Description

Winged pest control agent composition for fruits and vegetables planted in greenhouse, pest sticking plate and control method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable disease control, in particular to a winged pest control agent composition for fruits and vegetables planted in a greenhouse, a pest sticking plate and a control method; is especially suitable for greenhouse fruits and vegetables in summer and autumn, such as grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers and the like.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand and purchase of fruits and vegetables are not limited to seasons any more, the off-season fruit and vegetable market is larger and larger, and the planting of the off-season fruits and vegetables is more and more popular with farmers. The anti-season fruit and vegetable planting method generally adopts a greenhouse planting mode, and achieves the purpose of enabling fruits and vegetables to grow by artificially controlling the growth conditions in a greenhouse. Although the greenhouse planted fruits and vegetables have wide market prospect, the investment cost and the management cost are high, so that the risk born by farmers is also large. Wherein pest control is a big problem in the greenhouse planting process. At present, the simplest and most effective mode for preventing and treating insect pests is to apply pesticides, but as the requirements of people on food health are higher and higher, the organic environment-friendly planting mode is more popular.
For example, one of the main pests damaging grapes is thrips, the peak period of thrips occurrence is two periods of 5-6 ten days and 8-10 months, wherein 8-10 months are in late summer and early autumn and are in high temperature end period, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the environment humidity is large, and the pest and disease damage propagation is very suitable, so that the difficulty in controlling thrips in summer and autumn is higher.
The main pests damaging the tomatoes are whiteflies and thrips. The tomatoes are very popular fruits and vegetables on dining tables of people, have fresh, cool, sour and sweet mouthfeel, rich nutrition and very large market demand, and have very good planting prospects. Generally, tomatoes are planted in summer, but in order to meet market demands, a large number of planters plant autumn tomatoes in greenhouses. However, in the late stage of positive high temperature during the planting period of autumn tomatoes, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the relative humidity is also large, and the environment is very suitable for breeding of plant diseases and insect pests, especially winged pests. Is particularly easy to appear in the greenhouse in the evening, thereby harming the growth and development of the tomatoes.
At present, various prevention and control medicaments on the market are full of precious and good in pesticide effect aiming at various pests, but the existing prevention and control methods are that medicaments are directly sprayed on plants, so that the pests can be effectively prevented, but medicament residues are easily caused, and the human health is harmed. The completely green and environment-friendly pest control method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, has poor effect and cannot meet the market demand.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a winged pest control agent composition for fruits and vegetables planted in a greenhouse, a pest sticking plate and a control method, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:
the first technical scheme is as follows:

Fresh neem leaves contain the following components: 59.4% of water, 7.1% of protein, 1.0% of fat, 6.2% of cellulose, 22.9% of saccharides, 3.4% of minerals, 510mg/100g of calcium, 80mg/100g of phosphorus, 17mg/100g of iron, 10.04mg/100g of vitamin B, 1.40mg/100g of nicotinic acid, 218mg/100g of vitamin C, 1998mg/100g of carotene, 1290Kcal/Kg of caloric value, 73.30mg/100g of glutamic acid, 31.50mg/100g of tyrosine, 15.50mg/100g of aspartic acid, 6.40mg/100g of alanine, 4.00mg/100g of proline and 1.00mg/100g of glutamate.
From the chemical structure, the nimbin compounds are very similar to the steroid, steroid and other hormone substances in the insect body, so that the pests are not easy to distinguish whether the nimbin compounds are inherent in the body or imposed outside, and the nimbin compounds can enter the body of the pests to interfere with the life process of the pests, thereby killing the pests and are not easy to cause the resistance of the pests to the drugs. These compounds are very different in structure from vertebrate hormones, so they are almost harmless to humans and animals.
Pymetrozine is a pyridine heterocyclic pesticide, has contact systemic activity and can be bidirectionally conducted in a plant body; once the insects contact the pesticide, the feeding of the insects is stopped immediately, and most homoptera pests can be effectively controlled.
According to further improvement of the invention, the pesticide composition comprises 8-10 parts of allyl, 7-8 parts of pymetrozine, 15-20 parts of bitter lactone, 20-25 parts of azadirachtin, 10-12 parts of stemona extract and 40-45 parts of zeolite powder in parts by weight.
As a further improvement of the invention, the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing all the raw materials in water in turn under stirring, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 30-40 min; and then freeze-drying to obtain a finished product.
The second technical scheme is as follows:
a winged pest control agent pest sticking plate for fruits and vegetables planted in a greenhouse comprises a yellow pest sticking plate and a glue coating layer coated on the surface of the yellow pest sticking plate; the glue coating layer comprises the composition, a slow release synergist and an adhesive; the ratio of the addition amount of the adhesive to the use amount of the composition is 3-4: 1; the dosage ratio of the slow release synergist to the composition is 5-7: 1.

The third technical scheme is as follows:
a method for preventing and controlling winged pests of fruits and vegetables planted in a greenhouse comprises the following steps:
(1) suspending the sticky trap between plant lines, wherein each 3-4 lines are suspended, and the distance between adjacent sticky traps in the same line is 3-5 m; the insect sticking plate is used on two sides;
(2) after the pest sticking plate is installed, closing the ventilation opening of the greenhouse at 5:00-6:00 in summer, and keeping the interior of the greenhouse closed; spraying the repellent into the greenhouse with spray.
(3) After spraying, keeping for 1.5-2h, and opening the ventilation opening for ventilation.
As a further improvement of the invention, the repellent agent is prepared by mixing amaranthin and bitter gourd extract in equal proportion and dissolving in water of 500-fold and 700-fold.
The invention discloses the following technical effects:
(1) according to the invention, the nitenpyram, pymetrozine, bitter lactone, azadirachtin and the stemona extract are reasonably compounded to be used as effective components of the insect-proof medicament, the components generate a synergistic effect, and the effect of the obtained compound medicament is greatly improved compared with that of a single medicament.
(2) The traditional insect sticking plate mainly utilizes the viscosity of a viscose, pests are bound by the viscosity of glue, and the pesticide effect of a medicament is supplemented to kill the pests; the mythimna separata board is in the preparation process, need mix the dispersion with glue and insecticide active ingredient, and the active ingredient of insecticide is relatively poor with the compatibility of gluing under many circumstances, therefore the dispersion often is inhomogeneous, and the active ingredient can be wrapped up the performance that influences the insecticidal effect by the gluing agent in addition, and along with the extension of mythimna separata board live time, the pest covers more on the one hand, and the on the one hand adhesiveness worsens, makes the pest just shake off the rubber coating before edible medicine easily and escapes, therefore the insecticidal effect can be more and more poor. The effective components of the composite medicament are loaded on the zeolite powder, the zeolite powder particles are large, gaps often exist on the interface of the zeolite powder and the adhesive, so that the zeolite powder is not suitable for being completely wrapped by the adhesive, the effective components are adsorbed by utilizing the porous structure of the zeolite powder, the effective components can be slowly released in the using process, the insecticidal effect has higher durability, and the utilization rate of the insecticide is greatly improved; in addition, as the zeolite powder is not completely wrapped by the adhesive, pests can contact the effective components of the pesticide in the shortest time after being stuck by the adhesive, and the death time is shortened to a certain extent. Therefore, even if the viscosity of the adhesive is reduced, the contact between pests and the effective pesticide ingredients can be ensured, and the insecticidal effective period of the pest sticking plate is further prolonged.
(3) The pest sticking plate is provided with more than two glue coating layers, each glue coating layer is isolated and protected by a transparent plastic diaphragm, and one plastic diaphragm is directly torn off after the outer glue coating layer fails; the inner surface is a smooth surface, and the outer surface is a frosted surface; the plain noodles is used for the isolation protection glue film, and the frosting is used for coating the glue film, has prolonged the whole live time of mythimna separata board greatly, has reduced manufacturing cost.
(4) The slow-release synergist is prepared by mixing the fulvic acid aqueous solution and the rapeseed oil according to the proportion of 2:1, so that the insect-proof pesticide effect is further improved.
(5) The insect sticking plate has been recorded for insect pest control, but the effect is not good, and on one hand, the trapping effect is probably not good; on the other hand, the pesticide effect of the insect-preventing agent is influenced to a certain extent after the insect-preventing agent is compounded with the adhesive of the insect-sticking plate. The invention greatly improves the pesticide effect of the insect-sticking board by improving the insect-preventing agent and the adhesive and matching with the slow-release synergist. Meanwhile, the pest is avoided to the pest sticking plate by utilizing the avoiding agent, so that the contact time and the contact probability of the pest and the insect-preventing agent are further improved. In addition, the repellent agent adopted by the invention is a pure natural plant component, has strong volatility, cannot cause medicine residue, and is safe and green.

Wherein the ratio of the addition amount of the adhesive to the use amount of the composition is 4: 1; the dosage ratio of the slow release synergist to the composition is 5: 1. The insect-sticking glue used in the examples and comparative examples is commercially available ordinary insect-sticking glue.
Selecting 10 adjacent greenhouses with the same specification, and respectively using the pest sticking plates prepared by the pest control agents of the embodiments 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 and the pest sticking plates of the comparative example to control the winged pests of fruits and vegetables planted in the greenhouses, wherein the pest control method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) suspending the sticky trap between plant lines, wherein each 3 lines are suspended with a distance of 5m between adjacent sticky traps in the same line; the insect sticking plate is used on two sides;
(2) after the pest sticking plate is installed, closing the ventilation opening of the greenhouse at 5:00-6:00 in summer, and keeping the interior of the greenhouse closed; spraying an aversion agent into the greenhouse by using a spraying agent; the repellent is prepared by mixing amaranthin and bitter gourd extract in equal proportion and dissolving in 600 times of water;
(3) after spraying, the spraying is kept for 2 hours, and the ventilation opening is opened for ventilation.
As for the insecticidal effect, no relevant national standard and industry standard exist in the field, in order to visually verify the insecticidal effect of each embodiment and comparative example, the invention directly carries out the following statistics: randomly selecting 5 pest sticking plates in the first greenhouse, taking out the pest sticking plates at the same positions in the rest 9 greenhouses, and carrying out pest density statistics, wherein the statistical number is shown in table 2. (examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, the insect-sticking boards used were all single-layer adhesives, double-sided adhesive coating)
Figure BDA0002422747590000101
Note: the above statistical result was 1dm from the middle of each side of each selected armyworm plate2The number statistics is carried out on the regions, and then the average value of the front side and the back side is taken; the control example used a commercially available single-sided single-layer conventional armyworm plate.
In order to further verify the effect of the insecticidal synergist, the invention designs a comparative example 5, which is different from the example 4 only in that no insecticidal synergist is added, the same test is carried out in another greenhouse with the same specification, and then insect density statistics are carried out, wherein the statistical result is 41 insects/dm2
To further verify the effect of the repellent, the invention designs a comparative example 6, which is different from the example 4 only in that the repellent is not used, the same test is carried out in another greenhouse with the same specification, and then pest density statistics is carried out, wherein the statistical result is 31 pests/dm2
To verify the effect of the addition of zeolite powder on the insecticidal time, comparative experiments were performed in this application. To simplify the test, the armyworm plates were covered on the back side in the following test, leaving only the front side, i.e. as a single-layer armyworm plate. The armyworm plates of example 4 and comparative example 5 were hung in transparent boxes, recorded as box a and box B; whiteflies were placed into both boxes simultaneously and the time to death recorded for each was averaged, resulting in an average time to death of 5.6s in case a and 9.8s in case B. (when the whitefly is observed to be completely immobilized, the whitefly is judged to be dead, and the death time is the death time from the moment the whitefly is put into the reactor to the death time), so that the death of the whitefly is accelerated by adding the zeolite powder, and the exerting speed of the active ingredients of the medicament is improved.
In order to compare the insecticidal effects of the sticky boards of example 4 and comparative example 5 after the decrease of the sticky effect, the sticky boards of example 4 and comparative example 5 were placed in the same outdoor condition at the same time, placed in the box A and the box B respectively after 48 hours, then 5 whiteflies were placed at the same time, the death time of each was recorded and averaged, and the result showed that the average death time in the box A was 6.7s and the average death time in the box B was 15.4s, and it was found that even if the adhesive viscosity of the adhesive was decreased after the agent was loaded with the zeolite powder, the effect on the efficacy of the active ingredient of the agent was not so great. However, the adhesive viscosity of the insect sticking plate without zeolite powder loading is reduced, and whiteflies can die after contacting the insect sticking plate for many times, so that the insecticidal effect is greatly reduced.
The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements of the technical solutions of the present invention can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the technical solutions of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention defined by the claims.
