In the embodiment of the invention, the first electronic device and the second electronic device may be any electronic device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic device, a wearable device, and the like, and may provide a service related to logging in a social application program, publishing information in the social application program, or receiving information to a user.
Alternatively, the social application program may be a social platform for instant messaging, such as a QQ (instant messaging software), a WeChat, or the like, a blog platform for sharing real-time information, such as a microblog, a twitter, or the like, or a question and answer platform for question and answer confusion, such as a known, a hundred-degree known, or the like. The first electronic device may publish the puzzle information through the social application program, for example, to a single person or a chat group in a social platform, such as a QQ, a WeChat, and the like, or publish a blog with the puzzle information on a blog platform, such as a microblog, or publish a question or an answer with the puzzle information on a question and answer platform. The second electronic device may provide a user with relevant services for logging into the social application and posting or receiving information at the social application, so that the puzzle information posted by the first electronic device may be received.
The puzzle information may include a first picture, where the first picture refers to a mother picture for image stitching, and the first picture may be a picture with a limited shooting range and a limited shooting angle, may also be a picture with incomplete content, or may also be a picture with partial occlusion, or the like. Other subgraphs can be spliced on the basis of the first picture, the subgraphs can contain images outside the range of the first picture, and then a large picture which is larger than the shooting range of the first electronic device and wider in shooting angle can be obtained by splicing the first picture and the other subgraphs, and incomplete pictures with shielding can be repaired, and the like.
Alternatively, the first picture may be a picture determined from pictures saved by the first electronic device, such as a picture determined from a local album of the first electronic device as the first picture according to a selection operation of the user. When the first electronic device obtains the first picture by shooting, the first electronic device may not obtain a complete shooting target due to factors such as time limitation of a shooting site, people flow limitation, site limitation and the like, and may only obtain a main part or a symbolic part of the shooting target.
Or the first picture may be a partial picture cut from a picture which fails to be shot in the pictures stored in the first electronic device, where the picture which fails to be shot may be a picture in which pedestrians, sundries, and the like block a shooting target. In the embodiment of the invention, the part which is not blocked on the picture which fails to be shot is intercepted and taken as the first picture. Alternatively, the first picture may also be a picture downloaded by the first electronic device from a network platform, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the first picture may include a main part or a symbolic part of the shooting target, for example, when the shooting target is a wild goose, the first picture may include a body of the wild goose, or a tip of the wild goose, etc., so that the second electronic device receiving the puzzle information through the network platform can determine the sub-picture corresponding to the first picture more efficiently. In addition, when the first picture does not include the content capable of quickly and accurately identifying the shooting target, the jigsaw information may also include text information, voice information and the like corresponding to the first picture, which are used for determining the shooting target of the first picture, for example, when the shooting target corresponding to the first picture in the jigsaw information is a wild goose tower, the jigsaw information may also include text "wild goose tower", so that the second electronic device may more quickly and accurately determine the sub-picture corresponding to the first picture according to the text information in the jigsaw information, and the efficiency of image splicing is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the puzzle information can also comprise a red packet which is used for stimulating the enthusiasm of a user of the second electronic equipment for providing the subgraph in the network platform through a reward mechanism, so that the interest of image splicing is enhanced, and the efficiency of image splicing is improved. Alternatively, the red envelope may be a money red envelope, such as a 1-tuple, 2-tuple red envelope, or the like; or virtual coin red packets inside the network platform, such as points, energy, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
And 102, receiving a jigsaw request sent by the second electronic equipment to the jigsaw information, wherein the jigsaw request comprises a second picture.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device may receive a jigsaw request sent by the second electronic device for jigsaw information, and obtain the second picture from the jigsaw request, where the second picture is a sub-picture used for stitching the first picture. Optionally, after the second electronic device obtains the puzzle information through the network platform, the second electronic device may send the puzzle request to the first electronic device in a manner of replying comments, answering questions, continuing a conversation, sending a private letter to the account of the network platform of the first electronic device, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second electronic device can extract the characteristics of the content of the first picture, calculate the matching degree of the pictures stored in the second electronic device according to the extracted characteristics, and provide optional subgraphs for a user of the second electronic device according to the calculation result of the matching degree. The second electronic device may determine one or more sub-images from the sub-images as the second picture according to the selection operation of the user, or may determine the second picture directly according to the selection operation of the user on all pictures stored in the second electronic device without matching, and send a jigsaw request to the first electronic device according to the second picture.
And 103, splicing the first picture and the second picture, and determining whether the first picture and the second picture are successfully spliced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device may splice the first picture and the second picture, and optionally, the first electronic device may perform preliminary screening on all the received second pictures before splicing according to whether the shooting target in the second picture has parameters such as occlusion, brightness, resolution, and the like; or, the second picture and the first picture which are not accordant with the splicing condition in terms of parameters such as the existence of shielding of the shooting target, brightness, resolution ratio and the like can be spliced directly.
And 104, if the first picture and the second picture are determined to be spliced successfully, responding to the jigsaw request, and granting the second electronic equipment the permission to acquire the red packet.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first electronic device confirms that the second picture and the first picture can be successfully spliced, the second electronic device sending the second picture can be considered to meet the condition of getting the red packet, so that the first electronic device can grant the right of obtaining the red packet to the second electronic device, and the second electronic device can get the red packet according to the right, thereby completing the image splicing of the first picture.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the red packet is added into the jigsaw information, and the red packet is sent to the second electronic equipment which successfully splices the sent second picture and the first picture, so that the image splicing pleasure is enhanced, the enthusiasm of participants can be better mobilized, and the image splicing efficiency is improved.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, by using the image stitching technology, the first electronic device can issue the puzzle information according to the first picture, obtain the puzzle request sent by the second electronic device corresponding to the puzzle information, and stitch the first picture with the second picture in the puzzle request, so as to obtain the large picture meeting the requirement. Because the materials of the second picture are provided by multiple parties, the spliced image can meet different angles and multiple requirements, the spliced image is more complete, and the defects of wide-angle lenses and panoramic photography in large-range scene shooting can be further avoided. In addition, the method of adding the red packet to the jigsaw information can enhance the interest of image splicing, can better mobilize the enthusiasm of participants and improve the efficiency of image splicing.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of steps of another image acquisition method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which may be applied to a first electronic device, as shown in fig. 2, and the method may include:
step 201, publishing jigsaw puzzle information through a social application program, wherein the jigsaw puzzle information comprises a first picture and a red packet.
Step 202, receiving a jigsaw request sent by the second electronic device to the jigsaw information, where the jigsaw request includes the second picture.
Step 203, splicing the first picture and the second picture, and determining whether the first picture and the second picture are successfully spliced.
And 204, if the first picture and the second picture are determined to be successfully spliced, responding to the jigsaw request, and granting the second electronic equipment the permission to acquire the red packet.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the descriptions of steps 201 to 204 are similar to the descriptions of steps 101 to 104 in the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
In the embodiment of the invention, the money amount, the number and the like of the red packets can be set before sending the jigsaw information, and a plurality of red packets with the same money amount or a plurality of red packets with different money amounts can be set. Optionally, after the first picture and the second picture are successfully spliced, the first electronic device may grant the permission of the second electronic device to acquire the red packet according to the contribution degree of the second picture to the splicing, for example, for a plurality of red packets with the same amount, the larger the contribution degree is, the more the permission of the second electronic device to acquire the red packets; or, for a plurality of red packets with different money amounts, the greater the contribution degree, the greater the authority granted to the second electronic device to acquire the red packet with the larger money amount. The contribution degree of the second picture to the splicing can be determined according to the proportion of the content in the second picture in the spliced picture, and the higher the proportion is, the greater the contribution degree to the splicing is.
Optionally, after the step 204, the method may further include:
step 2041, a third picture generated after the first picture and the second picture are spliced is obtained.
Step 2042, the first picture in the puzzle information is updated to the third picture.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to avoid repeatedly receiving the second pictures with the same or similar contents and improve the image splicing efficiency, the first electronic device can update the first picture in the splicing information. Optionally, after the first picture and the second picture are successfully spliced, the picture obtained by splicing the first picture and the second picture may be determined as a third picture, and the first picture in the puzzle information is updated to the third picture, which may be replaced by the whole picture or updated relative to the modified part of the third picture in the first picture.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first electronic device repeatedly receives the second pictures with the same or similar content, the earliest of the second pictures with the same or similar content may be spliced with the first picture according to the sending time or receiving time of the second pictures, or the earliest of the second pictures with the highest matching degree with the first picture may be spliced with the first picture according to parameter conditions such as shooting content, brightness, resolution, and the like.
Optionally, after the step 204, the method may further include:
and 2043, generating a target picture according to the third picture under the condition that the third picture meets the condition of terminating the splicing.
In the embodiment of the invention, a corresponding splicing termination condition can be set, when the image splicing process meets the splicing termination condition, the third picture can be considered to meet the splicing requirement of the first equipment user, and the third picture obtained by splicing the first picture and the second picture is taken as the target picture. Optionally, the response operation to the tile request may also be terminated, where the termination of the response operation to the tile request may be to delete tile information in the network platform, or to stop receiving the tile request of the second electronic device, or to receive the tile request of the second electronic device but no longer grant the right of the second electronic device to obtain the red packet, and so on.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target picture is generated according to the third picture, because the second picture spliced with the first picture may come from different second electronic devices and may have different sizes, shapes, brightness and the like, the spliced third picture can be subjected to certain processing, such as cutting, color temperature adjustment, brightness adjustment, resolution adjustment and the like, so that the splicing trace of the third picture is eliminated, and the complete and attractive target picture is generated.
Optionally, the determining that the third picture meets the splicing termination condition in step 2043 includes:
and step S11, if the amount of money received in the red envelope is determined to reach a preset upper limit, determining that the third picture meets the condition of terminating splicing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before sending the puzzle information, a receiving upper limit of the money amount in the red packet may be set, wherein the preset upper limit should be less than or equal to the total money amount in the red packet, for example, the total money amount of the red packet is 10 yuan, and the preset upper limit may be set to 10 yuan, 8 yuan, 4 yuan, or the like. When the red envelope includes a plurality of red envelopes with the same amount, the number of red envelopes which are received in the red envelope can be set to be a preset upper limit, and if the red envelope includes 5 2-element red envelopes, the number of red envelopes can be set to be 5, 4, 2 and the like. And in the process that the first electronic device determines that the permission of obtaining the red packet is granted to the second electronic device, determining that the third picture meets the condition of terminating the splicing when the money amount of the red packet reaches the preset upper limit or the number of the red packets reaches the preset upper limit of the number, and finishing the image splicing.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the image splicing is determined to be stopped according to the getting condition of the red packet, the condition that the obtained target image does not meet the requirement of a user actually can occur, and the red packet is released completely when the image splicing does not obtain an unshielded complete shooting target due to the unreasonable preset red packet amount and number. At this time, optionally, the target picture may be used as the first picture, and the puzzle information is released again through the network platform until the stitched picture meeting the user requirement is obtained.
Optionally, the determining that the third picture meets the splicing termination condition in step 2043 includes:
step S12, if it is determined that the third picture meets a preset integrity level, it is determined that the third picture meets a splicing termination condition.
In the embodiment of the present invention, whether the content of the third picture satisfies the preset integrity degree can be determined by whether the shot target in the third picture is intact or not and whether the shot background near the shot target is intact or not, optionally, can also be considered to ensure the display effect of the third picture. And when the third picture meets the preset integrity degree, determining that the third picture meets the condition of terminating the splicing, and finishing the image splicing. Whether the shooting target of the third picture is complete or not and whether the shooting target of the third picture is not shielded can be judged according to whether each position in the third picture is spliced or not, and the third picture is completely filled in the area around the shooting target compared with the first picture. When the splicing of each position of the shooting target is complete, the shooting background is full and natural, and interference of pedestrians, sundries, traffic flows and the like does not exist, the content of the third picture can be considered to meet the preset complete degree.
Optionally, if the third picture does not meet the preset integrity degree yet, but the red packet in the puzzle information is already issued, because the third picture does not meet the condition for terminating the stitching, at this time, the first electronic device may supplement the amount of the red packet or the number of the red packets according to the operation of the user, or may determine to terminate the image stitching according to the operation of the user. In addition, when the third picture does not meet the preset integrity after the preset time and the red packet in the jigsaw information is not completely issued, at this time, the amount of the red packet or the number of the red packets can be supplemented according to the operation of the user to improve the jigsaw enthusiasm of the user of the second electronic equipment, and the image splicing can be determined to be finished according to the operation of the user.
Optionally, the step 2043 specifically includes capturing an image in a preset range from the third image, and obtaining a target image.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the images are spliced, the regions where the first image and the second image can be overlapped, so that the first image and the second image are spliced, the edges of the third image obtained by splicing are not regular due to different overlapping areas and angles, and the image in a preset range can be intercepted on the third image to be used as the target image for the purpose of attractive appearance and convenient use of the target image. The preset range can be a rectangle, a circle, a triangle and the like, the area size can be the maximum area which can be intercepted by the graph on the third picture, for example, after the first picture and the second picture are spliced to obtain the third picture with irregular edges, the uncovered area of the third picture can be filled with the black background, at the moment, the rectangle with the maximum area which does not include the black background can be intercepted on the third picture and stored as the target picture, so that the target picture with the maximum area can be obtained while avoiding the occurrence of a black border or black filling in the target picture.
Optionally, the tile splicing request further includes splicing position information of the second picture, and the step 202 specifically includes:
and splicing the first picture and the second picture according to the splicing position information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the puzzle request sent by the second electronic device may further include the stitching location information of the second picture, so as to simplify the matching process between the first picture and the second picture, and improve the efficiency of image stitching. Optionally, the splicing position information may be text information, such as "splicing on the right side", "splicing to the upper left corner", or the like, or may also be image information, such as that the second electronic device splices the first picture and the second picture in advance, and sends the spliced picture and the second picture together, in this embodiment of the present invention, the manner in which the second electronic device specifies the splicing position information is not limited. According to the jigsaw position in the jigsaw request, the first electronic equipment can rapidly complete the splicing of the first picture and the second picture, and the image splicing efficiency is effectively improved.
Optionally, the first electronic device may manage the received puzzle requests according to the splicing position information, and perform centralized screening, matching, and splicing on the puzzle requests with the same puzzle position or within a preset distance, so as to further improve the efficiency of image splicing.
Optionally, the step 202 includes:
step S21, extracting a first feature point of the first picture and a second feature point of the second picture.
Step S22, determining a matching degree between the first picture and the second picture according to the first feature point and the second feature point.
And step S23, determining that the first picture and the second picture are successfully spliced under the condition that the matching degree reaches a preset matching degree.
In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of image splicing, a first characteristic point of a first picture and a second characteristic point of a second picture can be respectively extracted. The feature points may include at least one of colors of the picture, a contour of the shooting target, a contour of the background, brightness, and the like. According to the extracted feature points, the matching degree of the first picture and the second picture can be determined, for example, the shooting positions of the first picture and the second picture can be determined according to the outline of a shooting target, the background outline and the like, and the shooting time of the first picture and the second picture can be determined according to the color, the brightness and the like; or determining the coincidental part of the first picture and the second picture as a matching area according to the outline of the shooting target, the background outline and the like, thereby determining the relation matrix of the first picture and the second picture. Optionally, when the similarity between the first picture and the second picture reaches at least one of a preset similarity, a shooting place distance is less than or equal to a preset distance, a shooting time difference is less than or equal to a preset time, a matching area reaches a preset area, and the like, the matching degree is considered to reach the preset matching degree, and thus the first picture and the second picture are determined to be successfully spliced.
In the embodiment of the invention, while the matching degree between the first picture and the second picture is determined according to the first characteristic point and the second characteristic point, whether the corresponding relation between the first picture and the second picture can be obtained or not can be considered according to the corresponding relation between the first characteristic point and the second characteristic point, so that the problems that the error of the extraction process of the first characteristic point and the second characteristic point is large and the result of the matching degree is inaccurate are solved. And when the matching degree of the first picture and the second picture reaches the preset matching degree and the corresponding relation between the first picture and the second picture can be obtained through the corresponding relation between the first characteristic point and the second characteristic point, determining that the first picture and the second picture are successfully spliced.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a relationship matrix between a first picture and a second picture according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, including a first picture 301, a second picture 302, a matching area 303, and a third picture 304. According to the matching result of the first feature point of the first picture 301 and the second feature point of the second picture 302, the second picture 302 and the first picture 301 have a matching region 303, and since the area of the matching region 303 reaches a preset area, the first picture 301 and the second picture 302 are successfully spliced, and a third picture 304 outlined by a dashed line is obtained.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, by using the image stitching technology, the first electronic device can issue the puzzle information according to the first picture, obtain the puzzle request sent by the second electronic device corresponding to the puzzle information, stitch the first picture with the second picture in the puzzle request, and send the red packet to the second electronic device when the stitching is successful, thereby obtaining the large picture meeting the requirement. The materials of the spliced pictures are provided by multiple parties, so that the defects of wide-angle lenses and panoramic photography in large-scene shooting are avoided. The spliced second picture can be selected according to the requirement, so that the large scene image is flexible in angle and richer in content, the blocking of pedestrians and sundries is avoided, and the integrity of the image content is improved; in addition, the red packet is included in the jigsaw information, the interest of image splicing is enhanced, the enthusiasm of participants can be better mobilized, and the efficiency and the interest of image splicing are improved.
