the system comprises a uniform reconciliation module, a background system and a reconciliation processing module, wherein the uniform reconciliation module is used for reconciliation among systems, and the background system automatically checks transaction data of the systems after business is ended every day to generate a reconciliation result;

and the offline payment information notification module is used for sending the payment items, the payment serial numbers, the payment amount and the payment ending date information to the client in a mobile phone short message or APP system message mode to remind the client of paying in time.
