Background
The gamma irradiation indoor radiation source with high activity is used for carrying out irradiation business on medical equipment, food, chemical materials, agricultural breeding and the like, the business range is very wide, and for example, a large number of irradiation rooms are used for carrying out sterilization irradiation business of medical masks and protective clothing during the 2020 epidemic situation. Because the activity of the radioactive source in the irradiation chamber is high, most of the radioactive sources are industrial I-type radioactive sources, strict management is needed, and a reasonable interlocking device is arranged to prevent serious radiation accidents. Historically, significant radiation accidents have occurred that have caused death of personnel after exposure to radiation due to interlock failure.
The interlocking device is gradually added due to the continuous improvement of the supervision requirement of the existing irradiation chamber, but the interlocking device is lack of effective integrated control, and the interlocking setting of the irradiation chamber is not standard and perfect.

Referring to fig. 1-2, in the embodiment of the present invention, a gamma irradiation room multi-path interlocking control system includes a fixed dose monitor 2, an emergency stop reset switch 3, a photoelectric switch 4 and a video monitoring system 10, which are in communication with a monitoring management platform, wherein the fixed dose monitor 2 is disposed outside a large door of an irradiation room, at an entrance of the irradiation room, at a passage of the irradiation room and at a position of an irradiation well, and is configured to detect a radiation amount at a corresponding position and send detection data to the monitoring management platform for display, and when a detection value of the fixed dose monitor 2 exceeds a set threshold, the monitoring management platform gives an alarm; the emergency stop reset switches 3 are arranged in the irradiation chamber, the number of the emergency stop reset switches is multiple, when the monitoring management platform gives an alarm, the emergency stop reset switches 3 are turned on, and when the emergency stop reset switches 3 are all reset, the irradiation chamber is recovered to be used; the photoelectric switch 4 is arranged at the position of a gate of the irradiation room and used for detecting whether a person enters or exits the irradiation room; the video monitoring systems 10 are installed in the irradiation chamber, and the number of the video monitoring systems is multiple, so that the video monitoring systems are used for monitoring the irradiation chamber.
In one aspect of this embodiment, the fixed dose monitor 2 is provided with two fixed dose monitors outside the door of the irradiation room, one fixed dose monitor inside each entrance of the irradiation room, two fixed dose monitors inside each passage of the irradiation room, and one fixed dose monitor beside each irradiation well, for a total of seven fixed dose monitors (R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, and R7). The seven fixed dose monitors 2 can display monitoring data in real time in the monitoring management platform, when the irradiation room works and the fixed dose monitor outside the door exceeds a set threshold value, the monitoring management platform can give an alarm, a radioactive source returns to the irradiation well, and the monitoring management platform can continue to work after checking whether the protection door is intact and processing; when the irradiation chamber does not work, and the fixed dose monitor in the irradiation chamber exceeds the set threshold value, the monitoring management platform can also give an alarm, whether the radioactive source returns into the irradiation well or not needs to be checked, whether the entity protection around the irradiation well is intact or not needs to be treated, and then the operation can be continued.
The scram reset switch 3 is provided with five (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5) in the radiation chamber. After the irradiation chamber gives an alarm, the emergency stop reset switch 3 is opened, the emergency stop reset switch 3 is reset after one-by-one inspection, the whole device can be reused, and the state of the emergency stop reset switch 3 can be displayed in the video monitoring system 10.
The optoelectronic switches 4 are respectively arranged at the inner side of the entrance of the irradiation chamber in two pairs, namely four pairs (L1, L2, L3 and L4). One pair is arranged at 1 meter from the ground and the other pair is arranged at 0.5 meter from the ground. The state of the photoelectric switch 4 can be displayed in the video monitoring system 10 to prevent personnel from accidentally entering the irradiation room.
The video monitoring system 10 is provided with five places (E1, E2, E3, E4 and E5) in a radiation room, and video images can be seen on a monitoring management platform in real time.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in the embodiment of the invention, the gamma irradiation room multipath interlocking control system further includes an emergency lighting lamp 6 and an emergency door opening button 5, wherein the emergency lighting lamp 6 is used for starting lighting when the irradiation room is powered off or the monitoring management platform gives an alarm, and the emergency door opening button 5 is used for controlling a door of the irradiation room.
In one aspect of this embodiment, ten emergency lamps 6 are provided in the irradiation chamber, and the emergency lamps 6 are activated when the irradiation chamber is powered off or gives an alarm.
The emergency door-opening buttons 5 are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the inlets of the irradiation chambers, and are two (G1, G2). When a person accidentally stays in the irradiation chamber, the emergency door opening button 5 can be pressed for going out, the radioactive source returns to the irradiation well after being pressed, and the door is opened. The state of the emergency door opening button 5 can be displayed in the monitoring management platform.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a gamma irradiation room multi-path interlock control system further includes a ventilation system 8 in communication with a monitoring management platform, for ventilating when the irradiation room is in operation.
Referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, the gamma irradiation chamber multi-path interlock control system further includes an audible and visual alarm 7 and a fire alarm 9, the audible and visual alarm 7 is in communication with the monitoring management platform, the audible and visual alarm 7 is configured to perform audible and visual alarm upon receiving an instruction from the monitoring management platform, and the fire alarm 9 is configured to send a signal to the monitoring management platform and perform alarm when a fire occurs.
In one case of the embodiment, three audible and visual alarms 7 are arranged in the radiation chamber, and when the radiation chamber gives an alarm, the audible and visual alarms 7 are started; the fire alarm 9 is provided at one place in the radiation room. When a fire breaks out in the irradiation room, the fire alarm 9 is activated.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the gamma irradiation room multi-path interlock control system further includes a three-color indicator lamp 1 disposed outside a door of the irradiation room and configured to indicate states of the irradiation room through different colors.
In one aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, the three-color indicator lamp 1 is provided at two gates of the irradiation chamber, respectively, one for two (D1, D2). The three-color indicator light 1 is red, yellow and green. When the working radioactive source of the irradiation chamber irradiates, the red color is displayed; when the irradiation chamber does not work, green is displayed; the color yellow is displayed when the cell is in preparation for work and safety inspection. The state of the three-color indicator lamp 1 can be displayed in the monitoring management platform.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a gamma irradiation chamber multi-path interlock control system is provided, in which a lifting device is installed in an irradiation well, and is used for storing a radioactive source or lifting the radioactive source out of the irradiation well.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the position and the state of all the interlocks can be displayed on the monitoring management platform. When the interlock has a fault alarm, the door of the irradiation chamber is closed, a radioactive source in the irradiation chamber can fall back into the irradiation well (the radioactive source is positioned in the irradiation well when not working and is lifted out of the irradiation well through the lifting device when working), the lifting device can be powered off, the acousto-optic alarm in the irradiation chamber can continuously give an alarm, the emergency illumination is started, and the reset switch can be opened; the monitoring personnel need carry the monitoring instrument, open access control system with the work card and get into the irradiation room, check interlock one by one, get back to the control room after resetting switch one by one, open key switch with the key on the control management platform, restart whole device.
The embodiment of the invention provides a multi-path interlocking control system for a gamma irradiation chamber, which can display the internal and external dose rates of gamma irradiation in real time, and meanwhile, an interlocking device is added to ensure the interlocking and safe operation, effectively avoid the radiation accidents and be beneficial to nuclear safety supervision.

1. A gamma irradiation room multipath interlocking control system is characterized by comprising a monitoring management platform, a controller and a controller, wherein the monitoring management platform is communicated with the controller:

The gamma irradiation room multipath interlocking control system according to claim 1, further comprising an emergency lighting lamp (6) and an emergency door opening button (5) which are communicated with the monitoring management platform, wherein the emergency lighting lamp (6) is used for starting lighting when the inside of the irradiation room is powered off or the monitoring management platform gives an alarm, and the emergency door opening button (5) is used for controlling the door of the irradiation room.
3. A gamma irradiation chamber multiple interlock control system as claimed in claim 2 further comprising a ventilation system (8) in communication with the supervisory control and management platform for ventilating the irradiation chamber during operation.

The gamma irradiation chamber multi-path interlocking control system as claimed in claim 3, further comprising an audible and visual alarm (7) and a fire alarm (9) which are communicated with the monitoring management platform, wherein the audible and visual alarm (7) is used for performing audible and visual alarm upon receiving an instruction from the monitoring management platform, and the fire alarm (9) is used for sending a signal to the monitoring management platform and giving an alarm in case of fire.
5. A gamma irradiation chamber multi-path interlocking control system as claimed in claim 4, characterized by further comprising a three-color indicator lamp (1) arranged outside the irradiation chamber gate for indicating the irradiation chamber status by different colors.
6. The gamma irradiation chamber multi-path interlocking control system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a lifting device is installed in the irradiation well for storing the radioactive source or lifting the radioactive source out of the irradiation well.
