Abstract
The invention discloses a processing method of a bodhi earphone, which comprises the steps of screening, cutting, rotary cutting, punching, grinding, polishing and assembling, wherein natural bodhi nut plant seeds are adopted to manufacture an earphone shell, so that raw materials can be saved, and the resource waste is reduced; the bodhi nuts are hard and compact in material, and the earphone shell is thicker than the traditional earphone, so that the noise can be effectively reduced, and the tone quality is improved; in addition, for the application of the earphone shell, the application range of the linden nut plant seed is widened.

Preferably, in step 3, the earphone shell and the audio cable protection tube are integrally rotary-cut processed, and the earphone insertion tube is separately rotary-cut processed and then fixedly mounted with the earphone shell, or the earphone shell and the earphone insertion tube are integrally rotary-cut processed, and the audio cable protection tube is separately rotary-cut processed and then fixedly mounted with the earphone shell.

and step 3: rotary-cutting, namely fixing the plant seeds cut in the step 2 or the round bodhi nuts with the diameter of 22-25 mm on a lathe for rotary-cutting to prepare an earphone shell 3, an ear inlet tube 4 and an audio wire protection tube 2; the earphone shell 3 and the audio cable protection tube 2 are subjected to integrated rotary-cut processing, and the in-ear tube 4 is subjected to single rotary-cut processing and then fixedly mounted with the earphone shell 3; a first limiting ring 15 is arranged at the joint of the ear inlet tube 4 and the earphone shell 3, and a first limiting hole 14 matched with the first limiting ring 15 is correspondingly processed at the outer port of the groove 11 for placing the audio unit 5 on the earphone shell 3;

and 7: assembling, namely, firstly, the audio cable 1 penetrates through the second through hole 12 to be connected with the audio unit 5, then, a sound outlet of the audio unit 5 is fixed in the groove 11 towards the ear inlet pipe 4, the audio cable protection pipe 2 is fixedly arranged on the earphone shell 3, the outermost end of the ear inlet pipe 4 is pasted with an earphone dust screen 8, and an earplug rubber sleeve 9 is sleeved on the outermost end of the ear inlet pipe 4; and finally, connecting the audio line 1 with the deconcentrator 6 and the audio plug 7 to form the complete earphone.

and step 3: rotary cutting, namely fixing the plant seeds cut in the step 2 or the spherical bodhi nuts with the diameter of 22-25 mm on a lathe for rotary cutting to prepare earphone shells, ear inlet tubes and audio wire protection tubes;
and 4, step 4: drilling a first through hole along the axial direction of the earphone tube, drilling a second through hole along the axial direction of the audio wire protection tube, drilling a groove for placing an audio unit on the earphone shell along the axial direction of the audio wire protection tube or the axial direction of the earphone tube, wherein the groove is communicated with the first through hole and the second through hole;
and 5: polishing, namely polishing the outer surfaces of the audio cable protection tube, the earphone shell and the ear inlet tube;
step 6: polishing, namely polishing the polished audio cable protection tube, the earphone shell and the earphone inlet tube;
and 7: assembling, namely firstly connecting the audio cable with the audio unit through the second through hole, then fixing the sound outlet of the audio unit in the groove towards the direction of the ear inlet pipe, fixedly installing the ear inlet pipe and the audio cable protection pipe on the earphone shell, pasting an earphone dust screen at the outermost end of the ear inlet pipe and sleeving an earplug rubber sleeve; and finally, connecting the audio line with the deconcentrator and the audio plug to form the complete earphone.
