Referring to FIG. 1, a flow diagram of one embodiment of a method of displaying an operational prompt is shown, according to the present disclosure. The method for displaying the operation prompt can be applied to the terminal equipment. As shown in fig. 1, the method for displaying an operation prompt includes the following steps:
step 101, in response to determining that the target application opens the first operation page, a historical operation record of the target application is obtained.
Here, the history operation record is used to record the use condition of the target application by the user.
In some embodiments, the first operation page may be understood as a page that the user needs to perform an operation; that is, after the target application opens the first operation page, the user needs to perform some preset operations on the first operation page to continue to open other pages; alternatively, the user may need to perform some operations on the first page before closing the first operation page. In other words, the first operation page can also be understood as: the page comprises at least one operation control, and a user touches one or more controls in the at least one operation control through preset operation logic to realize corresponding functions (such as opening another page or closing a first operation page).
In some embodiments, the use of the target application by the user may be used to measure the proficiency of the user in operating the target application, and the higher the proficiency of the user in operating the target application, the more accurately the user can use the target application; and the user's proficiency in operating the target application is low, the characterization user may not be able to use the target application properly.
In some embodiments, some users may be using the target application for the first time, and some users may have already used the target application. For the user who uses the target application for the first time, when the user opens the first operation page, the obtained history operation record may not record the use condition of the target application by the user, that is, the operation proficiency of the user to the target application may be characterized as low. Of course, it is also possible to determine that the user has a low level of skill in the operation of the first operation page.
And for the user who has used the target application, when the user opens the first operation page; in the obtained history operation record, there may be recorded: the user opens the operation pages once, and the specific opening time of the operation pages, etc.; and further judging the operation proficiency of the user for the target application. Of course, the history record related to the first operation page may also be obtained from the history operation records, for example, the time when the first operation page was opened several times, the last time the first operation page was opened, and the like, and the proficiency of the user on the first operation page may be measured through these information.
It can be seen that by acquiring the use condition of the user on the target application, the operation proficiency of the user on the target application can be determined, and the operation proficiency of the user on a specific operation page can also be determined.
( It should be noted that, when the user uses the target application, it is generally required to log in an account, and the account corresponds to the user. The historical operation record of the target application can be understood as the historical operation record when the target application logs in the current account; that is, the history operation record is a corresponding relationship with each account; that is, by acquiring the history operation record corresponding to the account, the history operation record of the user corresponding to the account can be obtained, and further the use condition of the user for the target application is determined through the history operation record )
Step 102, determining whether the first operation page meets a preset condition or not based on the historical operation record.
Here, the preset conditions may be used to indicate some requirement of the user's operational proficiency at the first page; thereby, it is determined whether the first operation page satisfies a preset condition. That is, it can be understood that: determining whether the first operation page meets a preset condition, namely: and determining whether the operation proficiency of the user on the first operation page meets the preset requirement. Such as: the first operation page is also displayed for the first time to the user when the user uses the target application for the first time, and thus, the user may have a low level of proficiency in operation with respect to the first operation page. And the following steps: the user does not use the target application for the first time, but opens the first operation page for the first time, so that the user has low operation proficiency on the first operation page. (e.g., the target application has multiple functions of "find place, find driving route, inquire bus drop, get-off, etc.)" and what the user used was the function of the target application 'find place', when the user would open the get-on interface in the target application while using the function of the target application 'get-on', and because the user did not open this interface, the specific operation of the get-on interface by the user may also be unclear).
That is, it can be understood that: when the user has low operation proficiency on the first operation page, the first operation page can be characterized as meeting the preset condition.
In some embodiments, when the first operation page meets the preset condition, the method may be performed:
step 103, determining a target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page from at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application.
In some embodiments, the target application may include multiple operation pages, and the corresponding operation prompts for each operation page may be different (the display location of the operation prompts, the content of the operation prompts, etc.). That is, the target application may correspond to at least one operation prompt, and the target operation prompt in the at least one operation prompt corresponds to the first operation page. That is, the target operation prompt is used to instruct the user how to correctly operate the first operation page. And step 104 may be performed after determining the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page from the at least one operation prompt.
Step 104, displaying a target operation prompt.
In some embodiments, the target operation prompt may preset the display position and the specific display mode when displaying; the user can conveniently realize correct operation of the first operation page through the displayed target operation prompt.
In the prior art, when a user uses a target application for the first time, a video is played or a group of images are displayed after the user opens the target application; and how to correctly use the target application is recorded in the video or the group of images, when the user finishes watching the video or the group of images, the user knows how to correctly use the target application. However, this manner of presenting the operation prompts may present all the operation prompts of the target application at once, that is, the user needs to know all the functions of the target application at once and how to implement the functions. In other words, since the user is required to memorize these operation prompts of the target application at one time, it takes a certain time for the user, which may cause bad use experience for the user.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first operation page is determined to be opened, a historical operation record of the target operation application is obtained, the operation proficiency of the user for the first operation page is determined based on the historical operation record, when the operation proficiency of the user for the first operation page is determined to be low, at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application is obtained, the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page is determined from the at least one operation prompt, and the target operation prompt is displayed. It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, only when the user opens the first operation page that needs to perform the operation, the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page is obtained, that is, when the user opens the first operation page, the user only needs to browse the target operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page, and the operation prompts of other operation pages do not need to be browsed, so that the number of operation prompts browsed by the user each time is reduced, and the browsing experience of the user is improved.
Meanwhile, in the prior art, the operation prompt is displayed once, and in the embodiment of the application, when a user uses a certain operation page, the operation prompt corresponding to the operation page is displayed.
It can be seen that although the prior art and the present application are directed to the display of operation prompts for an operation page. However, in the display manner in the prior art, if the user does not use a certain operation page of the application frequently, the user may forget how to operate the operation page, so that the user is bothered in the process of using the application. In other words, at this time, the operation prompt does not play a role, but in this embodiment of the present application, only when the user opens the operation page, the operation prompt corresponding to the operation page is displayed, and the user can correctly operate the operation page according to the operation prompt.
In some embodiments, step 103, based on the history of operation, determining whether the first operation page meets the preset condition may specifically include:
based on the historical operation record, judging whether the first operation page is displayed for the first time, and if the first operation page is displayed for the first time, determining that the first operation page meets the preset condition.
If the first operation page is not displayed for the first time, judging whether the time interval between the last display of the first operation page and the current display of the first operation page is larger than a preset time threshold; if the time interval is greater than the preset time threshold, it may also be determined that the first operation page meets a preset condition.
In some embodiments, when the first operation page is displayed for the first time, at this time, it may not be clear to the user what operation should be performed on the first operation page, and thus, it is necessary to display a target operation prompt on the first operation page to prompt the user to correctly use the target application. If the first operation page is not displayed for the first time, but the time interval between the last time the first operation page is displayed and the current time the first operation page is displayed is longer (e.g., greater than a preset time threshold), the user may have forgotten how to operate the first operation page, so that a target operation prompt needs to be displayed on the first operation page to prompt the user to correctly use the target application.
Here, it should be noted that the preset time threshold may be set according to actual situations, for example: when the operation logic of the first operation page is complex, the user may not know how to operate after 1 week, and the time threshold may be set to 1 week. Conversely, if the operation logic of the first operation page is relatively simple, the time threshold may be set to be longer, for example, 1 month.
In some embodiments, it may also be determined by other manners whether the first operation page meets a preset condition, such as: the number of times of opening the first operation page is recorded, and before the preset number of times is reached, the target operation prompt is displayed when the first operation page is opened, so that a user can have a deeper impression on the operation flow of the first operation page, and the user can correctly operate the first operation page in the subsequent use process.
In some embodiments, the at least one operation hint may also be obtained through an SDK package.
Here, the SDK package may include: at least one operation prompt, and the corresponding relation between the operation page and the operation prompt.
In some embodiments, the operations that can be performed by each operation page of the target application may be different, so that the operation prompts corresponding to each operation page may be different. The corresponding relation between the operation page and the operation prompt can be used for: associating an operation page of the target application with at least one operation prompt; such as: after determining the currently displayed operation page of the target application, determining the operation prompt corresponding to the currently displayed operation page based on the corresponding relation between the operation page and the operation prompt.
In some embodiments, the terminal device may obtain the SDK package in a plurality of ways, for example: when the terminal device downloads the target application, the SDK package may be downloaded together. The SDK may be downloaded after the target application is downloaded.
(in some embodiments, the target application may add some functions or change some functions after updating, and may add some operation pages or change some original operation pages.) thus, an SDK package corresponding to the target application after updating may be obtained each time the target application is updated, that is, by setting the SDK package, so that a user may obtain a corresponding operation prompt through the SDK package when not knowing how to use the target application. It should be noted that, the operation prompt is issued by the formation of the SDK, so that the operation prompt can be distinguished from the main function of the application, thereby not only facilitating the modification of the operation prompt according to the change of the actual application scene, but also facilitating the user to select and display the operation prompt by one key or cancel the display of the operation prompt; at the time of transfer, the transfer may be separated from the application main body function portion, and the pressure at the time of single transfer may be reduced by batch transfer.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, step 103 (determining a target operation hint corresponding to the first operation page from at least one operation hint corresponding to the target application) may specifically include step 1031 and step 1032.
Step 1031, in response to determining that the first operation page meets the preset condition, obtaining at least one operation prompt corresponding to the target application, and obtaining a corresponding relationship between the operation prompt and the operation page.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the first operation page meets the preset condition, it may be indicated that the user's operation proficiency for the first operation page is possibly low, and therefore, an operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page needs to be displayed on the first operation page. In order to accurately determine the operation prompt corresponding to the first operation page, the corresponding relationship between the operation prompt and the operation page needs to be obtained. And may continue to step 1032.
Step 1032: and determining the operation prompt corresponding to the first operation prompt as a target operation prompt from at least one operation prompt based on the corresponding relation between the operation prompts and the operation page.
That is, after the corresponding relation between the operation prompt and the operation page is obtained, when the first operation page meets the preset condition, the target operation prompt can be determined according to the first operation page and the corresponding relation.
In some embodiments, some of the operation pages may input multiple operations, while different operations are input, the results that are directed (or the next process of the target application) may be different. Such as: the target application will display the second operation page when the first operation page inputs the first operation, and the target application may display the third operation page when the first operation page inputs the second operation. Here, the second operation page and the third operation page may be different two pages.
In some embodiments, the first operation page may include at least one control, and when different ones of the at least one control are not touched, the function implemented by the target application is different; so that the target operation prompt may also include at least one sub-operation prompt, and the operation control corresponds to the sub-operation prompt, that is, the sub-operation prompt may be used to explain the function or effect of the operation control in the first page; thereby guiding the user to correctly use the first operation page.
In the above case, step 104 (displaying the target operation prompt) may specifically be: and determining a second display position of the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the operation control based on the first display position of the operation control, and displaying the sub-operation prompt at the second display position.
In some embodiments, when there are multiple sub-operation prompts in one operation page, in order to make a user conveniently learn the operation control indicated by the sub-operation prompts (or to make the user conveniently know the function of each operation control), the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the operation control may be displayed in the vicinity of the operation control, so that the sub-operation prompt achieves a good indication effect. Thus, before the target operation(s) prompt(s) is displayed, a first display position of the operation control may be acquired, and then a second display position of the sub operation prompt may be determined according to the first display position of the operation control.
In some embodiments, the sub-operation hints may be: text information, indication arrows, jumping apertures, etc.; of course, a combination of text information, an indication arrow, a jump aperture, and the like is also possible, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and the user may be allowed to learn the specific function of the operation control through the sub-operation prompt.
In some embodiments, the target operation prompt may also be a combination of text information, an indication arrow, a jumping aperture, etc., which is of course not limited, and in practical application, the target operation prompt may also be a video, a picture, etc.
In some embodiments, at least one of the operational controls of the first operational page may not be displayed simultaneously; as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the first operation page includes 3 operation controls, namely an operation control 1, an operation control 2 and an operation control 3; at this time, the first operation page only displays the operation control 1 and the sub operation prompt 1 corresponding to the operation control 1; as shown in fig. 3A. After the user executes touch operation on the operation control 1 according to the indication of the sub operation prompt 1, continuing to display the operation control 2 and the operation control 3, and respectively corresponding sub operation prompts 2 and 3 of the operation control 2 and the operation control 3; as shown in fig. 3B.
Or after the operation control 1 and the sub operation prompt 1 are displayed on the first operation interface, a certain time is separated from the operation control 2 and the sub operation prompt 2, and the operation control 3 and the sub operation prompt 3 are displayed on the first operation page. That is, at least one operation control is displayed in a certain order, and in this case, step 104 (displaying the target operation prompt) may specifically be: the display order of the at least one operational cue is determined, and the display order of the sub-operational cues in the target operational cue may be determined based on the display order of the at least one operational cue.
It can be understood that: when the first operation page is displaying only the operation control 1, only the sub operation prompt 1 corresponding to the operation control 1 is displayed at the moment, and when the first operation page continues to display the operation control 2 and the operation control 3, the first operation page continues to display the sub operation prompt 2 and the sub operation prompt 3 corresponding to the operation control 2 and the operation control 3 respectively (the process can refer to fig. 3A-3B). That is, when a certain display sequence exists in the operation process, the sub-operation prompt correspondingly exists in the certain display sequence.
In some embodiments, when the first operational control is triggered, then the display of sub-operational cues corresponding to the first operational control may be canceled. In other words, when the first operation control is triggered, the user can be characterized to know that the function of the first operation control is known, and at the moment, the display of the sub-operation prompt corresponding to the first operation control can be canceled, so that the first operation page looks more neat. That is, as shown in fig. 3B, the sub-operation prompt 1 may not be continuously displayed on the display interface.
In some embodiments, although the target operation prompt is displayed on the first operation page, the user may know the operation steps of the first operation page, and at this time, the target operation prompt is not required to perform operation explanation on the first operation page. Thus, in some embodiments, the first operation page may further include: the control is canceled, and at this time, the method for displaying the operation prompt may include steps 401 to 405, where implementation details of steps 401 to 404 have been described in detail in steps 101 to 104, and are not described herein for brevity of description.
In response to determining that the cancel control is triggered, the display of the target operational prompt is canceled, step 405.
It can be understood that: if the user thinks that the user can skillfully operate the first operation page, the cancel control displayed at the preset position of the first page can be subjected to touch control, so that the target operation prompt displayed on the first operation page is canceled.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the method shown in the foregoing figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an apparatus for displaying an operation prompt, where the embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1, and the apparatus may be specifically applied in various electronic devices.
