The bottom surface of the upper cover 3 is of a symmetrical structure, and the longitudinal section of the upper cover is of an obtuse angle shape; blue light LED lamp 4 quantity is 6, and the symmetric distribution is in 3 bottom surface both sides of upper cover, every side blue light LED lamp 4 is equidistant.

Preferably, in step 2, the blue LED lamp 4 is turned on by pressing the key 13 once, the blue LED lamp 4 and the heating rod 6 are turned on by pressing twice continuously, and the blue LED lamp 4 is turned off by pressing three times continuously.
Preferably, in step 4, after the blue LED lamp 4 or the heating rod 6 is turned on, the fan 5 can be started through the key 13 after waiting for 5 seconds.
