Abstract
The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical machinery, in particular to a semi-automatic paste scraping device of a large drying box. At least one lifting rod is movably arranged on one side of a drying tray frame of a drying box, the lifting rod is connected with a rocking handle, a plurality of lifting supporting rods are transversely arranged on the inner side of the lifting rod corresponding to the drying tray at intervals up and down, each lifting supporting rod is movably hinged with the lifting rod, a plurality of paste scraping rods are connected between two opposite lifting supporting rods along the transverse intervals of the lifting supporting rods, two ends of each paste scraping rod are movably hinged with the lifting supporting rods through connecting arms perpendicular to the paste scraping rods, paste scraping needle rods are fixedly arranged on each paste scraping rod along the length direction corresponding to the interval of the drying tray, and the paste scraping needle rods are perpendicular to the paste scraping rods. Background
In the prior art, when the drying box dries the liquid medicine, a layer of crust can be formed on the surface of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the drying tray(s) due to rapid evaporation of water, the liquid medicine under the crust continuously generates steam, the steam can not penetrate the crust to be discharged outside, and can only push the crust to rise, and when the crust exceeds the height of the tray vertical plate, the liquid medicine overflows. On one hand, the liquid medicine is wasted, and on the other hand, the liquid medicine is arranged outside the tray, on the tray frame and on the wall of the oven everywhere, so that the labor of cleaning the field is wasted.

The invention aims to provide a semi-automatic paste scraping device of a large drying box, which aims at overcoming the defects, realizes manual rapid paste scraping and avoids liquid medicine overflow.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a lifting rod 1, a lifting supporting rod 2, a paste drawing rod 3, a paste drawing needle rod 4, a rocking handle 5, a connecting arm 6, a tray frame 7, a screw hole 8 for connecting the connecting arm, a screw hole 9 for connecting the rocking handle, a bolt 10, a welding point 11, a tray 12 and a paste surface 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a semi-automatic paste scraping device of a large drying box is characterized in that at least one or a plurality of lifting rods 1 are movably arranged on one side of a drying tray frame 7 of the drying box, and the lifting rods 1 are connected with a rocking handle 5. The lifting rod 1 corresponds to the drying tray and is transversely arranged with a plurality of lifting supporting rods 2 (see figure 2), each lifting supporting rod 2 is movably hinged with the lifting rod 1, each lifting supporting rod 2 is transversely connected with a plurality of paste scraping rods 3 at intervals, the paste scraping rods 3 are fixed on a drying box frame 7 (rotatable), plugs at the front ends of the paste scraping rods 3 are welded at 90-degree points 11 with one ends of connecting arms 6, the other ends of the connecting arms 6 are horizontally movably hinged with screw holes 8 on the lifting supporting rods 2 through bolts 10, and the welded points 11 at one ends of the connecting arms 6 are horizontally arranged with paste scraping rod needles 4 on two sides of the paste scraping rods 2. Each paste drawing rod 3 is provided with paste drawing rod needles 4 at intervals along the length direction above the corresponding drying tray, and the paste drawing rod needles 4 are welded with the paste drawing rods 3 at 90 degrees.
Referring to fig. 2, a lifting rod 1 is connected with a plurality of lifting support rods 2, each lifting support rod 2 corresponds to a layer of drying tray, a screw hole 8 on each lifting support rod 2 is movably connected with one end of a connecting arm 6 through a bolt 10, the other end of the connecting arm 6 is welded with a paste scraping rod 3, a welding point is 11, and a screw hole 9 connected with a rocking handle is connected with the rocking handle 5. Referring to fig. 1-4, the device is divided into four components: namely a rocking handle 5, a lifting assembly (lifting rod 1, lifting supporting rod 2), a connecting arm 6 and a paste drawing rod 3. The drying tray frame 7 may be provided with a plurality of layers. The number of the paste stick drawing needles 4 (paste sticks) can be determined according to the number of trays. Fig. 1,2 and 3 show the structure when the paste is not drawn. When the paste is scraped, the handle of the rocking handle 5 rotates 90 degrees to the obliquely lower direction, the lifting rod 1 is driven to rotate 90 degrees to the obliquely upper right direction, the lifting rod 1 is overlapped with the handle of the rocking handle 5, each lifting supporting rod 2 rotates to the obliquely upper right direction along with the lifting rod 1, the connecting arm 6 is vertical to a non-rotating tray structure frame, the paste scraping rod needle 4 on the paste scraping rod 3 welded at the other end of the connecting arm 6 is rotated to be vertical, the puncture tip is used for cutting a hard shell of the liquid medicine in the tray, one sound of steam under the shell is released, the hard shell loses the steam support and falls onto the liquid medicine, and the liquid medicine is prevented from overflowing.
