate 25 and the mounting plate 24, the mounting plate 24 swings back and forth relative to the fixing plate 25 according to a preset track, the seat unit is convenient to contract and extend, and meanwhile, the contraction and extension stability is improved.
In this embodiment, for the stability of the seat unit in the retracted state, the fixing plate 25 is provided with a first positioning member 251, and the first positioning member 251 is abutted by the link assembly three 23 in the retracted state.
The first positioning member 251 is further configured to: the positioning component is a positioning pin which is fixed on the fixing plate 25 in a threaded manner. Meanwhile, the two positioning pins are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of the fixing plate 25, so that the third rear connecting rod 231 and the third front lower connecting rod 233 can be abutted against each other.
In this embodiment, for the stability of the seat unit in the extended state, the mounting plate 24 has a second positioning member 241 thereon, and the second positioning member 241 is abutted by the three-link assembly one 21 in the extended state.
The second positioning member 241 is further configured to: the second positioning member 241 is a positioning plate formed on the mounting plate 24 and protruding from the mounting plate 24. The positioning plate has two pieces and is located at the front and rear sides of the mounting plate 24 for the first front connecting rod 213 and the second front connecting rod 223 to abut against.
In this embodiment, the mounting plate 24 is for seat mounting.
