Background
The medical protective clothing comprises various kinds of clothing worn by medical staff in a medical environment, such as daily work clothing, surgical operation clothing, isolation clothing and the like. The protective clothing made of the butyl rubber coated fabric has good insulating property, but the moisture and sweat in the protective clothing cannot be discharged, so the protective clothing is not suitable for long-time wearing.

The isolation clothes comprise a hat, a coat, sleeves and trousers and are in a one-piece type; the isolation clothes can be used in cooperation with protective gloves, protective foot sleeves, a mask and goggles, the protective gloves are sleeved inside cuffs of the isolation clothes, the protective foot sleeves are sleeved outside openings of the isolation clothes, the mask is worn in a cap of the isolation clothes, elastic bands are arranged on the cap edge of the cap, and the cuffs, the openings of the trousers and the back waist are also provided with the elastic bands.
The front opening of the isolation clothes is closed by a zipper, and a front fly is arranged outside the zipper; the fly is also provided with a nylon hasp inside.
The high molecular laminated fabric material for the isolation clothes has excellent resistance to 84 disinfectant and 75% alcohol according to the proportion (1: 50), greatly prolongs the service life, and greatly improves the protection effect and the use safety.
The isolation clothes material has the advantages of softness, comfort, sweat absorption and static resistance, and can be washed and kneaded. The thickness of the laminated polymer film 13 is 0.005 to 0.1mm, and in this embodiment, the thickness is 0.01 to 0.04 mm.
When the isolation clothes material is manufactured, the framework fabric 14 is firstly coated with the polymer film 13 on one side of the framework material by adopting a laminating machine to manufacture the isolation clothes material, and then the isolation clothes material is cut and sewn into the isolation clothes of various types.
