Description

Anti-pulling-out structure of cable
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the anti-pulling-off of a cable, in particular to an anti-pulling-off structure of a cable with an easy-to-replace function.
[ background of the invention ]
In electronic devices (such as data processing devices such as tablet computers and notebook computers), cables (such as RJ45 cables, HDMI cables, and USB cables) are often used to transmit power, signals, and data, but since the connectors of the cables are all pluggable, the connectors of the cables may be pulled out inadvertently, thereby resulting in interruption of power, signals, and data transmission.
To prevent such transmission interruption, the inventor thought to design a cable clamp, which can clamp the cable and can be fixed on the data processing device. In this way, even if the rear section of the cable (i.e., the section between the cable clamp and the cable distal end to which the peripheral device is connected) is pulled, the cable is fixed to the electronic device by the cable clamp, and the connector at the front section of the cable can be prevented from being pulled out.
However, the cable clamp designed by the inventor of the present invention has a problem of being not easy to be disassembled and replaced.
It is known that the peripheral devices (such as a mouse or an external hard disk) are usually required to be disassembled and replaced, and the clamping state of the cable clamp designed by the inventor of the present invention must be fixed by screws, so that the screws are required to be assembled and disassembled first each time the peripheral device is to be disassembled and replaced, which is troublesome, and the disassembling and replacing time is long, so that the cable clamp does not have the function of easy disassembling and replacing.
[ summary of the invention ]
The invention aims to provide an anti-pulling structure of a cable, which has the function of easy disassembly and replacement.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cable detachment prevention structure disposed in an electronic device for preventing a cable from being detached, the cable detachment prevention structure comprising: the base is provided with a first buckling part and two pulling-resistant parts which are arranged at intervals; the cover body is provided with a second buckling part, and the cover body and the seat body are connected with each other in a bendable way; the cable positioning piece is connected to the seat body, and the cable is positioned on the cable positioning piece; when the cover body is closed relative to the seat body, one position of the electronic device is limited between the two pulling-resistant parts, and the first buckling part and the second buckling part can be buckled with each other in an assembling and disassembling way.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects: the cable connector can prevent the connector from being pulled out carelessly, has the effect of easily replacing the cable, and can shorten the replacement time.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
The present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration purposes only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a cable disconnection preventing structure, which is mainly used between a cable 800 and an electronic device 900, for preventing a power, signal or data transmission interruption problem caused by an inadvertent disconnection of a connector 81 of the cable 800 plugged in the electronic device 900. The electronic device 900 may be a data processing device such as a tablet computer or a notebook computer, and the cable 800 may be a transmission cable such as an RJ45 cable, an HDMI cable or a USB cable, which are not limited in the present invention. Wherein, the two ends of the cable 800 are respectively provided with a connector 81 and a peripheral device (not shown), the electronic device 900 is provided with a plug-in portion 92 for plugging in and out the connector 81, and the peripheral device can be a mouse or an external hard disk.
The anti-detachment structure 100 of the present invention is disposed in the electronic device 900 and includes: a base 1, a cover 2 and a cable positioning member 4, and preferably further comprises a bending member 3.
Mainly, the seat body 1 has a first fastening portion 122 and two pull-resistant portions 121 disposed at intervals; the cover 2 and the base 1 are connected with each other in a bendable manner, the cover 2 has a second fastening portion 222, and the first fastening portion 122 and the second fastening portion 222 can be fastened with each other in an assembling and disassembling manner; the cable positioning member 4 is connected to the base 1 and is positioned with the cable 800.
Therefore, as long as the user covers the cover body 2 relative to the base body 1, the first locking portion 122 and the second locking portion 222 can be locked with each other, and after being locked, the cover body 2 can be fixed in the covering state of the base body 1, and one position of the electronic device 900 can be limited between the two tensile portions 121, so that the anti-pulling-out structure 100 is fixedly connected between one position of the electronic device 900 and the cable 800, and the joint 81 can be prevented from being pulled out carelessly. Moreover, the user can directly release the buckle by reversely pulling the cover 2, and one position of the electronic device 900 is separated from the anti-pulling structure 100, thereby facilitating the replacement of other cables. Therefore, the anti-removal structure 100 of the present invention does not require detaching or assembling fastening elements such as screws, and has an easy-to-replace effect and can shorten the detaching and replacing time.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the specific structure of the anti-separation structure 100 of the present invention is described in detail as follows.
The base 1 has a connecting end 1a and a fastening end 1 b. The two tensile portions 121 are respectively disposed corresponding to the connecting end 1a of the seat body 1 and the fastening end 1b of the seat body 1. The fastening end 1b of the seat body 1 is provided with a first fastening portion 122 and is connected to the cable positioning element 4.
The cover 2 also has a connection end 2a and a snap end 2 b. The fastening end 2b of the cover 2 is provided with a second fastening portion 222.
The connection mode between the cover 2 and the base 1 is not limited in the present invention, and in this embodiment, the bending piece 3 is taken as an example for connection, and preferably, the bending piece 3 is connected between the connection end 2a of the cover 2 and the connection end 1a of the base 1. So that the cover body 2 can be closed or opened reversely relative to the base body 1 through the bending of the bending piece 3.
The base 1 includes a main body 11 and two walls 12. The seat body 11 has an inner surface 111, two walls 12 are connected to the inner surface 111 at intervals to form a U-shaped seat body 1, and the cover 2 can be closed corresponding to the gap of the U-shaped seat body 1. The tension-resistant portions 121 are connected to at least the seat body 11, and preferably, each tension-resistant portion 121 is connected between one surface of each wall 12 (i.e., the inner surfaces opposite to the two walls 12) and the seat body 11, so that each tension-resistant portion 121 and the seat body 11 have a better tensile strength. In the embodiment, each of the tensile portions 121 is a tensile column, a part of the outer periphery of each of the tensile columns is embedded into each of the walls 12 to be firmly combined with each other, and one end of each of the tensile columns is further connected to the seat inner surface 111, so that each of the tensile columns is vertically arranged on the seat inner surface 111, thereby increasing the tensile strength between each of the tensile portions 121 and the seat main body 11. In addition, the opposite outer side surfaces of the two walls 12 are respectively the connecting end 1a and the fastening end 1b of the seat body 1 as shown in the figure; the first fastening portion 122 is disposed on an outer side surface of one of the walls 12, and the cover 2 is connected to an outer side surface of another one of the walls 12.
The cable positioning element 4 is connected to the seat body 11 so as to bear the cable pulling force from the cable positioning element 4 through the seat body 11 with a relatively stable structure, and therefore, the cable positioning element 4 and the seat body 11 also have better tensile strength. As shown in fig. 1, the cable positioning member 4 defines a pulling direction D for being pulled by the cable 800, and the pulling direction D is preferably parallel to a direction from the connecting end 1a of the seat body 1 to the fastening end 1b of the seat body 1 (or parallel to a direction from one of the tension portions 121 to the other tension portion 121), so that the cable positioning member 4 and the seat body 11 have better tensile strength. In addition, the cable positioning element 4 is connected to the seat body 11 corresponding to the fastening end 1b of the seat body 1 as shown in the figure, but not limited thereto.
The cover 2 includes a cover body 21 and a latch plate 22 connected to the cover body 21. One end of the cover main body 21 is connected to the base 1 via the bending member 3 in a bendable manner, the other end of the cover main body 21 is connected to the fastening plate 22, and the fastening plate 22 is provided with the second fastening portion 222. The cover body 21 and the latch plate 22 are connected to each other to form an L-shape as shown in the figure, but not limited thereto.
Preferably, the cover main body 21 has a cover inner surface 211, each of the tensile portions 121 has a free end 121a far from the seat inner surface 111, and the cover inner surface 211 is limited by each of the free ends 121a after the cover 2 is closed with respect to the seat 1, so as to prevent the cover 2 and the seat 1 from moving relative to each other, thereby ensuring that the cover 2 and the seat 1 are maintained in the closed state and preventing the bending member 3 from being distorted, deformed or broken. The present invention is not limited to the manner in which the cover inner surface 211 is limited by the free ends 121a, and in this embodiment, it is exemplified that any one of the free ends 121a and the cover inner surface 211 has a groove 1211 and a protrusion 2111, respectively (the protrusion 2111 can be inserted into the groove 1211 in a plugging manner to generate the limiting effect between the cover inner surface 211 and the free ends 121 a), that is, the free ends 121a can have grooves (or protrusions), and the cover inner surface 211 can have corresponding protrusions (or grooves). It should be noted that, when the two free ends 121 are shown as having the grooves 1211, the inner cover surface 211 also has the corresponding two protrusions 2111.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the anti-removal structure 100 is fixed between one position of the electronic device 900 and the cable 800, since the cable 800 is positioned at the cable positioning member 4 at the middle section, even if a user carelessly pulls the right section of the cable 800, which is not shown in fig. 3, of the cable 800, only one position of the electronic device 900 is pulled, and the left section of the cable 800 in fig. 3 is not pulled, so that the connector 81 at the left section of the cable 800 is prevented from being removed from the insertion part 92 (not only the removal, but also the connector 81 is prevented from being pulled loose from the insertion part 92).
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 4, the present invention does not limit the fastening manner of the first fastening portion 122 and the second fastening portion 222, in this embodiment, the first fastening portion 122 and the second fastening portion 222 are taken as an example to be a fastening body and a fastening slot, respectively, that is, the first fastening portion 122 may be a fastening body (or a fastening slot), the second fastening portion 222 may be a corresponding fastening slot (or a fastening body), and the fastening body and the fastening slot may be detachably fastened to each other.
The present invention is not limited to the structure of the cover 2 for releasing the latch, and the present embodiment will be described by taking the example that the latch plate 22 further protrudes with a latch release 221. Preferably, in the closed state (see fig. 2), one end of the buckle releasing member 221 protrudes out of the seat body 1, so that a user can directly pull one end of the buckle releasing member 221 with a finger to pull the buckle plate 22 relative to the first buckle portion 122, and further detach the second buckle portion 222 from the first buckle portion 122 to release the buckle.
The present invention does not limit the way of positioning the cable 800 on the cable positioning element 4, but the positioning in this embodiment includes a way of only winding the cable 800 on the cable positioning element 4 and a way of knotting and binding the cable 800 on the cable positioning element 4. Moreover, the cable positioning element 4 may be a pull ring, and the caliber of the pull ring may be provided for the connector 81 to pass through, or may not be provided for the connector 81 to pass through.
One of the aforementioned electronic devices 900 refers to any portion or object of the electronic device 900 that can be restricted between the two tension-resistant portions 121, and in the embodiment, any retaining ring 91 connected to the electronic device 900 is taken as an example for illustration.
In summary, the present invention has the following effects compared with the prior art: in addition to preventing the connector 81 from being inadvertently removed, the cable 800 is easily removed and replaced, and the removal and replacement time is shortened.
In addition, the invention has other effects: by having a better tensile strength, the covering state or/and the buckling state of the anti-pull-off structure 100 can be stably maintained. All the stress is concentrated on the seat body 1 with better structural strength, so that the tensile strength can be further improved. The stress includes: the three forces, i.e., the cable pulling force (pulled by the cable positioning element 4) borne by the seat body 11, the relative pulling force (pulled by the buckle 91) borne by any of the tension-resistant portions 121, and the fastening force (pulled by the second fastening portion 222) borne by the first fastening portion 122, are all concentrated on the seat body 1.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and drawings are included in the scope of the present invention, and are well known.
